Abstract

The existence of the ranks of civil servants as state apparatus and public servants is very important to implement and organize the wheels of government and the wheels of development, therefore discipline is the key to the success of an organization in achieving its goals. Therefore, it is important to know how work discipline is and what factors hinder employee work discipline at the East Baturaja sub-district office, Ogan Komering Ulu district. This research is descriptive in nature which aims to describe, summarize various conditions, situations or variables that arise in the community that is the object of the research. The data collection technique used in this study used primary data in the form of observations and data sources, as well as secondary data in the form of interviews and documentation observations. The results of the study show that work discipline related to obedience to working hours has been going quite well, there are only a few parties who violate it with excuses. As for the variable of obedience to work procedures and obedience to the field of duty, it has been running as it should.

Abstract

Money politics is now considered a "custom" in the Maja community. Even in rural communities who have strong solidarity, money politics is considered to have a strong role to bind people's voices in political contestation. The purpose of this study was to determine how the public's perception of the phenomenon of money politics. in Maja Village, Maja District, Lebak Regency. The research method used is qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the people of Maja Village have different perceptions from legal norms in viewing money politics. The community considers that money politics is a form of gratitude for the votes that will be given and an approach to the community. In social action theory, Weber introduced the concept of a verstehen approach to understanding the meaning of one's actions. In this case, the Maja people build perceptions and action decisions based on their vision of the people around them and the figures they emulate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of services to overcome child violence by the Integrated Center for Women and Children Services (P2TP2A) Palembang City. The research design used descriptive qualitative, the method used was observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of UPT P2TP2A with one staff/employee who was directly involved in solving cases at UPT P2TP2A Palembang City, secretary, head of division, counselor and three children victims of violence and one adult woman at UPT P2TP2A Palembang City. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research on the effectiveness of child violence prevention services by P2TP2A Palembang City stated that currently it was running well although there were several obstacles in overcoming the problem. However, legal assistance and coordination with related parties are able to solve the problems that occur in the community. This means that the family or victim who wants to make a report regarding cases of violence against children will be followed up immediately through P2TP2A assistance and in collaboration with applicable legal entities. The conclusion of the study shows that the service for overcoming child violence by P2TP2A Palembang City has not been effective based on the achievement of goals, integration and adaptation.

Abstract

Following the government's advice during the COVID-19 pandemic, which urges people to stay at home and avoid crowds, this has resulted in increased use of social media, one of which is twitter. Twitter is made by the community as a means to interact with other people who are considered so effective. Usually twitter users will use their personal identity in creating their accounts. However, as time goes by, currently there are some of them who become twitter users with their own identity. They will use a pseudonym where this type of user can be known as a pseudonym (cyber account). Although these pseudonymous (cyber account) users are anonymous, not many of them are self-disclosing between their fellow pseudonymous (cyber account) users. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing how the barriers to interpersonal communication in self-disclosure are intertwined with pseudonymous account users (cyber account) on Twitter. The results of this study are to see how the barriers of pseudonymous account users (cyber account) in conducting interpersonal communication regarding self-disclosure which consists of several factors: fear of self-disclosure if it is too excessive, negative perceptions of others about ourselves, self-rejection.

Abstract

Information has become a necessity that is very much needed by the community, including in the field of public services, which means that people have the right to freedom of information. Therefore, information disclosure policy is very important to be implemented in a government institution. This study aims to find out how the implementation of information disclosure policies and to find out what are the obstacles in implementing information disclosure policies at the Ministry of Religion of Palembang City. This type of research uses qualitative research methods starting from data collection by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Hajj and Umrah information disclosure policy at the Ministry of Religion of Palembang City 2021-2022 has gone quite well, but is still not optimal. There are still problems that occur such as still limited human resources and inadequate infrastructure in carrying out information disclosure policies. The Palembang City Ministry of Religion must optimize human resources, by increasing the number of information and documentation management employees in the information service department and optimizing facilities and infrastructure such as computers, and starting to move to utilize e-government technology by activating the personal website of the Palembang City Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

The Covid-19 Vaccination Policy is a policy issued by the Government after the outbreak of an infectious disease that attacked Indonesia, namely the Coronavirus Disease with the issuance of Law Number 4 of 1984 concerning Outbreaks of Infectious Diseases (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 1984 Number 20, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3237). The purpose of this study is to find out how the Ogan Baru Village Community Perceptions of the Covid-19 Vaccination Policy in 2021. The method used is a qualitative method by looking at the phenomenon more clearly and in depth according to what is happening and developing in social situations. The data collection used is Observation, Interview, Questionnaire or Questionnaire and Documentation. Using Bimo Walgito's Perception theory, the results of this study show that the community's perception of the new Ogan Village towards the 2021 Covid-19 Vaccination Policy is good enough, this can be seen from the knowledge of the community where many people already know about the covid-19 vaccination, public acceptance has been many agree with the implementation of the covid-19 vaccination, it's just that there are obstacles in the implementation of the vaccination, namely public trust in the content in the halal vaccine or not for use.

Abstract

Political marketing strategy is one of the factors that support the victory of a candidate in an election. In 2018, there was an interesting phenomenon in the Pilbub Banyuasin. Where the votes from the Askolani-Slamet pair were categorized as getting quite a large number of votes among the other 5 candidates. Seeing this condition, researchers are interested in conducting research to find out the strategy and significance of the Askolani-Slamet success team in the Banyuasin Pilbub. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, where data collection techniques use interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study stated that the factor of the victory of the Askolani-Slamet coalition in the Regional Head General Election in Banyuasin Regency in 2018 was influenced by three factors; First, there is a coalition of political parties. Second, there is political participation and involvement of the Banyuasin community in granting voting rights in the 2018 post-conflict local election. Third, there are modalities, which consist of political capital, social capital, cultural capital and economic capital. Political marketing that has been carried out is the formation of figures and complex campaign programs that include 4 indicators that use Niffenger's theory in the book Firmanzah: 2020 that runs optimally and runs well, namely determining political products, promotions, prices, and places.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to analyze the IBI-K57 digital marketing communications in influencing the AISAS behavior among new students. The sub focus of this research is to find out and measure the level of student interest in AISAS (attention, interest, search, action and share) when making decisions to enter. This research utilise the campus digital marketing communications, namely: trustworthiness and expertise, combined with the AISAS method. Furthermore, the quantitative methodology of the positivistic paradigm of the sociopsychological communication tradition, which accompanied by simple linear regression analysis, is also applied. Sampling of the survey was carried out using a random technique. Each program studies is given 20 samples of questionnaire with a Likert scale. The total number of questioners is 120. The ANOVA value of 0.000 (<0.05) in this study shows there are changes in student attitudes and behavior in selecting the program study. Digital marketing communications has influenced students’ AISAS (behavioral attitudes), which is 36.4%. The remaining value (60.4%) is coming from other aspects outside the digital marketing communications. This research shows that there is a significant and positive influences of digital marketing communications applied by IBI-K57 on the attitudes and behavior (AISAS) of students when determining final decision to study in this institution. Digital marketing communications has contributed to a twofold attitude change among students in deciding.

Abstract

The performance of government administrators significantly affects public services and the success of a government if the quality of services provided is considered reasonable by the service recipients (the community). The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of public service performance at the Makassar City Information and Communication Service. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by involving the community and employees as informants. The study's results suggest that service productivity that occurs when employees provide public services is considered very responsive. Employees have shown a form of service that is fast, precise, and full of discipline. However, it is still necessary to provide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support more effective services. So far, the quality of service has been assessed by employees as showing politeness, friendliness, smiles, and free service. Employees are pretty respectful in providing services to users of public services. The responsiveness of employees is considered maximal, and the capacity of employees is quite capable of explaining the administrative requirements that are equipped to obtain benefits. However, the overall service's increase in HR/operator capacity needs to be improved. Service responsiveness is considered quite good. Employees care enough to provide services but still need to be equipped with several service instruments in each service unit, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). So far, service accountability is considered by employees to be entirely responsible for providing a service. Some employees can understand and explain the flow and mechanism for obtaining assistance to service users.

Abstract

Based on the policies, policy directions and governance system for PT Vale's program implementation,has implemented the concept of Creating Shared Value (CSV), in three stages, namely The first stage; improvement of program quality and achievement targets, where at this stage PT Vale develops and improves product and packaging quality in order to enter a wider market, and open market access for manufactured products processed by program actors who already have standard quality. second stage; Productivity and value chain development, at this stage 5 superior products prepared to fulfill local marketing and Go Sulselbar, production achievement of 10,000 herbal drink cups, cultivated area up to 40 hectares to supply rice needs 3 tons/month organic for PT Vale employees, producing 15,000 fish products to fulfill the needs of fresh and healthy fish for Patra Catering and PT . employees Vale, Non-B3 (3R) waste management in partnership can create a value chain. Third phase; local cluster development through plan preparation and implementation program work, implementation of trainings for capacity building and institutions, support for the provision of facilities and infrastructure such as; fish pond for organic cultivation, making concrete boxes for fish apartments, supplying 3 units of combine harvester managed by BUMDESMA, and training on preparing vegetable farms organic.
