Abstract

Forecasting is the initial stage in production planning and serves as a foundation for subsequent production activities. The advent of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia began in 2020, causing unstable sales. The ARIMA or Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average method is a medium-term forecasting method that generates relatively good prediction values compared to other methods. PT Gratia Husada Farma is a company active in the pharmaceutical field in Central Java. The sales data possessed by PT GHF is not yet optimally utilized and only serves as historical records. Through the obtained data, a sales forecasting analysis is conducted using the ARIMA method with parameters p, d, q of 1, 0, 1. Evaluation of the method using the RMSE formula results in a value of 2.229 (0.02229). This shows that the ARIMA method analysis has an acceptable error value, less than one of the critical values or alpha of 0.05.

Abstract

All parents expect to have healthy, proud, and perfect children, however, sometimes things don't go the way they want. Some parents get the child they want and some don't. Some of them have children with special needs, such as autism. In Indonesia, each year, children with autism continue to increase. In 2015, it is estimated that there are approximately 12,800 children with autism and 134,000 children with the Autism spectrum in Indonesia. In addition to the lack of information and knowledge, preconceived notions also make parents reluctant to hand over their children for treatment. This research is motivated by the lack of solutions offered to existing problems by utilizing the development of information technology. The rapid development of technology in Indonesia has contributed a lot to the problems experienced by society with the birth of various kinds of smart systems. The development of a smart system based on an expert system can be a solution to the diagnosis of autism that appears in toddlers. The expert system that is offered is a system that can diagnose autism in toddlers in the Langkat district by implementing a method that can make decisions by providing the best solution. A good method is a method that has a high level of accuracy. The method used in this study is the Naive Bayes method where this method has been proven to be able to solve complex problems by predicting existing probabilities.

Abstract

The miniature transmission system is part of the electric power system that functions as a channeler of electrical power from the power generation system to the distribution system through substations. The electrical power is flowed by a copper conductor that has good conductivity. Transmission lines are installed in the air using towers as support for conducting cables. This miniature transmission system works on a small scale and serves to explain how the real transmission system works. The purpose of designing this tool is to test the magnitude of the voltage drop and power loss on each line. The line voltage drop can be obtained by calculating the voltage difference on the send and receive side of the transmission line. Meanwhile, to find the power loss on each line is to find the value of the conducting resistance and current on each of its lines.

Abstract

The development of the field of health technology that integrates with advances in the economic field has provided an increase in life expectancy in populations in various countries today, but it is a life expectancy. this longer has its own effect in the form of an increase in cases of chronic diseases The preventive measures of a disease provide an individual's ability to stay healthy, happy and able to do activities freely. Immunoprophylactic is a powerful strategy in the primary prevention of a disease. The application of vaccination as an immunoprophylactic part is able to provide a protective effect related to the production of antibodies. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of vitamin D is related to the formation of antibodies in individuals who have been vaccinated. The results showed that most of the study subjects had vitamin D levels within normal limits and to determine the formation of antibodies obtained the presence of production antibodies in each study subject using the immunofluorescent antibody detection method. Test the proximity of the relationship between the two variables using pearson correlation test from 25 research data. The pearson correlation test showed significance p=0.704 where p>0.05 indicated the absence of correlation between the assessed variables. The effect of vitamin D on immune cells, especially those related to the process of producing antibodies is very complex where the possibility of tolerogenic influence is one of the influencing factors. Vitamin D receptors are known to be mostly expressed by immune cells but there are differences in control related to cell activity status, for example vitamin D receptors can decrease in when differentiation occurs into macrophage cells or dendritic cells. The conclusions of the study showed that the concentration of vitamin D in most of the study subjects has not had a significant effect on the immunity system assessed based on the detection of levels antibodies.

Abstract

Puskesmas as the spearhead of health services and gate keeper in formal health services and referral screening, must be able to provide quality services in accordance with service standards and compe-tency standards. To support this, one of the policy directions and strategies of the Ministry of Health is to improve equitable access and quality of health services, especially in Puskesmas, name-ly through an accreditation policy. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the effec-tiveness of the implementation of the accreditation policy at the Baubau City Health Center. This type of research is a qualitative research with a single embedded case study design. This study uses a Consolidated Implementation Research Framework (CFIR) covering four main domains, used to guide the collection and analysis of qualitative data as recommended by Damschroder and Lowery (2009). This research was conducted at health centers that have different accreditation statuses, namely Primary Accreditation and Intermediate Accreditation. Informants were interviewed using The Consolidated for Implementation Research (CFIR) framework as a guide in collecting and ana-lyzing qualitative data. This research was carried out from April to May 2022. The research subjects consisted of 10 people consisting of an accreditation team from 2 Puskesmas in Baubau City, name-ly Kadomoko Health Center and Bukit Wolio Indah Health Center. The results show that the fac-tors from CFIR that most dominantly affect the effectiveness of the implementation of accredita-tion policies are available resources, implementation climate, as well as external policies and incen-tives, as well as positive acceptance of accreditation policies because they are felt to provide many benefits and advantages, especially in terms of developing a quality management system. and efforts to improve service performance at the Puskesmas. Based on the results of this research, it is neces-sary to follow up in the form of policies from the Health Office regarding the availability of re-sources at the puskesmas, as well as develop broader research in several Puskesmas and the Health Office in order to better describe the problems related to policy implementation in a holistic man-ner.
