<![CDATA[This article examines the proper names in the New Testamment including the study of those etymologies and terminologies. The study in this article is related to the linguistic history in Miditeranian sea surrounding areasthat have become the writting locus of New Testamment original text. The discussion has been conducted with linguistic and historical approaches in both biblical and geographical context. From the research that has been undergone, there is an important fact that there was a language development history in the area arround Miditeranian sea. The usage of Greek language as the language of New Testament is strongly connected to the history of the Greece in that area. The names in New Testamment show that there were various languages that had been existed and used in NT written locus. NT reports that there are various names from several different languages related to the history of that area such as Hebrew, Aramic, Latin and Greek.]]>

<![CDATA[Incarnation is a central teaching in the doctrine of Christology. This topic has become a complex concept to be explained. For centuries this topic has been disputed by whether Christian scholars or the opposite of Christianity parties. Apologetic regarding the incarnation of Christ becomes very important for the Church in history. This article elaborates on the concept of logos (the Word) that has presented as a human being, known as an incarnation. The Methodology that has been used in this article were relevance literature study, textual exegeses, and an interpretation based on hermeneutic principles. From the examination that has been conducted, the author inverted that the incarnation is the chosen “way” for God to reveal the salvation for human beings. Incarnation is the revelation of God as transcendence being become immanence being. This God’s work has been done to provide relationships and atonement for human beings.]]>

<![CDATA[Upon hearing the word sabbath, the tendency of many people to immediately associate it with rest, or the Adventist church's habit of worshiping on Saturday even with one of the 10 laws contained in Exodus chapter 20, even though actually the sabbath understanding is broader than all of these things. Talking about the Sabbath is also a very interesting topic, especially if it is related to the polemic that developed in the community regarding it. Not only is the notion of rest that arises in the minds of many people when they hear the word Sabbath, but it is also holy. The Sabbath is almost always associated with sanctification or holiness The fundamental question that is important to ponder is, what did God give His people for the Sabbath provision? If you look at Exodus 20: 8-11 it can be concluded that the establishment of the Sabbath reminds that God is the Creator. Whereas if you pay attention to Leviticus 23: 4-44, it is evident that the Sabbath establishment was intended so that the people of Israel could recognize that the LORD was the provider of care and maintenance. The provisions of the Sabbath are God's commands and decrees that God gave to His people. Everything determined by God is good and useful for His people. Likewise, the provisions or regulations concerning the Sabbath. The Sabbath decree teaches that God's people honor God and have a special time to worship and worship Him. God is the almighty and sovereign creator of all His creations. Sabbath also teaches care. In addition to caring for a special time to worship God, God's people must also care for others. God's people are now observing the Sabbath observance by giving special time for worship. Not in a rigid and legalistic way. Love for others also needs to be given primary consideration.]]>

<![CDATA[The dining table is a place that is made to serve food. At the dining table, you will usually be served a meal according to the desired recipe. At the dining table it is clear how family members enjoy the warmth of love, because through eating together at the dinner table all family members can tell each other stories, laugh and reminisce. The tradition and culture in Indonesia about eating with family at the dinner table has been proof of how valuable the tradition is. Through that tradition we see that Indonesian children have grown into generations of mutual respect, mutually cooperate and accept each other. For this reason, it is deemed necessary to preserve this tradition so that in the future Indonesia will give birth to generations of people who are strong and have noble character and have strong faith in the course of their lives. Eating together at the dinner table turned out to be used as an effective and creative way to instill faith in every child in the family. Parents must present qualified religious education as an instrument to introduce every child to his Savior.]]>

<![CDATA[In 2020, the implementation of worship has changed the way from physical gathering to online worship. This is certainly a challenge for churches that are accustomed to direct worship and must get used to it. From the Bible, the text of Romans 12: 1-2 is the biblical foundation for worship. This article aims to look at the effectiveness of online worship based on Romans 12: 1-2. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a grammatical-historical approach. Based on the research conducted, worship actually talks about everyday life. Regarding online worship, online worship is a way to fellowship with God. Because online worship has the same essence as worship for physical gatherings, it is necessary to be serious in carrying out worship online.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explores the concept of salvation. The study aims to answer the problem of differences in the concept of safety that students have in schools. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a literature approach. The results of the research are as follows: First, the salvation of the Old Testament to the New Testament is the salvation of God Himself. Second, man is not saved by his own efforts but rather the Work of God, who is active in the work of salvation. Third, the Gospel of Luke contains a universal theology of salvation. Fourth, salvation does not look at boundaries, but salvation from God through Jesus Christ breaks through the boundaries made by humans. Fifth, human judgment is not the determinant of salvation but only God Himself should place it. Sixth, the concept of salvation in the Gospel of Luke 19: 1-10 can be considered in Christian Religious Education learning materials in schools.]]>
