Abstract

In this study, researchers used data respondents, such as gender, age and long working respondents to provide information on the characteristics of respondents. The questionnaire was spread over 83. The discussion in this chapter is the result of field studies to obtain data on the questionnaire responses that measure five key variables in the study, namely the culture of Orgnaisasi, competence, work environment, emotional intelligence and employee performance. Analysis of data with parametric and non parametrics statistics using SEM-PLS (structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) on the research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, as well as discussion of the hypothesis test results and path analysis Path. This research uses path analysis to test relationship patterns that reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables against other variables, both direct influences and indirect influences. Calculation of line coefficient in this study assisted with Smart PLS Ver 3.0. To find out the direct and indirect influences between variables then be seen from the calculation result of the line coefficient and to know the significance. The effect of the X3 variable against X4 has a P-Values value of 0.019 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X3 against X4 is significant. The effect of the variable X3 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 to Y is significant. The effect of X4 to Y variables has a P-Values value of 0.022 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X4 to Y is significant. The effect of the X1 variable against X4 has a P-Values value of 0.009 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 against X4 is significant. The effect of a X1 variable against Y has a P-Values value of 0.010 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 to Y is significant. The effect of a variable X2 against X4 has a P-Values value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X2 against X4 is significant. The effect of a variable X2 against Y has a P-Values value of 0.005 < 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of the X2 against Y is significant.

Abstract

The teacher is an educational component that is very important in determining the success of education to achieve its goals. The teacher is the main actor who is directly related to the teaching and learning process (KBM) in the classroom. The factors that gain a teacher's performance are ethics and experience that become benchmarks in increasing or decreasing work performance. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of ethics and experience variables on work performance. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with two independent variables and one dependent variable. The results of the analysis obtained that the t-count value of work ethics (X1) was 4.126> t table 2.006, and the value of Sig. <0.05 (0.00 <0.05), so it can be concluded that work ethic (X1) has a significant effect in a positive direction on work performance. The t-count value of work experience variable (X1) is 4.126> t table 2.006, and the Sig. <0.05 (0.00 <0.05), so it can be concluded that work experience (X1) has a significant effect in a positive direction on work performance. F count value of 78.546 with a significant level of 0.000. Furthermore, how to obtain the Ftable value with a significant level of 95% (α = 0.05) is to use the formula (F table = F (K: n-k) = F (3:69) = 2.78) so the F table value is 2.78 . It can be concluded that the F count value is 78.546> Ftable value is 2.78. This means that simultaneously there is a significant influence between work ethics and work experience variables on the dependent variable work performance (Y).
