Abstract

Sokaraja Lor is a village located in Sokaraja Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province led directly by the Village Chief. The Village Head is also assisted by the village device consisting of the Village Secretary, Head of Affairs, and Section Head with duties in accordance with their respective fields. As one of the elements of government organizers, the village government has a duty to organize government affairs, community, and village development. Office activities or work related to the management of letters, storage, and documents are called archiving. Recording of incoming and outgoing mail archives at Sokaraja Lor Village Office is still done manually, which is recorded in the ledger and then stored in the storage cabinet. However, stored mail archives are sometimes lost because the borrowed letters are not recorded by the officer. The purpose of this research is to apply the management of mail archives from manual systems into website-based information systems by utilizing information technology to facilitate and assist the work in managing, searching, or inputting. The method used is the waterfall, which is also called a linear sequential model (sequential linear) or classic life cycle. The results of this study are a website system that is expected to improve administrative performance in terms of managing incoming and outgoing mail so that the process of filing letters and mail search becomes easier and faster.

Abstract

Falling is an event that has often happened to humans in the surrounding environment, and almost every human being has experienced a fall. The condition of falling in humans can have very serious effects, such as injuries and may even increase the risk of death. The cause of death due to a fall can be caused by several factors, including the weakness of a person's ability to stand back up after a fall, when he falls there is no first aid, someone who falls has difficulty contacting his family or closest people. The purpose of this study is to build a fall detection system in humans. This system utilizes the accelerometer sensor on a smartphone to detect human movement. The fall detection system can run with various conditions of falling motion position with an accuracy level of 87.27% from a total of 110 trials, and a sensitivity of 77.5% so it is properly to use in detecting falling motion.

Abstract

Sodong Tigaraksa Village with the Golden Village idea is in dire need of applications that support and provide satisfactory public services for its citizens, applications to help gather data, manage data and provide information easily and quickly. citizen data collection, to storing other data, to making reports, making it possible during the process there were errors in recording, inaccurate reports made and delays in finding the required data. For this reason, this study aims to create a web-based application using the Extreme Programming (XP) method which is useful for Sodong Village to facilitate data processing in public services and a database design tool in the form of ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). In software development there are several approaches or methods used, the programming language used is PHP and the database used in the construction of the system is MySQL in this study the method used is Extreme Programming (XP) to build a public service information system, the design of this information system using the extreme programming (XP) method is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this Sodong Village public service.

Abstract

PT. MGT BANDUNG is a leading company in the marketing and distribution of Japanese food, Western and local food products in Indonesia. In evaluating performance at PT. MGT BANDUNG there are no systems and methods applied, this makes it difficult for companies to make measurable assessments.Therefore the company needs to build an employee performance appraisal information system to assist in conducting a systematic performance appraisal and applying methods so that the calculations can be more accurate and measured. With the employee performance appraisal system in this case the Field Sales Division, an analysis and design of a performance appraisal information system was carried out with the 360º method and Simple Additive Weighting (Saw). The system design method uses tools namely UML (Unified Modeling Language), Use case diagrams, activity diagrams, Class diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams. As well as applications used in making desktop-based systems. The programming language used is VB.NET and the SqlServer programming language. The results achieved in this paper are an information system to assess the performance of field sales at PT. MGT BANDUNG. From the results of the application of performance evaluation information systems in the field sales division with the Simple Additive Weighting (Saw) method and 360º method at PT. MGT BANDUNG management is easier to determine the performance appraisal of each employee with more accurate calculations. By using an alternative weighting C1 30%, C2 50%, and C3 20%.

Abstract

The development of information systems and information technology, of course, can also change people's behavior in carrying out their activities, which were originally done manually, now they can be done digitally so that they are more effective and efficient. Customer satisfaction is a person's level of feeling after being able to compare the perceived performance or results compared to their expectations. Indihome is one of the products of PT. Telkom as a provider of Indihome service products which has services in the form of mobile application-based services, namely Myindihome. The PIECES framework is a framework that has six categories in classification and problem solving, namely Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. This study uses the PIECES Framework method in analyzing data, the use of the PIECES framework method is very suitable in analyzing each system variable being studied because it can provide real results on the effectiveness of the system used by the company. Customer satisfaction with mobile application-based services is measured by the PIECES framework to determine the level of customer satisfaction with services. In this study, measurements were carried out using the PIECES Framework, resulting in an average score of 4.26 with a Likert scale. So service users are categorized as satisfied with mobile-based information system services.

Abstract

Lung Cancer is a disease in which there are cells that grow in the lungs by a collection of carcionogens uncontrollably. Lung Cancer can be treated with surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Early treatment that needs to be done to reduce the mortality rate in patients with lung cancer after performing thoracic surgery, by collecting data from each patients regarding this information causes a new problem, including the data obtained including high-dimensional data and has many attributes so that it can produce less accurate information. So it is necessary to calculate data mining clustering. In general, the methods for performing clustering are grouped into four parts, namely partitioning, hierarchial, grid-based and model-based. This study used the k-medoids algorithm because it is able to handle data sensitive to outliers and has high accuracy and efficiency in processing large numbers objects. The results of the k-medoids calculation were evaluated using the euclidean distance Davies Bouldin Index which resulted in a DBI value of 0.93543 indicating that the k-medoids algoritm achieves good grouping because the final result of the calculation is less than 0. From the results of the evaluation using DBI it shows that the k-medoids algorithm has an average accumulation average at the time of execution is quite fast and the cluster quality is good.

Abstract

The shortage of edible oil has caused the price of oil to be significantly higher than normal, which has led to higher oil prices even in certain regions where there are no edible oil inventories at all (empty warehouses). Due to the phenomenon of cooking oil shortages, many traders sell at high prices using correlation techniques, but they are not suitable. Given so many incidents where traders were selling cooking oil with related technology but not suited to consumers' needs, the authors became interested in analyzing the data connections by applying the a priori algorithm so that the goods paired with the cooking oil were not more useless and can be beneficial to buyers. Transaction data as a reference by a correlation by setting a cut-off value of 15% resulting from scanned transaction data, when buying cooking oil, often from 210 samples at the same time, and the samples taken have too good a number to be used as a correlation to become as they have a leverage value > 1.00 so that they can be used as a reference to arrange the cooking oil supply packaging along with other items.

Abstract

Grandemultipara are women who give birth more than four times usually experience complications in pregnancy and childbirth. Grandemultipara or better known as mothers who give birth more than 4 times can cause various pregnancy complications that will be experienced by the mother, one of which is bleeding. Grandemultipara pregnancies are included in high-risk pregnancies, because complications can occur either during pregnancy or childbirth. The K-NN algorithm can be applied in the process of diagnosing human diseases, so several references are taken including those used in diagnosing several diseases. With the K-NN algorithm that will be used in this study, where data on symptoms of Grandemultipara disease obtained from an expert is processed according to the algorithm to produce accurate diagnostic information for Grandemultipara disease. Analysis of the K-NN method is able to provide information and solutions in solving the problems of Grandemultipara disease.

Abstract

Since the beginning of Covid-19 in Jakarta, synchronous teaching with Internet communication technology and asynchronous teaching supported by the Learning Management System (LMS) have been adopted at Sampoerna University (SU). Synchronous teaching that initially used a web-based conference technology was later changed to using a communication platform that the University has subscribed to. Lecturers were provided with 15GB (15,360MB) of data per month to support these teaching activities. This research aimed to analyze whether the Internet data quota provided by the Government was sufficient to support the teaching process during this research period. This research used a quantitative method, recorded primary data for three months, and descriptive data with non-probability sampling. It was discovered that only 9,281.34MB of data was being used (60.43%) and still had 6,078.66MB (39.57%) remaining. The conclusion that can be drawn was that the Internet quota provided by the Government was adequate to cover one month of synchronous teaching for three courses with three credits each.

Abstract

One of the types of brain tumors in humans is glioma. Glioma is considered to be the most common type of primary brain tumor in adults. To determine the follow-up action that will be carried out by the doctor, the level of glioma needs to be known first. Glioma is divided into 3 grades. To be able to distinguish grades from gliomas, a classification process can be carried out using deep learning with CNN architecture. Glioma grade classification applies Histogram Equalization (HE) preprocessing. The training model uses CNN with the VGG-16 architecture. data using split data with a comparison of 70% training 30% testing, 80% training 20% testing, and 90% training 10% testing. The results of this study using original data have better results compared to data using HE preprocessing on batch size 16 testing and split data 90% training 10% testing.
