Abstract

Payment of salaries is a routine activity carried out by the finance department of a company, agency or business entity. Likewise, private universities which are educational institutions have an obligation to pay the salaries of their lecturers. With the large number of lecturers and the many variables in determining the amount of lecturer salaries, it is difficult for the finance department at private universities to determine the amount of a fair salary and in other words provide a salary that is in accordance with the efforts that have been made by each lecturer. With these problems, we need a method of calculating teacher salaries. The fuzzy tsukamoto method is the most ideal method in determining the salary of lecturers at private universities because it has non-binary and non-linear problems. With the problems and solutions raised above, this study aims to provide a faster, more precise and accurate method of calculating lecturer salaries at private universities, of course with input variables that are adjusted to the rules in private universities. Salary variables, especially lecturer salary bonuses at private universities, are years of service, jafung, rank/class and the most important is the performance variable. In the performance variable, there are three specific variables, namely the tridharma of lecturers (teaching, research or publication, and community service). To achieve a bonus with many criteria, it is required that the three performance variables have many criteria, and vice versa.

Abstract

The internal state of the industry related to the human energy sources owned by the industry requires something that requires a management system that can support the selection of competent human energy sources in their field. The increase in problems is very meaningful for every industry because it involves the continuation of the growth of the industry. On the issue of promotion, managers must pay attention to many things about applicable problems, not subjective. Problems that often occur in the process of promotion of employees include the subjectivity of decision making, the presence of most employees who have far different abilities. Therefore we need a decision support system that can assist in determining effective position assignments and searching for the highest value using the COPRAS method. This decision support system uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and (COPRAS) Complex Proportional Assessment where this method can be used to overcome complexity because there are many criteria that must be considered in promotions such as work quality, work experience, employee skills, tardiness, absenteeism. , teamwork, responsibility, and the final diploma. The data used is the assessment in 2020 at PT. Ark Setia has as many as 13 employee data. Testing the system was tried with one trial, namely making a start with Microsoft Office Excel. The results of the experiment using Microsoft Office Excel can be adjusted to the data that has been calculated using the AHP weighting method with the support of the COPRAS method, the highest value obtained from this calculation is 100.00 and obtained 4 appropriate results and fit to get the promotion.

Abstract

Business is a commercial field of business that is in great demand. One of them is a business in the field of fashion or fashion. Fashion or fashion is something that is in demand by the wider community with an attraction to the way, pattern, and even decoration in the form of clothing, levis, trousers, and other fashions. The owner of the Haji Muhri shop is one of the people who are interested in doing business in the fashion world. The shop owner will set up a new store branch in the East Kotawaringin area, Central Kalimantan. The researcher offers owners to use a combination of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), as a decision support system. Decision support system is a system that has the ability to perform an analysis of the decision-making model. Decision support system (DSS) is also a system with alternative processes that have a specific purpose, meaning that this system can be used in situations that are even very rare. The combination of methods between SAW and TOPSIS serves to produce an optimal decision based on alternatives and predetermined criteria. This study uses 7 locations as alternatives and 9 criteria. In this study, the alternative locations chosen were Mentawa Baru Hulu, Mentawa Baru Hilir, Ketapang, Sawahan, Baamang Hulu, Baamang Tengah, and Baamang Hilir, which resulted in Mentawa Baru Hilir with a value of 0.751 or 75.1% as the highest value from the location. other calculations that have been made to be the best alternative for the location of the new branch of the Haji Muhri Fashion Store

Abstract

Company competition to be the best in the current era of globalization is getting tighter. Employees at the company are one of the keys for companies to be able to compete by increasing their abilities and placing the right positions in accordance with the skills possessed by these employees. Position promotion can be done if it is done effectively and efficiently. The same is the case at PT.Fokus Jasa Mitra which carries out promotions to employees who will occupy new positions. However, the determination process is still less effective and efficient because the calculation process is still manual. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to solve the existing problems, the authors use a combination of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) methods which can produce a weighting for each criterion and the final value of the alternative that is ranked first. In this study, the results of the calculations obtained, the best value or being the first rank of the twenty alternative data is Alternative 2 with a final value of 61,784 so that this calculation can be said to be effective and efficient.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze information technology risk management on the implementation of the gold savings menu on Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) application in PT Pegadaian Waingapu Branch using the ISO31000:2018 framework. The risk management process is carried out starting from the communication and consultation stage, the context setting stage, the risk assessment stage, consist of risk identification, analysis and evaluation, as well as the risk treatment stage. The result of this research found that there are 23 possible risks in gold saving menu PDS application. Of the 23 possible risks, there is one risk that has a high risk level, namely data leakage, six risks at the medium level and 16 risks at the low level. This research also provides recommendations to PT Pegadaian Waingapu Branch management for risks treatment that arise from the implementation process of the gold savings menu PDS application. The results of risk management analysis for gold savings menu in PDS application from this research are documented in form of a risk register to help the management in managing risks.

Abstract

One of the health problems in Cirebon is about nutritional status. This happens because the increase and decrease in the number of children under five who experience nutritional status problems each year is uncertain. Toddlers are a group of people who are vulnerable to nutrition. The incidence of malnutrition if not addressed will cause a bad impact for toddlers. The impacts include death and chronic infection. Early detection of undernourished children (malnutrition and malnutrition) can be done with an examination of weight for age (W/U) to monitor the child's weight, the parameters used to calculate the nutritional status of toddlers include age, weight and height/length. To classify the nutritional status of children under five, a knowledge or scientific study is needed that can classify data based on the data from measurements and weighing. This study uses 8 criteria, namely Name, Address, Mother's Name, Gender, Age, Weight, Height, Status Classification. The accuracy results obtained are 98.86% with details, namely the Prediction Results of Malnutrition and it turns out that the True Malnutrition is 13 data. Poor Nutrition Prediction Results and turns out to be True Normal by 1 Data. Normal Prediction Results and it turns out to be True Malnutrition is 1 Data. Normal Prediction Results and turns out to be True Normal of 161 data. The results of the classification of infant levels based on age, infants aged 0 months to 10 months had normal nutrition, while infants aged 10 months to 19.5 months were prone to malnutrition for infants, and those aged more than 19.5 months had poor nutrition. normal.

Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has paralyzed the business sector, resulting in changes in business activities in many companies today. Many companies are competing to digitize their business, PT XYZ is one of them. PT XYZ is a company engaged in outsourcing. Outsourcing companies are one of the many types of companies that have been heavily impacted during the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to restore its business, PT XYZ has an innovation in the form of a job portal. PT XYZ always strives to market its job market. This is the biggest challenge that PT XYZ has on its job portal. Therefore, it is necessary to apply big data to be utilized by PT XYZ. This study reviews the application of big data on the job portal of PT XYZ. The implementation of big data refers to the five characteristics of big data (5V), volume, variety, velocity, veracity, and value. The method used to obtain data in this study is through interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that the five characteristics meet the criteria for the application of big data. This allows PT XYZ's job portal to apply big data analytics to its marketing strategy.

Abstract

Abstract–Rapid technological developments require companies to move dynamically following the flow of technological changes, one of the things that can be done is to use information systems to support company operations. Harum Swalayan is one of the supermarkets that already uses information systems but there are still several divisions that have not implemented information systems. Data collection in this study used interviews and observations to determine the business environment and the company's information system environment. The method used in this study was Ward and Peppard with SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, Five Forces porter, and Mcfarlan's Strategic Grid. This research produces recommendations in the form of warehouse information system applications, vehicle parking security systems, and cashier information systems. Employee absenteeism system, and financial information system, which are priorities according to the McFarlan Strategic Grid mapping, and can be implemented within the next 3 years.

Abstract

Inorganic waste is waste that cannot be decomposed, in the laboratory a trash can has been provided, but there are still many laboratory users who still put, leave waste such as used paper and plastic bottles in any place. can help in facilitating laboratory users in disposing of waste only by using sensors, so a tool is designed that can be easily affordable and easy to use to prevent the amount of waste and piles of waste paper and plastic bottles. The author designed the Design of Automatic Inorganic Garbage Disposal Using Ultrasonic Sensors and Arduino Uno Case Study: Unas Artificial Intelligence Laboratory by using our hand proximity sensor the trash can opens automatically, we don't need to hold or touch the trash can, just use the proximity sensor, it opens automatically, and the trash can will close automatically if the proximity sensor moves away. So the author wants to design and make this tool that can be very helpful for use in the laboratory in order to minimize the amount of inorganic waste left behind.

Abstract

Technological developments in the modern era as it is today, there have been many innovations from scientists, communities and students to facilitate human activities. The results of this innovation are expected to help people's daily activities. However, there have not been many innovations that can facilitate human work, one of which is in the field of citizen services, such as the area of Rt 007 Rw 014 Kelurahan Pgilan, East Jakarta, which is currently trying to develop into a more developed and better area. The analytical method and technique used in this research is a SWOT analysis, by looking at the company's business needs and objectives. So the researcher aims to develop an Android-based application for the citizen service information system, because it will be very helpful in the citizen data storage system, as well as other citizen services directly in the citizen service application. And it can be directly accessed by the head of Rt 007. In making this Android-based application, the Java programming language is used as the Sharedpreferences database. With this citizen service application system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the people of Rt 007 who are involved in data management and the head of Rt 007 or other management can monitor the application of citizen services
