Abstract

This study aims to determine whether profitability has a significant effect on corporate income tax, to find out whether operational costs have a significant effect on corporate income tax and to find out whether profitability and operational costs have a significant effect on corporate income tax on automotive companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014 -2018 period The population in this study were all automotive companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which numbered 15 companies. By using purposive sampling, we obtained a total sample of 11 companies. The results of the research analysis show that profitability and operational cost has an influence on corporate income tax on automotive companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. F test shows that profitability and operational cost has an influence on corporate income tax on automotive companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The result of determination coefficient (R Square) shows that corporate income tax can be explained by profitability and operational cost. As of the remaining can be explained by other variable which is not included on this research such as liquidity, leverage and earnings per share.

Abstract

The advancement of internet technology and the existence of social media is the right opportunity to open an online business amid the development of the internet in all aspects of society. One of the applications of this technology is the use of marketing strategies that can be carried out through social media. This study aims to determine whether social media marketing activities carried out by Pass The Trend have a positive influence on brand equity, the spread of e-WOM on social media, and customer purchase intention. The SEM-PLS measurement model and quantitative approach are used in this research methodology. Respondent data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 400 participants of Instagram social media users who had accessed Pass The Trend's Instagram account. The research shows that social media marketing activity has a positive impact on purchase intention. In addition, brand equity is also considered to have a positive effect on e-WOM and e-WOM still positively affects purchase intention. The results of this study are intended as an evaluation for Pass The Trend, providing insight into how to improve and implement social media marketing activities on Instagram effectively. This is expected to increase Pass The Trend's brand equity and e-WOM.

Abstract

Product reviews currently have an important role in knowing new information and becoming a consideration that will later become a purchasing decision. Many platforms accommodate a collection of information about product information as a potential fulfillment of user expectations. Is the product review able to fulfill user Female Daily Application's expectations? The purpose of this study is to determine whether product reviews have an influence on user satisfaction of the Female Daily application. The reasearch method used is a quantitative and data processing using SPSS version 27.0. The results showed that there was a strong influence between product reviews on user satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the determination coefficient test of 72.9% of the Female Daily application user satisfaction was determined by product reviews, while the remaining 27.1% was determined by other things outside this study.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of several factors on stock returns in manufacturing companies. The research employs a quantitative associative research method and utilizes a multiple regression sampling technique. The sample consists of 15 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019-2022, totaling 60 data points from annual financial reports. The partial results of the research reveal that accounting profit and operating cash flow do not have a significant impact on stock returns. However, investment cash flow has a significant effect on stock returns, while financing cash flow and company size do not have a significant influence on stock returns. Overall, the research findings indicate that simultaneously, accounting profit, operating cash flow, investment cash flow, financing cash flow, and company size have a significant impact on stock returns in manufacturing companies. This study provides valuable insights into the factors influencing the stock performance of manufacturing companies and can serve as a guide for investors and decision-makers in managing their portfolios

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Knowledge of Taxation Regulations and Tax Sanctions toward Taxpayer Compliance in PT. SIP Inti Palapa Logistik. The population in this study are employees in PT. SIP Inti Palapa Logistik. Samples taken as many as 50 respondents by using purposive sampling. Result of research partially indicate that Knowledge of Taxation Regulations has effect and significantly to Taxpayer Compliance in PT. SIP Inti Palapa Logistik.. Results of research partially indicate that Tax Sanctions has effect and significantly to Taxpayer Compliance in PT. SIP Inti Palapa Logistik. Results of simultaneously the Knowledge of Taxation Regulations and Tax Sanctions has effect and significantly to Taxpayer Compliance in PT. SIP Inti Palapa Logistik. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the Taxpayer Compliance variable can be explained by the variables of Knowledge of Taxation Regulations and Tax Sanctions, while the remaining by other variables not examined in this study such as Tax Administration System, Tax Service Quality, Tax Audit Quality, Tax Rates and Taxpayer Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on buying interest in the Veteran Jaya Furniture Shop, knowing the effect of discounts on buying interest in the Veteran Jaya Furniture Shop, knowing the effect of brand image on buying interest at the Veteran Jaya Furniture Shop. Knowing the effect of promotions, discounts, and brand imagery on buying interest at the Veteran Jaya Furniture Shop. The research methodology used is a quantitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, which is data obtained in the form of numbers or numbers. Data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, secondary data obtained from data and literature relating to the problems discussed. The population in this study was all consumers who made a purchase at Veteran Jaya Furniture during the 2020 period of 7,125 consumers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples is 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The analysis results provide an equation of buying interest = 8.065 + 0.242 promotion + 0.213 discounted price + 0.190 brand image + e.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment on Sales Volume at PT. Pratamabina Meditama, knowing the effect of Service Quality on Sales Volume at PT. Pratamabina Meditama, knowing the effect of Work Environment and Service Quality on Sales Volume at PT. Pratamabina Meditama. The population in this study were all consumers who used the company's services during the 2020 period as many as 7,101 consumers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples obtained is 99 respondents. The results showed that the work environment and service quality partially had a positive and significant effect on the sales volume of consumers at PT. Pratamabina Meditama. The results showed that the work environment and service quality simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the sales volume of consumers at PT. Pratamabina Meditama. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2), which means that the work environment and service quality have an influence on sales volume. While the rest is influenced by other factors that come from outside this research model such as product quality, employee performance, design, satisfaction, loyalty and various other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of product quality and product attributes on interest in buying Pak Tani NPK 16.16.16 fertilizer in Percut Sei Tuan Village at PT. Fastgro Kimia Utama. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method, the unit of analysis in this study is PT. Fastgro Kimia Utama and the unit of observation are Farmers in Percut Sei Tuan Village. The population in this study were farmers in Percut Sei Tuan Village as many as 645 respondents. The technique for determining the number of samples used in this study was the slovin formula and amounted to 87 respondents. The research method used is data collection techniques through library research and field research which is carried out systematically based on the research objectives. The analytical method used to solve the problem and prove the hypothesis is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and coefficient of determination test (R2).
