This study aims to find out whether Creativity and Innovation affect the Business Success of PT Abdya Centra Perabot. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were all PT customers as many as 80 respondents in the city of Medan, so the number of samples used by researchers was 80 customers. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that Creativity and Innovation had a positive and significant effect on Business Success at PT Abdya Centra Perabot. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) = 0.806 or 80.6%, which means that Creativity and Innovation simultaneously have an influence of 80.6% on Business Success at PT Abdya Centra Perabot. While the remaining 19.4% is influenced by other factors originating from outside this research model such as perceived value, service quality, price, segmentation, targeting and positioning. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Brand Equity on Sales Volume at PT. Uni Diesel.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Brand Equity on Sales Volume at PT. Uni Diesel. The population in this study are customers of PT. Uni Diesel totaling 4.907 customers. The technique of determining the samples used in this study is Slovin formula and totaling 98 respondents. The research method used is the technique of collecting data through library research conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses with descriptive analysis, regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F test, and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The t test results show Personal Selling variable had a positive and significant on Sales Volume at PT. Uni Diesel. Sales Promotion variable had a positive and significant on Sales Volume at PT. Uni Diesel. Brand Equity variable variable had a positive and significant on Sales Volume at PT. Uni Diesel. The F test results show that the independent variables Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Brand Equity adjusted for the variable Sales Volume. Test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicate that Sales Volume variable are supported by Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Brand Equity variables.

This study aims to analyze the influence of toll roads on economic growth and the potential sectoral transformations in the research region. The research employs a panel data analysis method with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted in four regencies in East Java, namely Nganjuk Regency, Kediri Regency, Jombang Regency, and Mojokerto Regency. The research results indicate that the partial effect of toll road development does not have a significant impact on economic growth. However, when considered simultaneously with the Human Development Index variable, it shows a significant influence on economic growth.

Sikulikap Waterfall Nature Tourism is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Karo Regency. On weekends and national holidays Sikulikap Waterfall is always full of visitors. However, it turns out that there are still problems regarding visitor satisfaction at Sikulikap Waterfall. The purpose of this research is to identify accessibility, amenities, visitor satisfaction and analyze how accessibility and amenities influence visitor satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a quantitative associative approach while the research. There are two types of data used, namely primary data and secondary data. The tools in this research are questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The number of samples in the study were 100 respondents to Sikulikap Waterfall. Partially the accessibility variable has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction with the result t-test 2.151 > t-table 1.984. Amenity variables partially have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction with t-count results of 5,347 > 1.984, then simultaneously accessibility and amenity variables have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction with F-count results of 72,735 > 3.09 and coefficients of determination of accessibility and amenity explains visitor satisfaction with an Adjusted R Square value of 59.2%, so the hypothesis is accepted

Every company has a goal to win the competition and maximize company profits by attracting consumers from the suitability of set prices and effective and efficient promotions. Both of these are factors that can convince consumers to make a purchase decision. This research aims to determine the effect of price and promotion on the purchase decision for event organizer services. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with data sources used, namely literature studies and distributing questionnaires. The sample in this research was 35 respondents with saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis method in this research used data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test using SPSS version 20 program. The results of t test in this research to show that the price (X1) partially has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision for event organizer services with a calculated t value of 3,186. The results of t test in this research to show that the promotion (X2) partially has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision for event organizer services with a calculated t value of 5,812. The results of the F test on price (X1) and promotion (X2) simultaneous has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision for event organizer services with a calculated F count of 21,152. The results of the Adjusted R Square (R2) test to show that price (X1) and promotion (X2) are able to influence the purchase decision for event organizer services by 54,2% and the remaining 45,8% can be explained by factors not axamined in this research.

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of taxpayer awareness, tax authorities services, tax sanctions, tax systems and tax socialization on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Medan Polonia using quantitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources. through a questionnaire with five Likert scales. The respondents in this research were 100 Taxpayers with total sampling. Data processing in this study used SPSS 25.0. The results of this research indicate that Taxpayer Awareness, Fiscus Service, Tax Sanctions have an influence on Individual Taxpayer Compliance, while the Tax System and Tax Socialization have no influence on Individual Taxpayer Compliance. The R Square value of the variables studied is 0.314, there is a remaining 0.686 which has not been studied.

The success of entrepreneurial factors in the digital era is related to a number of factors, both internal and external. This is a challenge for the development of entrepreneurship and the purpose of this research is to find out the success factors that influence entrepreneurship by setting observations in Solo involving 100 respondents. Tests with regression analysis and the results illustrate that the entrepreneurship and economics variables have a positive effect on entrepreneurship while the innovation and technology variables have no effect. This finding promises further research despite its limitations

Prinsip pengelolaan bisnis pada dasarnya berasal dari budaya asal masing-masing, terutama demi mencapai keberlanjutan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan bisnis dalam keberlanjutan yang berfokus pada budaya para pengusaha Tionghoa-Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi untuk mengetahui kesamaan dalam tindakan dan perilaku bisnis dari sampel informan yang dipilih secara sengaja berdasarkan budaya tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil dari studi ini, disimpulkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip utama bisnis para pengusaha Tionghoa-Indonesia adalah kepercayaan dan komitmen.

The digital era has brought significant changes in the way consumers view and purchase household appliances. Technological advances, lifestyle changes and emerging market trends have all played a role in shaping consumer spending habits in this sector. This research aims to determine the segmentation of consumer spending in shopping for home appliances products. The method used is descriptive quantitative k-mean clustering in SPSS software based on the results of a random sampling survey of 100 samples from 10.000 population. Based on research results, it shows that cluster 5 with persona SpendThrift Families is the best target cluster for home appliances companies to sell their products, especially in the categories of gardening equipment, kitchen appliances, and bathroom & laundry.

Inovasi industri sangat penting untuk kemajuan sebuah bangsa, tentunya juga untuk negara Indonesia, di mana semua negara di dunia bersaing untuk mempercepat industri negaranya masing-masing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor utama yang dapat mendukung percepatan inovasi industri di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan teori yang muncul dari wawancara podcast yang kemudian hasilnya diberi kode. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat 17 kode yang membentuk 9 kategori dan menghasilkan 3 tema dengan total frekuensi sebanyak 38. Skor tertinggi untuk pengkodean adalah 17 pada tema anggaran inovasi sehingga faktor utama yang mendukung percepatan inovasi industri di Indonesia adalah anggaran inovasi.
