Abstract

The transportation system is experiencing rapid development. One of the transportation systems that has developed qiote rapidly and is in great demand now is the air transportation system. The air transportation system is the main choice because air transportation can save the travel time when the distance is far enough. Development of time and technology, the increasing demand for air transportation has caused a lack of capacity at Bali’s airport. It is necessary to design a facility that can provide a place for air accommodation to accommodate the needs of air transportation users. Circulation is one thing that must be considered when designing an airport passenger terminal. Circulation are usually formed from a pattern of spatial structure so the circulation in the building will determine the smooth activity in the build- ing. Based on basic health research in 2007, chronic disease is still in the top ten of the most occurred in Indonesia. From the health profile of Bali province in 2014, it shown that the chronic disease is still in the top ten of most visit in the hospitals, both in inpatient and outpatient. Bali province is one of province with high density population. The role of paramedic in curing the chronic disease can be in the form of primary, secondary, or tertiary prevention. Primary prevention for the chronic disease is conducted through modifying the risk factors via life style's change. The healthy phone-call method is based on the culture of Balinese community, in which they are very consumptive to use the communication technology, namely phone. Individual who has been screened to have risks of having the contagious disease is monitored by paramedics and get the needed medical services through long distance communication. Many controls are needed namely regular exercise, knowledge of healthy food, stress management. Telenursing method has several advantage, i.e., effective and efficient, lowering the curing cost of chronic diseases, and increasing the degree of the community health. The aim of this study was to know the effect of healthy phone-call to control the risk factor of chronic disease in Bali. The research method used was quasy experimental to analyse the difference in knowledge, attitude, and behavior of preventing chronic disease from nutrition management aspect in individual who has been screened to have chronic disease's risk before and after the healthy phone-call treatment. This study was conducted in working area of the Centre of Community Health III South Denpasar. Individual with chronic disease's risk was given intervention namely phone-call and short message three times per week for 3 weeks. The results of this study demonstrated a significant difference in chronic disease preventing behavior based on nutrition management aspect before and after given phone-call on 30 respondents (p = 0,000). A healthy phone-call can be used as one of chronic disease primary prevention method through knowledge and information addition in individual with chronic disease's risk. Abstract

As awareness about Human Centric Lighting rises sustainable lighting concepts in high-rise architecture are more and more considered. Health and wellbeing are terms that become an essential part in light planning. The question is if there are sustainable solutions to improve this problem and if so how to implement them in the lighting planning of a modern high-rise building properly? And is there potential for improvement in sustainability of lighting solutions when it comes to working or living conditions? Two main sources of light are looked at: Daylight and artificial lighting. In the case of a modern high-rise building the lighting design necessarily consists of them both. However, the conclusions of the researches looked at in this paper show that it is of utmost importance of how this technology is applied. My findings show that melanopic effective lighting has the power to coordinate our circadian rhythms. Lighting solutions for daytime can positively influence our circadian rhythm by the consideration of natural light in project planning as well as the use of intelligent artificial lighting solutions such as the ones done research on. Abstract

Bamboo is one of the building materials that is no stranger to the people of Indonesia. Bamboo grows abundantly throughout Indonesia and has become part of the lives of Indonesian people. Bamboo is used because it has strong material characteristics but has a light weight for building construction needs. Bamboo is also known to have ecological value that is good for the environment because it only takes about 3 to 5 years of growth to be ready for use as material better than wood materials that can reach 40 years. With very fast growth and the ability to adapt to a good climate, bamboo is an alternative material that can be a renewable resources. However, modern society now has a perception that bamboo is an ancient material and material for the poor and has a low aspect of durability. Even though bamboo can be used for the structure of tourism accommodation building as well as villa it will give a unique look with renewal of designs and the development of more innovative ways of preservation in order to become a development effort that is more directed towards environmental preservation. By using bamboo extensively in the structure of buildings, the circulation of the presence of bamboo can support the people's economy and have a great positive impact on the environment. Abstract

The procedural law of Class Action is a legal concept known in the Anglo-Saxon legal system (Common Law). Whilst this concept is not recognised in the Continental European legal system (Civil Law), likewise in Indonesian civil procedure that based on Herzien Inlandsch Reglement (H.I.R) and Rechtsreglement voor de Buitengewesten (RBg). Initially, the procedural law of class action in Indonesian legal system was arranged consecutively under Law No. 23 of 1997 (Environmental Protection Law), Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and Law No. 41 of 1999 on Forestry. The arrangement of class action lawsuit in the substantive law was inspired by the recognition of class action lawsuit in the United States through Article 23 of the US Federal Rule of Civil Procedure prescribing that the requirements for filing class action lawsuit are as follows: numerosity, commonality, typicality, and adequacy of representation. In Indonesia there is no procedural law setting out the class action lawsuit, thus Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2002 was enacted. The replacement of Law No. 23 of 1997 (Environmental Protection Law) by Law No. 32 of 2009 (Environmental Protection and Management Law) allows the application of the class action with reference to this Supreme Court Regulation. The arrangement of class action lawsuit in the Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2002 still encounters many challenges in its application. The initial process i.e. certification is very decisive whether the lawsuit can be accepted or is qualified as a class action lawsuit. In conjunction with this, the judges' active role is very important whilst waiting for a specific and adequate legislation to establish the class action procedure. Meanwhilst, the judges are supposed to patch up the Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2002. Keywords: Environmental Disputes, Procedural Law, Class Action Lawsuit
