Abstract

Omah Koempoel is one of the cafes in Batu Tourism City that has many customers because it provides a natural and contemporary cafe concept through neatly arranged joglo-joglo buildings. Because it has many competitors and must be able to satisfy every customer who comes, Omah Koempoel needs to find a strategy to help win the cafe business in Batu Tourism City. The method that used in this study is a strategic management matrix formulation consisting of 3 stages or stages, namely the Input Stage with the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix and the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix; the Matching Stage using Internal External Matrix (IE) analysis, and the Decision Stage using the QSPM Matrix (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The results of this study get alternative strategies that Omah Koempoel can use is a development strategy by expanding its market share, expanding business locations, expanding business in other sectors, finding suitable and appropriate locations for the establishment of new businesses, maximizing digital media that is currently developing this, as well as being more active and aggressive in promoting the products offered.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are a significant part of the economy of a country or region (including Indonesia). The development of the MSME sector has an important meaning in encouraging economic growth and reducing the poverty rate of a country. This study aims to determine the effect of online promotion and brand image on purchasing decisions on UMKM Whynostalgia products in Bogor. The data collection method used was the distribution of written questionnaires and the distribution of online questionnaires using Google Forms and path analysis is the data analysis technique used. The results of the analysis show that online promotion and brand image have a partially and simultaneously significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for UMKM Whynostalgia products in Bogor.

Abstract

Mutual funds are a good place to invest for novice investors to get profits in the future. Therefore, mutual funds really need to be studied by including macroeconomic variables, namely BI-7 day repo rate and exchange rates. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of BI-7 day repo rate and exchange rates on Net Asset Value (NAV) of equity funds. The method used in this study is the Error Correction Model. The results show that in the long run the BI-7 day repo rate variable has a significant positive effect on the NAV of equity funds. However, the exchange rate variable has a significant negative effect. Furthermore, in the short-term estimation, BI-7 day repo rate has no effect on the NAV of equity funds. Then the exchange rate has a significant negative effect. Simultaneously (together) in the long run has a significant influence on the NAV of equity funds. This is inversely proportional to the short-term estimation results which state that simultaneous BI-7 day repo rate and exchange rates have no effect on the NAV of equity funds. The data used in this study is the period 2018 – 2022.

Abstract

Cigarette companies are companies that belong to the primary purchaser items sector. The share prices of cigarette companies have continued to fall since the outbreak of Cocid-19. The lockdown policy has made cigarette companies experience a decline in performance. The observe targets to decide the impact of TIE and EPS on the share prices. The sample taken is a number of 4 companies acquired thru purposive sampling method. Before testing the hypothesis, the regression model is first tested with classical assumptions so that the data is feasible for testing the hypothesis. with a purpose to make sure that the facts are suitable for testing the hypothesis, the regression model is first tested using conventional assumptions. The analytical tools used are Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25 software. The results found that there is no partial effect of TIE on stock prices. Then there is the partial influence of EPS on stock prices. Simultaneously, TIE and EPS have an effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Working capital management refers to two concepts: gross working capital, which is the total current assets minus current liabilities, and net working capital, which is the difference between current assets minus current liabilities. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The purpose of working capital management is to ensure the availability of sufficient net working capital to ensure the company's liquidity. The . fluctuations in the 2019-2022 period. These fluctuations occur because net working capital has increased and decreased, but total assets over the past 4 years have increased. The bank can suppress its current liabilities in order to increase the bank's income as a result, bank BTN has stable current liabilities. in 2019 the capital turnover ratio was higher than the capital turnover ratio that occurred in 2020, 2021 and 2022. This right means that liquidity that occurred in 2019 was indicated to be lower than in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Abstract

In order to ensure the smooth operation of an organization, it is essential for the organization to carry out a assessment of its performance, one which is related to its financial performance. The outcomes of this assessment will offer an insight into the financial feasibility and health of the bank, utilizing various financial ratios such as solvency, profitability, and liquidity ratios. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, involving the collection of financial data reports from Bank Capital Indonesia, Tbk. Spanning from 2020 to 2022. In general, Bank Capital Indonesia, Tbk. Demonstrates a strong solvency position, but it should place greater emphasis on enhancing the stability and sustainability of its financial performance, while also addressing fluctuations in profitability and operational efficiency.

This research aims to find out how the influence of compensation and work discipline on employee performance in villages in Plered District. Abstract

Café Therapy is a novel technique that blends the convenience of coffee shop settings with counseling and therapy services, with the goal of making mental health care more accessible and stigma-free. Café Therapy not only creates additional money but also lowers barriers to getting treatment and builds social resilience through community ties by integrating mental health services into a popular and friendly coffee shop setting. This novel idea is consistent with community psychology ideas, emphasizing the need of addressing social concerns and developing support networks. Café Therapy intends to improve its effectiveness and scalability through in-depth interviews, observations, and literature research, ultimately enhancing mental health outcomes and community resilience. Café Therapy creates a holistic and supportive environment that benefits individuals and the community as a whole by providing a safe space for therapy sessions, offering group programs and workshops, promoting nutritious food and relaxation, and collaborating with local mental health organizations.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how reward and punishment affects employee performance at the Nabila Farm Lembang agrotourism company. The testing technique used is quantitative with the number of samples taken from the entire employee population of twenty employees. The information sources utilized within this research are essential data acquired from the survey. Before testing the hypothesis, the multiple regression model is first tested with classical assumptions to ensure that the data is feasible for hypothesis testing. The analytical instrument used is Microsoft Excel software and SPSS 25. The results of this research showed that partially reward and punishment affected employee performance at the Nabila Farm Lembang agrotourism company. Simultaneously, reward and punishment affected employee performance.

Abstract

This research challenges the influence of variable costing methodology on the pricing of various flavors of "piscok" at Jl Ronggo Waluyo. The study aims to: (1) delineate the production costs of "piscok" at Jl. Ronggo Waluyo, and (2) ascertain whether the manufacturing costs are determined using variable costing. Employing a quantitative approach and non-probability sampling, the study utilizes preliminary data obtained confidentially from Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), garnered through interviews with SME personnel and cost data acquired during the 2023 production cycle. Upon analyzing production costs and unit pricing for "Piscok Aneka Rasa" at Jl Ronggo Waluyo using variable costs, findings reveal a per-unit production cost of Rp 448.67, with 80% attributed to labor costs. Consequently, the unit price for "piscok" stands at IDR 807.61. This comparison facilitates evaluating product pricing between conventional and variable costing methods. While the business sets the selling price for the "piscok" category at Rp1.250.000, the application of variable costing results in a significantly lower price of Rp 807.61. Thus, the price discrepancy based on these methods amounts to approximately Rp 442.38. The pricing strategy adopted by Piscok Aneka Rasa in Jl Ronggo Waluyo is notably influenced by industry standards and competitors' pricing methods. Consequently, the price set by Piscok Aneka Rasa tends to surpass the corresponding rate derived from variable costing principles.
