PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa painting di Indonesia, produk yang dikerjakan adalah painting Body EGR. Body EGR (Turbo Charging) adalah salah satu produk yang bertujuan meningkatkan tenaga mesin dan suara yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih halus. Body EGR (Turbo Charging) banyak dijumpai pada kendaraan roda empat dengan mesin diesel, seperti truk dan kendaraan roda empat lainnya yang menggunakan mesin diesel. Painting Body EGR (Turbo Charging) merupakan produk penting pada PT. XYZ , maka dibutuhkan analisa peningkatan kualitas yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis cara mengurangi defect wavy pada Body EGR (Turbo Charging) diPT. XYZ. Dengan menggunakan metode Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA). Pada tahap Plan Perencanaan untuk mencari dan jenis defect yang paling dominan dan akar penyebab terjadinya produk cacat. Jenis defect paling dominan untuk Body EGR (Turbo Charging) diperoleh 5 jenis. Dengan membuat diagram Pareto dan mencari penyebab terjadinya defect wavy pada Body EGR (Turbo Charging). Berdasarkan diagram pareto, penelitian fokus memperbaiki 1 jenis defect yaitu jenis defect wavy lalu dicarilah faktor penyebab defect tersebut menggunakan diagram Fishbone.Tahap Do Setelah diketahui penyebab terjadinya defect,Menentukan sasaran dan tujuan dalam tindakan perbaikan dan identifikasi produk cacat dan dibantu oleh tools 5W+1H. Tahap Check dilakukan pemeriksaan dengan menggunakan Failure Mode Effect and Analysis (FMEA), di dapatlah nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) yang paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 144,yaitu posisi nozzle kurang pas,dan recommended action yang diberikan berupa usulan untuk pembuatan checksheet khusus untuk pengecekan posisi nozzle sebelum produksi. Tahap selanjutnya adalah tahap Action, pada tahap ini dilakukan peningkatan kualitas dalam bentuk pemberian usulan berupa monitoring dan mengukur kinerja karyawan serta melihat tingkat kualitas suatu produk dengan menggunakan pengecekan (check sheet) dengan meninjau pada proses pemeriksaan.

Every employee needs occupational safety and health in carrying out their obligations to work in every company. Therefore, employers and employees must work together to create occupational safety and health. This study aims to identify the influence of occupational safety and health that has been carried out in various companies. This research method uses a systematic reflection method that takes articles from several national journals regarding occupational safety and health. The findings of this study are that occupational safety and health cannot be ignored from various fields of the company, because it is very risky to harm and harm the company's employees so actions are needed to make employees feel safe, comfortable, and healthy. The results of this study resulted in the dominant publisher year being 2020 with 4 articles, while the type of industry that carried out the most occupational safety and health procedures was the shipping industry with 3 articles. The contribution of this research hopes to be used as a reference for other researchers to make it easier to find articles related to occupational safety and health.

Banyaknya data yang harus diinput ke dalam P-Care membuat para relawan harus bekerja secara cepat dengan kondisi tubuh mereka yang tidak nyaman karena jarak dari kursi ke meja laptop yang berjauhan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji masalah yang terjadi kepada para relawan, penilaian kerja yang dilakukan berdasarkan prinsip biomekanika dengan pendekatan RULA. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan pendekatan RULA didapatkan bahwa sikap kerja operator pada saat melakukan penginputan data masyarakat yang sudah melakukan vaksinasi ke dalam P-Care, semuanya memiliki nilai total 6 dan dikategorikan ke dalam level 3 atau memiliki level resiko sedang, sehingga tindakan dalam waktu dekat tersebut diperlukan. Berdasarkan analisis metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) dapat hasil bahwa penyebab mudah pegal dan lelahnya relawan IT vaksinasi adalah posisi kerja mereka yang membungkuk dalam waktu yang lama secara konsisten dan bagian tangan selalu bergerak dengan waktu yang relatif cepat sehingga membuat tingkat konsentrasi relawan pun menurun dan data yang di input menjadi salah.

Decision making at top management is a strategic issue, this affects and becomes one of the determining factors for success for the company. The selection of contractors is one way to make decisions, the method that is widely used in decision making is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, although this method is very old, this method is still widely used, because AHP is one of the popular decision-making methods for decision making. multi-criteria (MCDM), by taking a case study in a well-known palm oil company headquartered in Jakarta (Indonesia). The results of the criteria score are consistent with 0.002 and in the final selection of the first ranked alternative there are 3 (three) contractors with the best score of 25% who excel in Pre-Qualification and Commercial Criteria testing, with this method the company is expected to be able to choose the right contractor for business partners and smooth operations.

Occupational accidents in the construction sector have a very significant contribution. One of the constructive efforts that can be carried out is to apply the Occupational Health and Safety provisions as stated in the construction contract. Among the various construction contract formats, the FIDIC Red Book 2017 contains several Occupational Health and Safety provisions in its clauses which can be used as a reference for Employers and Contractors in terms of risk sharing and scope of responsibility. The research aims to describe the Occupational Health and Safety provisions in the 2017 Red Book FIDIC construction contract format and compare them with applicable national regulations. From an analysis of the contents of sub-clauses that are relevant to Occupational Health and Safety and a comparison with the regulation of the Minister of PUPR Number 10 of 2021 concerning guidelines for construction safety management systems, an insight into the contents of the 2017 Red Book FIDIC sub-clauses regarding Occupational Health and Safety, in general, has been included in the regulation of the Minister of PUPR Number 10 of 2021. FIDIC itself prioritizes Contractor compliance with applicable national regulations. PT. United Steel Center Indonesia-Karawang is a company engaged in manufacturing that focuses on blanking steel coins for automotive or non-automotive. The TKG and TWB departments were chosen to be the object of research based on data regarding the highest number of work accident incidents in 2021 and there are still manual processes involving humans. The method used is the HIRARC method, a method that combines hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control to avoid or minimize work accidents. There are 3 problems that occur in the TKG department and 2 problems in the TWB department. Therefore, it is necessary to update the SOP, especially regarding the use of PPE, which replaces the safety hand and safety leg with a universal size so that it can adjust to the size of each employee's hands and feet, adding earmuff PPE for noisy work, wearing a Gas Respirator mask for anti-oiling work. rust, and the use of safety hands during the input welding process.Keywords: HIRARC; Work Accident ;PPE.

The quality of employee performance can be generated by habits within the company. Various concept efforts are made to improve the quality of performance. Therefore, human resources need to be developed consistently to achieve the actual quality of performance. The purpose of this research is performance quality research at CV Widya based on employee performance appraisals from raw materials, production, packaging and distribution using the Management By Objectives (MBO) method which consists of Planning, Monitoring and Review. The results of the study are explained as a result of the analysis in the field during the research obtained suggestions including CV. Widya must maintain the quality of the company's performance, CV. Widya is expected to conduct regular evaluations, in the production and packaging processes. Based on the research results described earlier, as a result of the analysis of observations and interviews, it can be concluded that the quality of employee performance at CV Widya can be concluded to be effective based on employee performance appraisals using the Management By Objectives (MBO) method which consists of Planning, Monitoring and Review. The plastic resin coloring industry has a very important role in the molder supply chain. Materials must be imported from abroad with a long enough lead time, so material purchases are made based on the forecast provided by the molder. The constraints that occur are forecast inaccuracies which result in an increase in inventory level of material and a potential shortage of material at the customer. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach, where the research method is carried out by interviews and literature studies. This research is aimed at measuring the extent to which forecast accuracy is carried out by molders using the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) method, the results of the study show whether or not a forecast is feasible. The results of this study show an average MAPE of 36.5% so that it can be categorized as feasible. Even though the forecast is categorized as feasible, PT X must respond properly to this forecasting inaccuracy so that the supply to the molder is not disrupted. In this study, PT X had to make adjustments to the material arrival planaccording to the current month's material needs. On the other hand, it is no less important to carry out active communication and provide education to molders about the importance of forecast accuracy, so that it can provide benefits for the company itself and the molder.Keywords: Forecasting; MAPE; Molder

PT. Jaya Prakarsa is a manufacturing company that focuses on making packaging. Every day there are many custom orders by customers which result in many differences in the production process. This causes employees to have additional mental pressure and can result in stress at work. This study aims to reduce employee stress by using the NASA-TLX method and provide improvement solutions based on that method. NASA-TLX is a method of measuring mental workload by taking a questionnaire approach that will be distributed to employees in the Production Department. The figure obtained from the calculation results is 65.4 which is in the high category. After making observations using the results of the questionnaire, it is known that the factors that influence work pressure are the lack of work facilities, the minimum rest time obtained by employees, and the least motivation to work. The suggestions for reducing mental workload include adding facilities in the work area, increasing rest time, and providing activities that increase motivation for workers.Keywords: NASA-TLX, Mental Workload

Workers play a crucial role in a company, and their workload significantly influences productivity. This research was conducted in a manufacturing company, specifically in the Warehouse Department (storage section), due to indications of low productivity. The research objective was to analyze the workload profiles of workers in the storage section of the manufacturing company’s warehouse. The analysis was conducted using the Westinghouse method, which considers skill, effort, condition, and consistency in analyzing work time. Cycle time to standard time was calculated considering rating factors and allowances. The research results revealed that the four workers in this section experienced workload levels of 68% for Worker 1, 28% for Worker 2, 57% for Worker 3, and 50% for Worker 4. Overall, the workers exhibited an underloaded workload profile. The highest underload was observed in Worker 2, indicating the lowest productivity among the four workers. Based on these findings, it is recommended to enrich the job tasks for workers in the warehouse or consider transferring them to other departments that require additional workforce to improve the current work system in the warehouse.
