Location is an important factor in tourist attractions. Strategic and easy-to-reach road access is a factor in tourists' decisions about tourism. In this research, researchers focused on finding the shortest route to the Camping Ground Batu Tapak tourist attraction in Cidahu, Sukabumi Regency, where tourists still have limited shortest routes to the tourist attraction. This research aims to determine the fastest route to the Batu Tapak Camping Ground tourist location to create effective and efficient route optimization. The method used in this research is the greedy algorithm, namely an algorithm that has an optimal solution by finding the shortest route. There are two routes with different distances, requiring researchers to use the Greedy Algorithm method with the result that route 2 is the shortest route to the Batu Tapak Camping Ground tourist attraction with a distance of 10.45 km.

Workload refers to worker activities that require strength and endurance and physical energy. Thecompany under study is a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive sector in the paintingdepartment of four-wheeled vehicle production in Karawang. A related challenge is the dominance ofmanual processes in some parts of the company. The purpose of the study is to understand theworkload on each shift and see the effect of worker fatigue by calculating the amount of energyconsumption and using the CVL approach. The research results from the morning shift found that theaverage %CVL percentage in various production sections was as follows: Mixing 29.08%, Top coat27.96%, Sanding ED 25.22% and Repair 25.11%. and for the night shift as follows: Mixing 30.12%,Top coat 29.65%, Sanding ED 25.92% and Repair 22.58%. It can be seen from the results of the studythat the average CVL (%) on each shift does not cause excessive fatigue in workers. Although ingeneral the phenomenon of fatigue does not occur, according to the calculations of some workers, especially at the mixing and topcoat stages, there is a higher percentage of %CVL with an averageCVL value of 30% and requires improvement. In addition, the results of energy consumptioncalculations show that all parts are classified as work that uses low to very low energy consumption.

PT Hanjin Insole Indonesia is a company that produces phylon for shoe products. PT Hanjin Insole Indonesia has two products: Airmax 270 and Airmax Dawn. The company needs to know the factory's capacity to meet consumer demand. The main factor causing the company to be unable to meet consumer demand is that demand in each period experiences unstable conditions, which results in it being unable to meet demand. The company needs to do production planning to predict demand and ensure that consumer needs are met on time. By using the forecasting method, the company can determine the demand needed. The Aggregate Production Plan is designed to manage the costs required. The Master Production Schedule allows the company to evaluate its production capabilities and anticipate changes in demand each period. At the same time, Rough Cut Capacity Planning helps assess the company's capacity to meet demand. This study shows that the required production capacity has not reached the available capacity, with a percentage of 77% of the company's capacity, so the master production schedule for next year is considered adequate and has the potential to be maximized.

During 2013 PT. CWI as a solid waste processing services company did not reach its waste processing capacity target due to 62 pressure jet incinerator engine component failures, resulting in high downtime, namely 880 hours or an average of 73.33 hours per month. This repeated failure is due to the equipment maintenance system which is still carried out correctively. This research aims to create a preventive maintenance schedule to improve the maintenance system which has been carried out using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method based on downtime analysis using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method approach. Based on downtime analysis, it is known that the average Operational Availability value for pressure jet incinerator machines is 87.21%, still below the word class standard of 90%. From the FMEA analysis, it was found that the component that was most critical and most at risk as a cause of failure was the Refractory Body with an RPN of 240, far above the RPN threshold of 88.6. Other components that are dominant as causes of failure are the Burner, Electric Motor, and Wet Scrubber. With the RCM method, preventive maintenance scheduling can be proposed in the form of a preventive maintenance job schedule in order to improve the corrective maintenance system into a preventive maintenance system.

This research aims to compare the OEE values on the Spring Press Auto machine (B6H) and the Spring Press Manual machine (B65) and will analyze the OEE results of the two machines to see whether they comply with world class OEE standard. Quantitative research methods were used to carry out this research. Production performance analysis is important for companies in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their production operations. One technique for assessing production efficiency is OEE.. This approach is utilized to measure how effectively production machines and equipment work in achieving predetermined production targets. This method measures three main things in production operations, namely availability, performance and quality of production machines and equipment. The OEE values obtained on the Spring Press Auto machine (B6H) and the Spring Press Manual machine (B65) still do not reach the world-class OEE standard. To achieve JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance) standards, the Shock Absorber machine must achieve a score of 85%.

The consigned goods warehouse often faces challenges, including accumulating of stored items and faults in retrieving consigned goods. These problems stem from using simple forms with inadequate information and the absence of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to regulate consigned goods in the warehouse. This research aims to develop and implement an SOP for storing and retrieving consigned goods to address these issues. The research process began with observations and needs analysis, followed by the development and implementation of the SOP, and concluded with an impact analysis comparing conditions before and after the implementation of Kaizen. The findings reveal that the consigned goods warehouse system has become more organized and standardized. Improvements in item information include adding details such as intended usage, usage timelines, item photographs, and Purchase Requisition (PR) documents or Statement Letters (BA). These enhancements have improved traceability and eliminated faults in retrieving consigned goods. The accumulation of items was mitigated through a storage time limit and reminders from warehouse personnel to users when it was time to use the items.
