Abstract

The pandemic has made many businesses out of business, one of the affected business activitiesis Sakila's printing business. Initial surveys show an average of 4.46% of production damage.The direction of this research is to control quality with statistical aids in the form of SPC. Theresults showed that this printer experienced various deviations, as evidenced by the p chart valuewhich was still outside the control limit. The graphic map showed there were 17 points outsidethe control limit. The total damage from 6 product items for a month amounted to 4543 from atotal production of 70,647. Sequentially, the worst damage was in the opaque damage 2740, thedamage was not in accordance with the layout 1008 and the damage due to being cut was 795.The factors causing the damage were workers, production machines, raw materials, workmethods and the work environment.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the main driving forces that are important fororganizations/agencies because human resources are the implementers of every activity. For thisreason, a "fit" Human Resource Management (HRM) is needed in order to achieve highperformance. With a business strategy and appropriate HR practices (fit/match) it will result inorganizational performance that can achieve program realization targets. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the direct or indirect effect of promotion and employee competence onemployee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable on the employees ofthe Bondowoso Regency Government. The total population of this study was 601 with a sampleof 120 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analyticaltechnique used is path analysis using SPSS 22.0. The results of data analysis show that thevariable of job promotion has a significant effect on work motivation, employee competence hasa significant effect on work motivation, job promotion has a significant effect on employeeperformance, employee competence has a significant effect on employee performance, workmotivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, promotion andemployee competence have a significant effect on employee performance through employeeperformance with the value of the indirect effect being greater than the direct effect. The resultsof this study can be used as an evaluation of the Regional Government of Bondowoso Regencyin terms of providing promotions to employees by considering their competence andperformance.

Abstract

The growth of mudharabah deposits is the level of deposit of funds by Islamic bankcustomers (creditors) for a certain period of time using the profit sharing principle. This studywill empirically examine the effect of profit sharing, financing to deposit ratio (FDR), netperforming loan (NPF), and bank size as independent variables (X) on the growth ofmudharabah deposits at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. 2016-2019 years. Thepopulation used in this thesis research is the entire population of Islamic Commercial Banks(BUS) in Indonesia and registered with the Financial Services Authority. The sample in thisstudy was all Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia, which amounted to 14 BUS in 2016-2019 with sensus method. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptivestatistical method with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study that theprofit sharing ratio (TBH) has no significant effect , The liquidity ratio (FDR) has asignificant effect , The NPF ratio has no significant effect and The bank size ratio (SIZE) hasa significant effect on the variable growth of mudharabah deposits (Y) at Islamic CommercialBanks in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of organizational commitment variables, Islamic work ethicsand organizational culture on the performance of lecturers at STIE Mandala. The method ofcollecting data is through a questionnaire. The sampling method used a saturated sample. Thedata analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results obtained from this studyare organizational commitment has no significant influence on employee performance, Islamicwork ethics and organizational culture have a significant effect on lecturer performance at STIEMandala. The implications that can be formulated related to the results of this study are that theleadership of higher education institutions should strive to increase the organizationalcommitment of their employees, create an organizational culture that is able to create a goodwork culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Performance Appraisal, Compensation,and Job Satisfaction either partially or simultaneously on Employee Engagement on STIKES dr.Soebandi. This type of research is quantitative research, with the type of data used is primarydata. The sampling technique used the census technique, with a total sample of 86 respondents.The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysisshow that partial job appraisal has no significant effect on employee engagement because itproduces a significance level above 0.05. Then, the partial compensation has a significant effecton employee engagement because it produces a significance level below 0.05. Then, the partialjob satisfaction has a significant effect on employee engagement because it produces asignificance level below 0.05.

Abstract

This research is entitled Effectiveness of Government Policy for MSMEs in Supporting NationalEconomic Recovery in Jember Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine whether theMSME Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program in Jember Regency was effective and on target?This type of research is qualitative research, with 2 types of data used, namely primary data andsecondary data. The total population is 1330 MSMEs and the sample used is 200 MSMEs.Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study show thatthe Government's Policy for MSMEs in Supporting National Economic Recovery in the form ofthe MSME Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program in Jember Regency has been effective, thiscan be seen from the three indicators used in the study, namely timeliness, accuracy in makingchoices. , and target accuracy. Based on these three indicators, it shows that the BLT MSMEDirect Cash Assistance program in Jember Regency is on time, has made the right choice, and isright on target.
