This research was explanatory survey research. The population of the research was the whole teacher of SMA Negeri 1 Cluring, Banyuwangi totaling 39 teachers. The sample used was 31 teachers, chosen by purposive sampling technique. The preparation of the instrument was made in the form of a questionnaire, with a scale of 1-5 answers, consisting of 37 items. The instrument items used to collect data are those that meet the requirements of construct analysis and have valid status. Its reliability is calculated by the Cronbach's Alpha technique. Data collection methods used in this research were observation, interview, questionnaire, and through documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research and analysis of the data, it showed that the principal managerial competence, motivation and work discipline influenced to the teacher performance significantly both partially and simultaneously. Test results partially were evidenced by the significant value to the variable of the managerial competence that was 0.048, then the significant value of motivation variable was 0.014 and for work discipline was 0.016. So the amount of significance value was smaller than 0.05. The results of the test simultaneously were demonstrated by the value of the principal managerial competence, motivation and work discipline to the teacher performance that was 0.000. Therefore, the significance value was smaller than 0.05. Keywords: The Principal Managerial Competence, Motivation, Work Discipline, Teacher Performance

Another important role is the culture in surrounding pesantren as a container or synergy activities in everyday life. This article is more practical try to review the relationship of variables between the influence of extracurricular activities, intracurricular activities and pesantren culture on improving student achievement in PP. Baitul Arqom Jember. This study was used a quantitative approach by collecting primary and secondary data with various methods of data analysis and validity test to determine the level of validity and reliability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of GI type cooperative learning model and learning motivation, as well as the influence of interaction model of cooperative learning type GI and motivation to physics learning outcome. The population in this research is the students of class XI IPA SMAN 1 Pesanggaran-Banyuwangi, which consists of two classes of classes that are homogeneous, the control class and experimental class. The data used in this research are primary data collected from pre-test and post-test for learning outcome, and questionnaires for student motivation data. The instrument before it is tested has been tested for its validity and reliability. The statistical test uses two-way Anova analysis method with the help of SPSS computer program. The results showed that (1) there were significant differences between groups of students using cooperative type of GI learning model with conventional learning model on Physics learning Outcome. This conclusion is based on the result of two-way Anova analysis, the value (F Count) 13.491> (F table) 3,13 at significance level (α) 0,05 and P value (Sig.) 0.000 <(α) 0,005. (2) there is a significant difference of influence between high motivated group of students with low motivation toward Physics learning Outcome This conclusion is based on the result of analysis of two path Anova analysis, that is value (F Count) 14,908 <3,13 (F table) on level Significance (α) 0.05 and P value (Sig) 0.000 <(α) 0.05. (3) There is no interaction of GI type cooperative learning model and learning motivation toward student physics learning result at SMAN 1 Pesanggaran. This conclusion is based on two-way Anova analysis test result (F Count) 0,036 <(F Table) 3,13 at significance level (α) 0,05, and P value (Sig) 0,851 <(α) 0,05. From the results of this research teachers are required to always innovate in choosing a model of learning. Due to selection of learning models in accordance with the conditions of learners and schools, it will be able to improve learning outcome. One of the learning models that can improve learning outcome is by using the GI model.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To analyze the influence of learning achievement of computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation partially to the work readiness. 2) To study the influence of learning achievement computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation simultaneously to the work readiness. The samples in this study were the students of class XII Accounting skill program of SMK Negeri 1 Suboh Situbondo which amounted to 55 people. This research includes the type of explanatory research. Independent variables of this study are learning achievement of computer accounting subject (PB), career guidance (BK) and work motivation (MK) while dependent variable is work readiness (KK). Data analysis used is test of validity and reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. Regression analysis results obtained equation of regression line. This can be seen from the linear regression equation as follows KK = 20,774 + 0,505 PB + 0,344 BK + 0,283 MK. The equation indicates that readiness of work influenced by learning achievement of computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation. The conclusions are: 1) learning achievement of computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation partially significant effect on the work readiness of class XII students accounting skill program in SMK Negeri 1 Suboh Situbondo. 2). Learning achievement of computer accounting subject, career guidance and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the work readiness of class XII students accounting skill program at SMK Negeri 1 Suboh Situbondo.
