Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service to the satisfaction of the community in making the Land Certificate in the Land Office of Bondowoso district. This research was conducted at the Land Office, Bondowoso Regency. The population in this study is the Bondowoso community. The sampling method uses simple random sampling with questionnaire distribution techniques. The number of samples in this study were 55 respondents, namely applicants who came directly to the Land Office of Bondowoso Regency. The data analysis method in this study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis and the Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results of data analysis, the variable with the largest gap in the Empathy Dimension is the gap value of -0.38 and the estimated gap is -0.1 in the Guarantee Dimension. This result also shows that the indicators of quality of certificate-making services whose level of importance is in accordance with the community are above average but are better than expected. Abstract

Culinary business in JemberRegency is increasing and developing rapidly. This phenomenon causes the consumer's various culinary choices. With the existing of competition in culinary business, triggers the employers to move faster in attracting consumers. Swiwings Jember has to be able to take advantage of business opportunity and try hard to apply marketing strategy and factors that can impact the purchasing. This research aims to determine the influence of Service quality, Store atmosphere, Price and Word of Mouth toward the buyingdecision in Swiwings Jember. This type of reseacrh is quantitative reseacrh. The technique uses purposive sampling technique. The research sample used was 50 respondents.This study used tools of analysis such as: Instrument test, Classic Assumption test, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Hyphotesis is done using the t and F test. It is know that using the t test of Service Quality, Store Atmospheric and Price does not have a partially significant effect on the Purchasing Decision, whereas Word of Mouth has a partially significant effect on the Purchasing Decision. It is know that using the F test Service Quality, Store Atmosphere, Price and Word of Mouth have the significant simultaneous effect in purchasing decision. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics, employee empowerment andcompensation on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Jember Branch. The population in thisstudy were all employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk totaling 162 people. The sample in this studyamounted to 41 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probabilitysampling technique, namely the Accidental Sampling approach. The data analysis method used ismultiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of jobcharacteristics, employee empowerment and compensation have a simultaneous effect onemployee performance at Bank Mandiri Jember Branch. Partially, these results also show thatthe variables of employee empowerment and compensation have a significant effect on employeeperformance. While the variable of job characteristics has no significant effect on theperformance of employees of Bank Mandiri Jember Branch.Keywords: Job Characteristics, Employee Empowerment, Compensation, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and public relations on the satisfactionof motor vehicle taxpayers in Samsat Jember. The type of research used is Explanatory Researchusing survey methods. The population in this study is the people of Jember who have motorizedvehicle taxpayers. The sampling technique used was a non-probability sampling technique,namely the Accidental Sampling approach. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. Thedata analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicatethat the significant value of the service quality variable on the satisfaction of motorized vehicletaxpayers in Samsat Jember is 0.008 smaller than (0.05), this means that the service qualityvariable has a significant effect on community satisfaction at the Jember Samsat Joint Office.Then the significant value of the public relations variable on the satisfaction of motorized vehicletaxpayers in the Jember Samsat is 0.000 smaller than (0.05), this means that the public relationsvariable also has a significant effect on public satisfaction at the Jember Samsat Joint Office.Keywords: Service Quality, Public Relations, Satisfaction

Abstract

Quality of education is one of the central isue of national education among other isues such asequlization, relevance and educational management eficiencies. SMA Argopuro Panti is stillfaced with several obstacles that affect the quality of education, which regard to the backgroundof students and their families, support of educational resources, teachers qualification, and lowcommunity participation. This research aims to obtain information about the policies underlyingthe school-based education quality improvement program, and how the school stakeholdersunderstanding of the policy and to analyze information about alternative strategies for improvingthe quality of schoole-based education, regarding to the education program in SMA ArgopuroPanti Jember. Informants in this study are founders of foundations, school committee members,and teacher, research subjects are relatively few and selected according to the research objects. Inthis study, collection uses snowball sampling techniques. Data analysis method uses SWOTanalysis method. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that SMA Argopuro Panti is in avery favorable situation, it should able to compete because according to data analysis this schoolalready has the strengthand opportuintyto improve its quality and dare to compete with otherschools. The strategy applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy growthoriented strategy.Keywords : Strategy, Development, Quality of Education

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of services to community satisfaction for making EKTP in Sumbersuko District, Lumajang Regency. This research was conducted in SumbersukoDistrict, Lumajang Regency. The population in this study is the people in SumbersukoSubdistrict who already have E-KTP with totaling 27,306 people. The sampling method usessimple random sampling with questionnaire distribution techniques. The number of samples inthis study was 125 respondents spread in Sumbersuko District. The method of data analysis inthis study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. Based onthe results of data analysis shows that the variable responsiveness, assurance, and empathy havea significant effect on community satisfaction with the value of the influence of respectively27.3%, 30.5%, and 14.3%. While the tangible and reliability variables did not significantlyinfluence community satisfaction in making E-KTP in Sumbersuko District, Lumajang Regency.This result also shows that the assurance variable is the most dominant variable influencingcommunity satisfaction in making E-KTP in Sumbersuko District, Lumajang Regency.Keyword: Service Quality, Community Satisfaction, E-KTP

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of knowledge competence and skillcompetence on the performance and career development of administrative staff at SMK Negeriin Bondowoso Regency. The type of this research is survey research, namely research usingexplanation (explanatory) or confirmatory (confirmatory) to explain the influence betweenvariables or causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The population inthis study were 63 people. The sampling technique is the census technique, so the number ofsamples used is 63 respondents. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results ofthis study can be concluded that the competence of knowledge and competence of skills have asignificant effect on the performance of administrative staff. These results also state thatknowledge competence and skill competence have a significant effect on career development ofadministrative staff in State Vocational Schools throughout Bondowoso Regency.Keywords: Knowledge Competence, Skill Competence, Performance, Career Development

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of covid 19 in the development of the student businessgroup of the accounting study program at the Akademi Akuntansi PGRI Jember 2021. Themethod used in this research is direct observation in the field. From the results of research onseveral student businesses, various findings were obtained. This research is qualitative in naturewith samples taken from students who carry out business activities. The results of this studyindicate that the impact of covid 19 in the development of business groups of students in theaccounting study program at the Akademi Akuntansi PGRI Jember of Accounts has two impacts,namely positive and negative, that this student business group experiences problems withdecreasing product processing, promotion / advertising increases but decreases in sales, pricesand services. experienced an increase with a low profit level, the relationship between businessmembers was maintained well, while the customers continued to establish a morecommunicative relationship, there was an increase in high enthusiasm for striving earnestly andwilling to learnKeywords: Business, Students, Covid 19.

Abstract

The pandemic has made many businesses out of business, one of the affected business activitiesis Sakila's printing business. Initial surveys show an average of 4.46% of production damage.The direction of this research is to control quality with statistical aids in the form of SPC. Theresults showed that this printer experienced various deviations, as evidenced by the p chart valuewhich was still outside the control limit. The graphic map showed there were 17 points outsidethe control limit. The total damage from 6 product items for a month amounted to 4543 from atotal production of 70,647. Sequentially, the worst damage was in the opaque damage 2740, thedamage was not in accordance with the layout 1008 and the damage due to being cut was 795.The factors causing the damage were workers, production machines, raw materials, workmethods and the work environment.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the main driving forces that are important fororganizations/agencies because human resources are the implementers of every activity. For thisreason, a "fit" Human Resource Management (HRM) is needed in order to achieve highperformance. With a business strategy and appropriate HR practices (fit/match) it will result inorganizational performance that can achieve program realization targets. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the direct or indirect effect of promotion and employee competence onemployee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable on the employees ofthe Bondowoso Regency Government. The total population of this study was 601 with a sampleof 120 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analyticaltechnique used is path analysis using SPSS 22.0. The results of data analysis show that thevariable of job promotion has a significant effect on work motivation, employee competence hasa significant effect on work motivation, job promotion has a significant effect on employeeperformance, employee competence has a significant effect on employee performance, workmotivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, promotion andemployee competence have a significant effect on employee performance through employeeperformance with the value of the indirect effect being greater than the direct effect. The resultsof this study can be used as an evaluation of the Regional Government of Bondowoso Regencyin terms of providing promotions to employees by considering their competence andperformance.
