Every educational institution, wants every student to achieve satisfactory achievements, achievements achieved by students are the main measurement tool and hope for knowing the success of an education. To further improvestudent learning achievement, it needs several ways to support the process of achieving that goal, and among the ways that can be taken is to start the implementation of various extracurricular activities in each educational institution. Extracurricular activities are a series of programs for teaching and learning activities outside the programmed hours, which are intended to improve the perspective of students, to foster talent and interest and to serve the community. For example: in Scouting activities is a form of activity that many develop humanitarian and spiritual activities in socializing, including cleanliness of the environment, providing assistance to people who are in disasters, health and so on. The article is intended to investigate the extent to which teaching styles and student learning motivation influence partially and simultaneously on student achievement. The samples are 124studentsoutof248from class X and XI students Satya Dharma High School Balung Jember. Data obtained from questionnaires and documentation were analyzed by multiple regression techniques. The results show that the teacher's teaching style and student learning motivation contribute more to student achievement. However, learning motivation has more dominant influence on student learning achievement than the teacher's teaching style. But this research only discusses concepts and conclusions taken from the relevant researcher hypothesis before.

This empirical investigation aimed to determine the effectof work life quality, work culture, work motivation, and religiusity on the staffsperformance in SD Al BaitulAmien (full day school) Jember. Population of this study was all tachers in SD Al BaitulAmien (full day school) Jembertotaling 20 persons used for the sample.Data were collected with a questionnaireusing a Likert scale. Then theywere analyzed using correlation and regressiontechniques using Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS)program version23.0.The study found that : 1) Quality of working life (QWL) has a positive effect onthe performance of staffs in the SD Al BaitulAmien (full day school) Jember. 2) theworkmotivation has a positive effect onthe staffsperformance in the SD Al BaitulAmien (full day school) Jember.3) Work culturehaspositive effect on staff performance in SD Al BaitulAmien (full day school) Jember. 4) Religiosity have a positive effect on staff performance in SD AlBaitulAmien (full day school) Jember. The findings of this study provide practical advice to staffs and principals to be able to enhance SD Al BaitulAmien (full day school) Jember. Quality of working life, work culture, motivation and religiosity in orderto optimize the performance of staff increased at SD Al BaitulAmien (full day school) Jember.

Employee performance is one of the benchmarks of success of an organization, whether it is good or not. So does that happen in school which is a company engaged in the field. For that, there is a need to research to find out what factors affected it. This research aims to find out if there is a conflict between the role of influence, stress, and work environment against performance of the teacher in SMK N IU Singojuruh, and became the object of this research that is all teachers teaching in SMK N IU SingojuruhBanyuwangi. Using Multiple regression analysis using SPSS software help.The results of this study demonstrate a significant influence between the role conflict, stress, and work environment against performance of the teacher in SMK N IU SingojuruhBanyuwangi simultaneously as well as partial in each from. In addition, in this study also noted that the working environment variable is the most dominant factor affecting performance.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the effect of principal supervision and teacher achievement motivation on teacher performance in SMA Satya Dharma Balung, either simultaneously or partially. This research includes explanatory research survey. The location of this research is at SMA Satya Dharma Balung. The independent variable of this research were the principal supervision and teacher achievement motivation (X) while the dependent variable of this research was the teacher performance (Y). The subject of this research was all of the teachers at SMA Satya Dharma Balung which also became the sample. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, direct interview, questionnaire, and documentation. While the data analysis used was multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the research noted that the influence of the principal supervision and teacher achievement motivation had a significant effect on the teacher performance at SMA Satya Dharma Balung either partially or simultaneously. Partial test result proved by t -count value: 1). The t -count value of the principal's supervision variable is 2.054 with the probability value of 0.048, while the t - table value was 2.035. Therefore t-count > t-table (2.054 > 2.035). 2). The value of t-count of the teacher achievement motivation is 3.863 with the probability value 0.000, while t-table value was 2.035, so t-count > t-table (3,863 > 2,035). The effective contribution of principal supervision and teacher achievement motivation toward teacher performance at SMA Satya Dharma Balung was 71,4% of teacher achievement motivation variable as the most dominant variable (47,8%). The final result of this research was to improve the performance of the achievement which could also improve the teacher's performance and commitment.

This research aims to know the influence of organizational structure, leadership style,management control systems, and organizational culture toward behaviour decision making.Data collection methods used in this research is a method of questionnaire. The results of thisstudy suggest that the organizational structure of partially against the influential behavioraldecision making, leadership styles partially against the influential behavioral decisionmaking, not management control systems influential partially against the behavior ofdecision-making, and organizational culture has no effect partially against the decisionmaking behavior. Research results also showed a simultaneous influence organizationalstructure, leadership style, management control systems, and organizational culture towardsdecision-making behavior and note that the value of the coefficient of determination60.3%, while the remaining 39.7% is explained by other factors that are not described in thismodel.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of the accountinginformation system at PT. Kuncimas Niagatama Banyuwangi. The success of accountinginformation systems is influenced by Human Behavior in Organizations, ManagementSupport, Motivation and Training, Data Processing in the System, and Management andImplementation Process. This study used the primary data by total sample of thirty-fiveemployees and used the purposive sampling technique. The quality of the questionnaire wastested using the validity test and reliability test. Data analysis used multiple regressionanalysis, which includes the classic assumption test, t test and the coefficient of determinationThe results showed that Human Behavior in Organizations, Motivation and Training,Management and Implementation Process significantly influence the Success of AISImplementation. Only Management Support variable and Data Processing in the System haveno significant effect on the Success of AIS Implementation.

This research was carried out on the basis of Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, andbased on an appeal letter from the Ministry of Home Affairs and KPK, in 2017 Siskeudeswere introduced in 28 Sub-Districts and 226 Villages in Jember Regency, Semboro District.The population is in the research of the village government officials in Semboro District. Thisresearch used test for testing instruments, classical assumption tests and hypotheses testing.What is obtained is the driver's performance of linear regression analysis betweenindependent variables and dependent variables simultaneously or simultaneously. The resultsshowed the application of Siskeudes, competency of human resources, understanding ofaccounting, education and training, village assistance simultaneously had an effect on thequality of financial statements of 44.2%. While the independent variables with independentvariables show that the application of siskeudes, education and training, village assistancedoes not affect the quality of financial statements. Accounting understanding has a negativeeffect on the quality of financial statements. Human resources competencies negatively affectthe quality of financial statements.

This study is aimed at analyzing the role of motivation and leadership strategies in improvingthe performance of case study teachers in teachers at SMK Negeri Kalibaru.The data uses primary data and obtained by interview and questionnaire distribution methodwith the population in this study were all Gorvernmentalteachers of SMK Negeri KalibaruBanyuwangi with 38 people as respondents in this study. The analysis includes the instrumenttest that is the validity and reliability test, econometric evaluation or classic assumption testthat is normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, model suitability testand multiple regression analysis results are obtained: Motivation has a strategic and positiverole on performance. Leadership has a strategic and positive role and is significant toperformance. So from this conclusion, Motivation and Leadership have a strategic role inincreasing teacher performance.From the results of the study, it is expected that schools andprincipals will pay more attention and improve services to teachers in motivating and leadingteachers and providing positive behavior so that teachers can work well, responsible,comfortable and improve school goals in accordance with the vision and mission of theschool.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of consumer loyalty and brand image onseafood food purchasing decisions. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linearregression analysis, T-Test and F-Test and Determination Coefficient. With SPSS The resultsof the research show that partially consumer loyalty and brand image influence the decisionto buy seafood. Likewise, the results of other hypothesis tests indicate that simultaneously theindependent variable of consumer loyalty and brand image influences buying decisions. Thusthe results of this hypothesis test are in line with several previous studies. Consumer loyalty isthe commitment of customers to a brand, store, or supplier based on the very positive natureof long-term purchases, whereas brand image states that a brand has strong roots when thebrand is associated with values that represent or are desired by consumers.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, salary, and incentiveson the performance of employees of PT. Cement Puger Jaya Raya Sentosa. The population inthis study were 238 employees. The total sample of 110 respondents was selected based onproportional sampling. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regressionanalysis. The results showed that the leadership style variable had a significant effect onemployee performance motivational variables have no significant effect on employeeperformance; Employee salary variable significantly influences employee performance;Motivational variables significantly influence employee performance at PT.Cement PugerJaya Raya Sentosa. While the incentive variable has a significant negative effect on employeeperformance at PT.Cement Puger Jaya Raya Sentosa.
