Abstract

Research had been done to know the increase of student learning result on Salt Hydrolysis Concept with application of inquiry approach based on contextual teaching and learning in Grade XI class SMA Negeri 11 Ambon. This research is quantitative descriptive research, as sample is students in XI IPA1 class. While the post test showed that 29 students (96,67%) are able to reached Complete Criterion Minimum (KKM) already decide by that school. The application of inquiry approach based on contextual teaching and learning can support students’ activities in teaching learning process and made students to think critically and be creative to increase students learning result

Abstract

Abstract

Daun kapur (Harmsipanax aculeatus Harms) merupakan tanaman tradisoanal dari Maluku yang digunakan secara turun temurun untuk mengobati malaria. Secara ilmiah, ekstrak daun kapur telah diujikan aktivitas antiplasmodium secara in vivo dan in vitro. Ekstrak metanol daun kapur secara in vivo maupun in vitro telah terbukti memiliki aktivitas antiplasmodium sehingga berpotensi dikembangkan untuk mencari senyawa aktif antimalaria. Ekstrak metanol daun kapur telah dipisahkan lebih lanjut dengan vacuum liquid chromatography dan dimonitoring dengan thin layer chromatography sehingga diperoleh 12 fraksi. Fraksi 12 ekstrak metanol larut dalam metanol. Namun aktivitas sebagai antiplasmodium belum pernah dilaporkan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang aktivitas antiplasmodium FG12 ekstrak metanol. Uji aktivitas antiplasmodium dilakukan secara in vitro dan persentase penghambatan parasitemia yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis regresi probit menggunakan SPSS sehingga dapat diperoleh nilai IC50. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai IC50 FG12 sebesar 3,88 µg/mL. Nilai IC50 ini menunjukkan bahwa FG12 ekstrak metanol daun kapur memiliki aktivitas antiplasmodium paling baik dan berpotensi dikembangkan untuk mencari dan menemukan senyawa aktif antimalaria dari daun kapur.

Abstract

Abstract

A research has been conducted to develop a game media Domichem to improve critical thinking skills of students on Thermochemistry material. Domichem is adobted game of dominoes. The diffetenties located on the side of the domino being replaced with keywords on thermochemical material. Research conducted at SMA Al-Hikam Bangkalan Madura. Limited trial using a sample of 12 students. Preliminary data before treatment given 0 out of 12 students completed the pretest. After getting treatment 10 students completed the posttest. Thus obtained by classical successness 83.33%.

Abstract

The aims of this research was to analyze the exam questions in the end of semester tests SMA Negeri II Ambon year of 2014/2015. The item tests was analized include the validity, reliability, power of difficulty, discrimination power, and distractor effective. This research type was kuantitative descriptive method and the data was analyzed by using Item and Test Analysis (Iteman) Program. Subjects of this research are test instrument and student answer results of chemical tests at odd semester class X SMA Negeri II Ambon year. Documentation technik was used to collect data. Results of the analysis showed that the quality which was seen from the validity, there were 80% of questions which were valid and the rest there were 20% were invalid. Reliability indeks is 0,733. From the level of difficulty, there were 8 easy questions, 22 medium questions, and 20 hard question. From the discrimination power, there were 42 questions or 84% questions which had good discrimination power and there were 8 or 16% questions which had low and negative. Meanwhile from the answer patterns, it is known that 60% destructor in the questions were function properly and 40% were function unproperly
