Abstract

Abstract— PD. Hj. Imat is a company engaged in the field of food one of the products it produces, namely sale pisang. The development of the current era the company decreased turnover because of the many competitors with the same food field one of them PD. Makmur. So at this time PD. Hj. Imat needs to make a strategy design that provides better future value. Therefore, this research is needed to find out what strategies are suitable for the company. After observing that the company is suitable to use the blue ocean strategy to solve the problems currently faced, the blue ocean strategy functions to design a strategy that focuses on creating new market space through an analysis of the strategy canvas while a four-step framework. The strategy canvas is used to determine the company's position against competitors in the market space. While this four-step framework functions to construct the attributes of the value of pe, buy and create a new curve. From the results of discussions that have been conducted by researchers, the strategy that needs to be applied in the future is to provide a new flavor variant, and the provision of labels on the packaging and the quality of the products must be more considered and improved in the future.Keywords: blue ocean strategy, value innovation, canvas strategy, four-step framework Abstrak— PD. Hj. Imat merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang makanan, salah satu produk yang dihasilkan yaitu sale pisang. Dengan berkembangnya jaman saat ini, perusahaan mengalami penurunan omset karena banyaknya pesaing dengan bidang makanan yang sama, salah satunya adalah PD. Makmur. Pada saat ini, PD. Hj. Imat perlu membuat rancangan strategi yang memberikan nilai lebih baik dengan menggunakan strategi blue ocean. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini diperlukan untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat bagi perusahaan dan dapat bertahan dalam persaingan serta sebagai alternative solusi dalam penyelesaian masalah perusahaan. Hasil pembahasan yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, maka strategi yang perlu diterapkan dalam pengembangan produk yaitu untuk memberikan varian rasa baru, pemberian label pada kemasan, dan kualitas produk harus lebih diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan.Kata kunci : strategi blue ocean, inovasi nilai, kanvas strategi, kerangka kerja empat langkah

Abstract

Abstract— The existence of inventory in business activities cannot be avoided. One of the main causes is that products cannot be obtained instantly, but it takes times to get. Lack of good information design and lack of communications led to the delivery of raw materials documents in warehouses often hampered because the system manually logs. It became necessary to design new information systems to facilitate all these activities.Warehousing information system is a system that has been computerized with the database. The research phase begins with an analysis of the current system of warehousing conditions. The goal is to identify the needs of the warehousing system. The next stage is system design. The design phase includes Flowmap, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, and database design using software package xampp and MySQL. The database there are six tables namely, data tables of goods, purchase of goods, delivery of goods, purchasing, suppliers and production tables that have been integrated with all the parts in the company. The result is efficient working time and facilitate the user in input or obtain the required data. Non-functional needs should also be available. The need is minimal computer Dual core with minimal windows operating system 2000 with software package xampp, microsoft acsses, mozila firefox and printer and need to be carried out researcher use technology RFId. Keywords: Warehousing; database; information Systems.

Abstract

Abstract— Quality is one thing that is important in the face of competition in the industry. An industry that can produce a product or service with good quality have a greater opportunity to compete. Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to know if the quality of a product can be accepted in the market or not, the customer satisfaction in the mean is how the compressive strength and absorption of tiles made at the plant WS is already in line with consumer expectations or not. This study aims to mengeathui customers are satisfied or not with the quality of bricks produced. The method used in this study using a model Kano with the results, test the validity of the first statement obtained r count of 0471 and the value of r table at 0294. reliability test results with Crombach's Alpha 0709 of 13 N of the item. Kano categorization results obtained category I (indifferent) and R (Reverse), which means indefferent is neutral, the dimensions of Reliability quality brick is good but it would be nice if it improved again. And on the dimensions showed Responsive service and the level of customer satisfaction with quality brick beraada at the level of R (Reverse), which means a setback, at this level that the quality of tiles made the necessary level.

Abstract

Abstract― The route determination Model is commonly known as the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP), VRP deals with determining the route to produce the best route in problems involving more than one vehicle with a certain capacity to serve a number of customer's point according to their respective demands, one of the main purpose of route determination is to minimize total distances. PD. Kebersihan Kota Bandung has been facing one of the problems related to vehicle routing since the route used for waste transport by the company currently does not pay attention to the location and distance of the TPS to be visited, resulting in a longer total distance of 564, 30 km. With the current routes, the company does not have a definite schedule of trash transport, this problem concern involve for trashbin heap. Therefore, VRP research was conducted to determine the transportation of waste routes in West Bandung area by producing solutions that can be proposed to reduce the total distances. The research was solved using the Tabu Search method, the application of this method requires the initial solution. In this study, the saving and sequential method insertion used to create the initial solution, then the initial solution was done repair by using the Tabu Search algorithm. The result of data processing with taboo Search generates 15 routes with the total mileage for each day of 448.48 km. Total distance generated by Tabu Search resulted in a decline of 115.82 km or give a savings of 20.53% from Total distance with the current route. Based on the route comes from Tabu Search, there is a schedule for garbage transport schedules in the TPS and obtained the total time of service by 15 vehicles on each day of 63.45 hours. Abstrak― Model penentuan rute pada umumnya dikenal dengan Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP), VRP berkaitan dengan penentuan rute untuk menghasilkan rute terbaik dalam permasalahan yang melibatkan lebih dari satu kendaraan dengan kapasitas tertentu untuk melayani sejumlah titik pelanggan sesuai dengan permintaan masing-masing, tujuan penentuan rute ini salah satunya adalah untuk meminimumkan jarak tempuh. Penentuan rute menjadi salah satu permasalahan PD. Kebersihan Kota Bandung yang bergerak dibidang pengangkutan sampah, karena rute yang digunakan oleh perusahaan saat ini tidak memperhatikan lokasi dan jarak Tempat Pembuangan Sementara (TPS) yang akan dikunjungi, sehingga menghasilkan total jarak tempuh yang lebih jauh yaitu sebesar 564,30 km. Dengan rute yang digunakan saat ini, perusahaan tidak memiliki jadwal pengangkutan sampah secara pasti yang memberikan kekhawatiran timbulnya penumpukan sampah. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian VRP untuk menentukan rute pengangkutan sampah diwilayah Bandung Barat dengan menghasilkan solusi yang dapat diajukan untuk mengurangi total jarak. Penelitian ini diselesaikan dengan menggunakan metode Tabu Search, penerapan metode ini memerlukan adanya solusi awal. Dalam penelitian ini, metode saving dan sequential insertion yang digunakan untuk membuat solusi awal, selanjutnya solusi awal tersebut dilakukan perbaikan dengan menggunakan algoritma Tabu Search. Hasil pengolahan data dengan Tabu Search menghasilkan 15 rute dengan total jarak tempuh untuk setiap harinya sebesar 448,48 km. Total jarak yang dihasilkan Tabu Search menghasilkan penurunan sebesar 115,82 km atau memberikan penghematan sebesar 20,53% dari total jarak dengan rute saat ini. Berdasarkan rute yang dihasilkan dari Tabu Search, selanjutnya dilakukan penjadwalan pengangkutan sampah disetiap TPS dan memperoleh waktu pelayanan yang dibutuhkan oleh 15 kendaraan setip harinya sebesar 63,45 jam.

Abstract

Abstract – Textile industry is one of the waste contamination industries that can pollute the environment, so that the rapid development of textile industry must be followed by the improvement of its sewage treatment system. Along with the global issue of Green Manufacturing, the textile industry waste treatment can promote environmentally friendly waste treatment process and derived from renewable substances. Therefore, it is necessary to study the utilization of rice husk silica in the processing of textile waste. The results of the study provide information that textile wastes come from all processes in the textile industry, from pretreatment to finishing. Rice husk ash silica is a material utilized adsorption of textile waste or mixture of PolyVinylChloride (PVC) membrane material to filter textile waste. The characteristics of rice husk silica are influenced by the extraction method. The initial washing process using acid and then combustion at 600 ° C - 750 ° C produces a relatively high purity of silica with a maintained silica amorphous level.Keywords: Rice Husk Silica, Textile Waste, Textile Waste Processing, Silica Characteristic

Abstract

Pupuk  merupakan  salah  satu  komponen yang berperan penting dalam peningkatan produksi dan produktivitas pertanian. Penyaluran pupuk yang efektif dan efisien menjadi kunci utama dalam optimasi penjualan. Sering kali timbul permasalahan dalam penyaluran pupuk yaitu persediaan yang tidak sesuai dengan jumlah permintaan. UD Barokah merupakan salah satu pengecer resmi pupuk bersubsidi maupun non-subsidi di Kabupaten Cianjur yang sering mengalami permasalahan penumpukan stok pupuk non-subsidi. Rata-rata penumpukan pada UD Barokah mencapai 4213 kg pupuk non-subsidi per-bulan dalam tahun 2017. Penumpukan tersebut menjadi beban biaya tambahan bagi UD Barokah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah persediaan pupuk non-subsidi yang optimal dan biaya optimal untuk persediaan pupuk non-subsidi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode peramalan permintaan dengan regresi linier dan programa dinamis untuk menentukan persediaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa pengaturan persediaan pupuk non-subsidi pada tahun 2018-2019 di UD. Barokah berikisar antara 18.000 kg -26.000 per bulan dengan total biaya adalah Rp.7.741.134.625.Kata Kunci: Optimasi, programa dinamis, peramalan permintaan

Abstract

P.T. Arwina Triguna Sejahtera is a company engaged in the production of molding. Common issues in each company include P.T. Arwina Triguna Sejahtera, is experiencing constraints in planning the production amount according to production capacity. So planned to be created master production schedule so that the cost is not too high. Steps that are done is to start by doing data processing of the past by using demand aggregation, then do the forecasting in accordance with the characteristics of demand. Aggregate procurement planning is carried out for the next 1 (years) period using a permanent employment strategy. Then proceed at the disaggregation stage by using the proportion method, calculating the Master Production Schedule to find out how much quantity of product to produce, and when to start the production. Finally perform the calculation of Rought Cut Capacity Planning to know the balance between the available capacity and the required capacity. Production master schedule obtained, production will be smooth and able to meet the actual demand of 20,000 pcs by adding overtime hours and produce end items as much as 2.368 pcs for deabetamil scoop products, while for featherlock brown plastic products actual demand can be fulfilled. The feasibility of the master production schedule is calculated based on the suitability between Regular Man Hour on production plans, with the amount of time available in the calculated capacity capacity of 17,1360 hours to meet the demand for this year. Abstract

Economic growth causes goods and services produced to increase and competition in the process of meeting the needs of consumers. PD.TEGUH KAOS POLOS is a trading company engaged in the field of clothing. The existing problem is the stockpile of goods that cause large inventory and not necessarily when the time of purchase of raw materials and the process of recording transactions, whether the purchase transactions and sales transactions are still using the manual with a note and ledger. The purpose of this study to determine the economic order and frequency of optimal ordering time by using Period Order Quantity method with the help of management information system design to help find out the information system needs regarding the amount of stock available. POQ calculation results obtained that the optimal order amount of 1803 units / pcs with the frequency of ordering 11 times and the distance between reservations for 29 days. There was a decrease in stock buildup around 7626 units / pcs. POQ decreases message costs and saves Rp.36.171.103 which can save company costs. Functionally a company needs a computerized information system and non-functional companies need a computer device CPU with the help of XAMPP software to run the database. With inventory information system using POQ saves working time to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Abstract— Entering the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 impacted MSMEs as economic sector builders. Industry 4.0 refers to the concept of internet of things use, as well as smart and cloud based manufacturing. The change in the industrial revolution was faced with the Making Indonesia 4.0 with one of its priorities to empower MSMEs. Constraints of MSME actors from capital, managerial skills, to the use of technology, so that it requires a readiness of MSMEs in the face of Industry 4.0. In this study, UMKM readiness refers to the e-readiness concept to determine readiness in adopting, using and utilizing information technology. The purpose of the research is the development of a model to identify the readiness of MSMEs in Kab. Karawang against industrial revolution 4.0 The research method is descriptive research to develop a research model in identifying the readiness of MSMEs in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, with a random sampling method of 100 respondents. Research results in the form of research model development with survey results stating that many young MSME actors are able to adapt and capture opportunities for current development and market demand, but not following the MSME community are of particular concern so that further approaches are needed in developing the MSME industry in Karawang Regency, so that coaching can be done.Keywords— MSMEs  readiness; Industry 4.0; e-readiness. Abstrak— Memasuki era Revolusi Industri 4.0 berdampak pada UMKM sebagai pembangun sektor ekonomi. Industri 4.0 mengacu pada konsep penggunaan internet of things, serta smart and cloud based manufacturing. Perubahan revolusi industri dihadapi dengan adanya Making Indonesia 4.0 dengan salah satu prioritasnya pemberdayaan UMKM.  Kendala pelaku UMKM dari permodalan, keterampilan manajerial, hingga penggunaan teknologi, sehingga diperlukan sebuah kesiapan UMKM dalam menghadapi Industri 4.0. Pada penelitian ini, Kesiapan UMKM mengacu pada konsep e-readiness untuk mengetahui kesiapan dalam mengadopsi, menggunakan dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Tujuan penelitian berupa pengembangan model untuk mengidentifikasi kesiapan UMKM Kab. Karawang terhadap revolusi industri 4.0 Metode penelitian berupa penelitian deskriptif untuk mengembangkan model penelitian dalam mengidentifikasi kesiapan UMKM pada era revolusi industri 4.0, dengan metode random sampling dari 100 responden. Hasil Penelitian berupa pengembangan model penelitian dengan hasil survey yang menyatakan banyaknya pelaku UMKM berusia muda mampu beradaptasi dan menangkap peluang perkembangan masa kini dan permintaan pasar, namun tidak mengikuti komunitas UMKM menjadi perhatian khusus sehingga diperlukan upaya pendekatan lebih lanjut dalam mengembangkan industri UMKM di Kabupaten Karawang, agar dapat dilakukan pembinaan.Kata kunci— Kesiapan UMKM; Industri 4.0; e-readiness

Abstract

Abstract— The need for building materials in recent decades has increased. One of them is the need of "Prescription Batako". This can happen along with the increasing of infrastructure development in society. As a result, the challenge of reaching market demand is also greater. This condition demands each Preservation Batako company to provide maximum product Quality. The purpose of this research is to know what factors affect the results of Prescription Batako products. The method used is a Design Experiment using Factorial Factor Three Factor. The three factors are Worker factor, water composition factor, and with sand-lime composition factor. Data processing is assisted by SPSS software. Influence which is analyzed by three factors are absorption and compressive power.
