Abstract

Abstract--- Perum Bulog is a general company of state-owned enterprises in the field of logistics which has a role in maintaining national food availability and security such as prices for government purchases, distribution of rice and management of state-owned rice reserves. To maintain availability, products are stored and placed in a warehouse according to their needs and capacities by calculating how long it takes to store and deliver products to be marketed according to consumer demand. In the Bulog Karawang warehouse activity, there are still problems with poor product placement because irregular distances between the placement and shipping areas are caused by inappropriate product storage flow patterns so that loading and unloading activities become ineffective. Based on the existing problems, layout improvement design is carried out using shared storage methods in order to increase the effectiveness of the distance between the doors to the storage area. The steps to redesign using shared storage begin with knowing the warehouse area, warehouse capacity and other warehouse data, as well as collecting data by determining space requirements, determining space allowances, and distance from the entrance to the storage area by using Euclidean Distance. From the results of distance data processing becomes regular and can be known every distance. Based on the comparison of the initial layout and the proposal it is known that by implementing shared storage loading and unloading activities become better and more effective.                                                                             Keywords ; Allowance, Euclidean Distance, First In First Out (FIFO), Shared StorageAbstrak--- Perum Bulog adalah perusahaan umum badan usaha milik negara di bidang logistik yang memiliki peran dalam menjaga ketersediaan dan ketahanan pangan nasional seperti harga pembelian pemerintah, penyaluran beras dan pengelolaan cadangan beras milik negara. Untuk menjaga ketersediaan, produk disimpan dan diletakan pada suatu gudang sesuai kebutuhan dan kapasitasnya dengan menghitung waktu berapa lama simpan dan pengiriman produk yang akan dipasarkan sesuai permintaan konsumen. Pada aktifitas gudang Bulog Karawang masih mengalami permasalahan penempatan produk yang kurang baik karena tidak teraturnya jarak antar area penempatan dan pengiriman disebabkan tidak sesuai pola aliran penyimpanan produk sehingga aktifitas bongkar muat menjadi tidak efektif. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan perancangan perbaikan tata letak menggunakan metode shared storage dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan efektifitas jarak antar pintu ke area penyimpanan. Langkah-langkah perancangan ulang menggunakan shared storage dimulai dengan mengetahui luas area gudang, kapasitas gudang dan data gudang lainnya, serta pengumpulan data dengan menentukan kebutuhan ruang, penentuan allowance ruang, dan jarak dari pintu masuk ke area penyimpanan dengan menggunakan Euclidean Distance. Dari hasil pengolahan data jarak menjadi teratur dan dapat diketahui tiap jaraknya. Berdasarkan perbandingan layout awal dan usulan diketahui dengan menerapkan shared storage aktifitas bongkar muat menjadi lebih baik dan efektif.Kata kunci ; Allowance, Euclidean Distance, First In First Out (FIFO), Shared Storage.

Abstract

Abstract— The supply chain management of the coconut industry in the Sula Islands district is still felt to be ineffective and inefficient. The advantage of effective supply chain management is to get maximum speed when goods and services move through the supply chain channel, lower costs, and increase added value for customers and product competitiveness in the market. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the management of the coconut industry supply chain. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Those who play a role in the coconut supply chain in the Sula Islands district are farmers, collectors I, collectors II, owners of home industries, transport vehicle owners and marine vessels as modes of transportation. With this supply chain channel, there are only a few benefits for farmers and business operators. The added value of coconut and copra is very small, meaning that the economic value obtained is very small. To provide greater economic value for residents of the Sula Islands district, especially for coconut farmers and coconut entrepreneurs, so coconut fruit must be processed not only until copra, but made in industrial scale coconut oil.Keywords— Supply Chain; Coconut; Industry; Coconut oil; Sula Islands Regency. Abstrak— Manajemen rantai pasok industri kelapa di kabupaten Kepulauan Sula masih dirasakan belum efektif dan efisien. Keuntungan manajemen rantai pasok yang efektif adalah   untuk   mendapatkan   kecepatan   maksimal pada saat barang dan jasa bergerak melalui jalur rantai pasok, menurunkan biaya, serta meningkatkan nilai tambah bagi pelanggan dan daya saing produk di pasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis   pengelolaan   rantai   pasokan industri kelapa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis deskriptif kualitatif.  Yang berperan dalam rantai pasokan kelapa di kabupaten Kepulauan Sula adalah petani, pengepul I, pengepul II, pemilik industri rumahan, pemilik kendaraan angkut dan kapal laut sebagai moda transportasi. Dengan jalur Rantai Pasokan seperti ini hanya sedikit keuntungan yang didapat oleh petani maupun pelaku usaha. Nilai Tambah dari Kelapa dan Kopra sangat kecil, berarti Nilai ekonomi yang didapatpun sangat kecil. Untuk memberikan nilai ekonomi lebih besar bagi penduduk kabupaten Kepulauan Sula, terutama bagi petani Kelapa dan pelaku usaha Kelapa, makanya buah Kelapa harus diolah tidak hanya sampai Kopra, tetapi dibuat minyak Kelapa berskala industri.Kata kunci— Rantai Pasok; Kelapa; Industri; Minyak Kelapa; Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula.

Abstract

Abstract - Fire protection systems are basically consist of active fire protections which need energy (energized system), passive fire protection named as Built-in system, and Fire Safety Management (FSM), which is known as Human system. This thesis investigated the FSM aspect, since from many fire incidences, the main problems are often caused by less attention in applying this aspects. The research was focused on Grand Slipi Tower building, Jakarta where research variables comprises the influences of Human Systems, Equipment Systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) either partially or simultaneously. To resolve this issues, a questionnaire was designed in respectively 15 questions for each variable. The questionnaire was distributed randomly to 55 respondents of 122 staff personels of Grand Slipi Tower. The responds of questionnaires resulted in scores for all variables that have been studied. To show the significance results of the simple regression, t-test was conducted and for multiple regression, F-test was conducted. The final results shows that Human System, Equipment System and SOP, either simultaneously or partially, affecting the compliances of fire protection codes and technical standards of the Grand Slipi Tower building with 99% data accuracy. The effect of Human System partially, in percent was 71,3%.  The effect of Equipment System partially, in percent was 64.8%. The SOP effect in percent was 48.5%. While the effects of Human System, Equipment System and SOP simultaneously to the compliance of Fire regulations, codes and standards of the Grand Slipi Tower building in percent was 83.1%Keywords : Human System, Equipment System, SOP, fire protection regulations, codes and standards

Abstract

Abstract— C.V. Kencana Wulan is a company engaged in building contractor projects from general contractors, as a planning and implementation.As for the problems in the management plan, the lack of effective and efficient management of management that allows the company to experience a decline in profits. The company is working on a renovation project for the P.T. VEDCA which consists of 4 rooms. These source from three flows of supply chain system that is flow of informations, flow of material and flow of funds. This research aims to analysis the supply chain risks on building construction project in C.V. Kencana wulan with the CSC method on costs. Data was collected using a questionnaire survey. The respondents were selected based on purposive sampling method, covers the experst on building construction projects. The method of analisys covers risk assement. The risk assement analysis shows that there are 12 major risks (4 risk in flow of information, 6 risks in flow of material and 2 risks in flow of fund). Risk in material flow is a risk that has the biggest influense among other variables so that it needs to be done intensive handling in its management. Abstrak— C.V. Kencana Wulan adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang proyek pemborong bangunan dari kontraktor umum, sebagai perencanaan maupun penyelenggaraannya. Adapun permasalahan di C.V. Kencana Wulan kurang nya penanganan terhadap pengelolaan yang kurang efektif dan efesien sehingga memungkinkan perusahaan mengalami risiko-risiko yang membuat penurunan keuntungan. Perusahaan ini sedang mengerjakan proyek renovasi gedung kantor P.T. VEDCA yang terdiri dari 4 ruangan. Hubungan antara pihak-pihak dalam proyek ini menempatkan kontraktor sebagai mata rantai dalam hubungan ini yang dikenal sebagai construction supply chain (CSC). Dalam construction supply chain (CSC) terdapat kemungkinan risiko yang dapat meningkatkan biaya proyek sehingga menyebabkan penurunan keuntungan kontraktor. Kemungkinan munculnya risiko dalam CSC dapat terjadi pada tiga aliran dalam sistem supply chain, yaitu aliran informasi (flow of informations), aliran material (flow of materials) dan aliran dana (flow of funds). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko supply chain pada proyek konstruksi gedung di CV. Kencana Wulan dengan metode CSC terhadap biaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner. Responden dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu para expert pada proyek konstruksi gedung. Metode analisis meliputi analisis penilaian risiko. Tindakan mitigasi dikonfirmasikaan kepada expert melalui wawancara. Hasil analisis penilaian risiko menghasilkan 12 major risk (4 risiko dalam aliran informasi, 6 risiko dalam aliran material dan 2 risiko dalam aliran dana). Risiko dalam aliran material adalah risiko yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar diantara variabel lain, sehingga perlu dilakukan penanganan intensif dalam pengelolaanya..

Abstract

Abstract— CV.Cipendawa is a shoe company, which was established in 2005. The brand of goods produced is Allstar shoes, which become main products. Problems that occur in the process of shoe production Allstar is a waste in the form of idle time (idle time). Waste in the form (idle time) occurs because the company does not pay attention to the existence of alternative Allstar shoe assembly making the engine scheduling less good. This research is done by using lean manufacturing and machine scheduling, in lean manufacturing concept in using the operation of process chart (OPC) and value stream mapping (VSM) to describe the value in production process which includes material and information flow. While the machine scheduling is used to reschedule the production process of Allstar shoes so it is expected to reduce waste. The purpose of this research is to minimize the time of completion of production by paying attention to the assembly alternatives on the production floor. The results of this study indicate that with the scheduling of machines that pay attention to the order of prakitan get the completion time of production of 718 seconds and the waiting time of 114 seconds.dan on making a single shoe score add value of 7102 seconds Keyword : value stream mapping and Scheduling machine.

Abstract

PT. Krakatau Bandar Samudera (Pelabuhan Cigading) adalah salah satu perusahaan jasa pelabuhan yang khusus melakukan bongkar muat barang-barang berbentuk curah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dimensi-dimensi kualitas jasa pelabuhan dalam upaya memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang sudah ada. Metoda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengukuran kuantitatif Service Quality (Servqual method) dan Analisis Kesenjangan (Gap Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 5 dimensi kualitas jasa yang terbagi kedalam 30 atribut pelayanan pada jasa pelayanan Pelabuhan Cigading terdapat 20 atribut pelayanan pelabuhan yang dianggap penting oleh konsumen. Dari Servqual Score diperoleh 11 atribut pelayanan yang memiliki nilai Servqual Score kurang dari nilai harapan konsumen, sehingga atribut-atribut tersebut harus mendapatkan prioritas utama dalam perbaikan kualitas pelayanan pelabuhan. Berdasarkan analisis Gap 5 terdapat 11 atribut pelayanan yang memiliki kesenjangan antara harapan konsumen dengan persepsi konsumen. Sedangkan berdasarkan analisis Gap 1 terdapat 7 atribut pelayanan yang memiliki kesenjangan antara haparan konsumen dengan persepsi manajemen. Secara rata-rata indeks kepuasan konsumen (Customer Satisfaction Index) bisa dikatakan cukup baik karena memiliki nilai sebesar 95,27%. Namun demikian, karena masih banyak variabel-varibel atribut pelayanan yang memiliki nilai CSI dengan kategori “kurang”, maka perlu ada pemerataan tingkat perbaikan kualitas pelayanan pada atribut pelayanan yang masih dirasakan kurang.Kata Kunci : Service Quality, Servqual Score, Gap Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index.

Abstract

Abstract— Placement of a new branch is one of the most important things. Location placement points are expected to be included in the target market zone to better meet the needs of consumers in the region, besides that it is also an easily accessible location and can reach the area to the fullest. UD BAROKAH, as a supplier of agricultural needs, plans to open a new branch to maximize revenue. The purpose of this study is to determine the location of the new branch UD. Barokah. Planning the selection of a target market will begin by using three methods: segmentation, targeting, and positioning. To determine the placement point will be calculated using the center of gravity model. The result of the segmentation method is that the area is divided into three segments, Cipanas District (segment A), Sukaremi District (segment B), and Pacet District (segment C). Targeting analysis resulted in Sukaresmi District (segment B) being the most potential segment and was chosen to be the target market because it produced the highest weighting score with a value of 2.189 while segments A and C produced weighted scores of 1.516 and 1.493. In the positioning analysis UD BAROKAH has an advantage in internal factors compared to competitors of similar stores located in Sukaresmi District, namely UD H OMAL. Placement of new branch location points using the center of gravity model produces coordinate points X 5.9 and Y 5.2, coordinates fall in the Sukaresmi District, Kubang Village, Cianjur Regency.Keywords: Segmentation, Targeting, Position, Center of Gravity Model.Abstrak— Penempatan cabang baru adalah salah satu hal yang terpenting. Titik penempatan lokasi diharapkan masuk dalam zona target pasar untuk lebih bisa memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen di wilayah tersebut, selain itu juga merupakan lokasi yang mudah diakses dan dapat menjangkau wilayah tersebut secara maksimal. UD BAROKAH, sebagai pemasok kebutuhan pertanian, berencana untuk membuka cabang baru untuk memaksimalkan pendapatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan lokasi cabang baru UD. Barokah. Perencanaan pemilihan target pasar akan dimulai dengan menggunakan tiga metode ialah segmentasi, penargetan, dan penentuan posisi. Untuk menentukan titik penempatan akan dihitung menggunakan model pusat gravitasi. Hasil dari metode segmentasi adalah bahwa area tersebut dibagi menjadi tiga segmen, Kecamatan Cipanas (segmen A), Kecamatan Sukaremi (segmen B), dan Kecamatan Pacet (segmen C). Analisis penargetan menghasilkan Kecamatan Sukaresmi (segmen B) menjadi segmen yang paling potensial dan dipilih untuk menjadi target pasar karena menghasilkan skor bobot tertinggi dengan nilai 2,189 sedangkan segmen A dan C menghasilkan skor tertimbang 1,516 dan 1,493. Dalam analisis penentuan posisi UD BAROKAH memiliki keunggulan dalam faktor internal dibandingkan dengan pesaing toko serupa yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Sukaresmi, yaitu UD H OMAL. Penempatan titik lokasi cabang baru menggunakan model pusat gravitasi menghasilkan titik koordinat X 5.9 dan Y 5.2, koordinat jatuh di wilayah Kecamatan Sukaresmi, Desa Kubang, Kabupaten Cianjur.Kata kunci: Segmentasi, Penargetan, Posisi, Model Pusat Gravitasi.

Abstract

Abstract – Unplanned layout and inefficient material flow between work units can lead to increased cost. PT Transplan Indonesia's current material flow path is inefficient with material flow distance 115.5 meters and material handling cost that has not been taken into account. This study aims to find out how big the role of facility layout design in cutting the distance of material transfer and pressing the cost of material handling. The method used in this research is Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) approach, which is comparing the distance of material transfer between initial layout with proposed layout. The results of this study indicate that the distance of the material flow path on the production floor with proposed layout changed to 71,7 meters, with material handling cost per meter reduced from Rp. 1,105,954 to Rp. 712,402 or decrease as much as 35%. Based on the results of the research, the layout of the proposal is considered more effective and efficient because it can reduce the distance of material transfer and reduce the cost of material handling on the packing/shipping floor.Keywords: Layout Design; Material handling cost; Systematic Layout Planning (SLP)

Abstract

Abstract—X company is a kind of service company in the plating area. The aim of this research is designing a self-assessment checklist regarding to the requirement of ISO 9001:2015 quality management. Actually, this company has implemented the ISO 9001:2015, however they never did the internal audit. In the purpose of doing the internal audit, it needs a self-assessment checklist to help each department in recognizing their lack of document. The checklist is made based on the requirement of clause 4 until 10 in ISO 9001:2015. The scoring category in the checklist is modified based on Baldrige scoring in process and result dimension. The result of this research is the gap analysis presented from clause 4 until 10 in percentage, which are 68,57%, 80%, 64,44%, 80%, 71,6%, 82,67%, and 55,56%, respectively.Keywords: Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2015, Baldrige Scoring Abstrak— Perusahaan X adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pelapisan logam (plating). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk perancangan checklist self-assessment terkait dengan kepentingan untuk melengkapi persyaratan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015. Perusahaan ini sebenarnya telah menerapkan ISO 9001:2015, akan tetapi belum pernah melakukan audit internal. Dalam rangka melakukan audit internal, maka dibutuhkan sebuah checklist self-assessment untuk membantu tiap departemen mengetahui kekurangan dokumen yang ada. Dalam penelitian ini dirancang sebuah checklist self-assessment yang berdasarkan persyaratan klausul 4 hingga klausul 10 sesuai dengan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015. Pada checklist ini, kategori penilaian yang digunakan adalah modifikasi dari kategori penilaian Baldrige pada dimensi proses dan hasil. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh persentase analisa gap dari klausul 4 hingga klausul 10, berturut-turut adalah 68,57%, 80%, 64,44%, 80%, 71,6%, 82,67%, 55,56%.Kata kunci: Sistem Manajemen Mutu, ISO 9001: 2015, Penilaian Baldrige

Abstract

Abstract— Traditional food can provide a good image and economic improvement in an area. Ciamis Regency is known as a region producing traditional food, one of which is Galendo. The center of the sale and purchase of Galendo products in Ciamis Regency is still centered in a wholesale market that is less strategic. This research proposes the determination of the location of the Galendo IKM center and the development of various integrated facilities and infrastructure by the central government, which can be shared by other Galendo IKM. The determination of the location of the Galendo IKM center is analyzed by the center of gravity method. The distance of IKM location, production output, and transportation costs from 21 Galendo producers in the Cijeungjing, Cilame, Jendral Soedirman, Pawindan, Pamalayan, Sadananya, and Baregbeg areas are used to calculate the total transportation costs from each IKM location. The initial coordinate point is the location of the Ciamis Main Market which is compared with the 4 proposed coordinate points in order to produce the lowest total transportation costs. The total cost from the initial location of the Main Market is IDR 95,532,205. Whereas the total cost at proposed location 1 is only around Rp 80,015,976 which is lower than the initial location in the wholesale market. Keywords— center of gravity; galendo; distance; IKM centers; total cost. Abstrak— Keberadaan makanan tradisional suatu daerah dapat mengangkat citra positif daerah tersebut. Kabupaten Ciamis dikenal akan daerah penghasil berbagai jenis makanan tradisional, salah satu diantaranya adalah galendo. Kegiatan jual beli produk galendo di Kabupaten Ciamis masih berpusat di pasar induk yang lokasinya dinilai kurang strategis. Penentuan lokasi sentra IKM galendo diperlukan berikut dengan pengembangan berbagai sarana dan prasarana terpadu oleh pemerintah pusat, yang dapat digunakan bersama oleh para pelaku IKM. Penentuan lokasi sentra IKM galendo dilakukan menggunakan metode center of gravity. Jarak antar lokasi IKM, beban berupa output produksi, dan biaya transportasi dari 21 produsen Galendo yang tersebar di daerah Cijeungjing, Cilame, Jendral Soedirman, Pawindan, Pamalayan, Sadananya, dan Baregbeg digunakan untuk mengitung total biaya transportasi dari masing-masing titik lokasi IKM. Titik koordinat awal adalah lokasi Pasar Induk Ciamis yang dibandingkan dengan 4 titik koordinat usulan guna menghasilkan total biaya transportasi yang paling rendah. Total biaya jika sentra berada di lokasi awal yakni Pasar Induk, adalah mencapai Rp 95.532.205. Sedangkan total biaya di lokasi usulan 1 hanya berkisar Rp 80.015.976 yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan lokasi awal di pasar induk.   Kata kunci— center of gravity; galendo; jarak; sentra IKM; total biaya.
