Abstract

Earthquakes are natural phenomena caused by natural events. The strength of an earthquake can be measured using a seismometer. The most commonly used scale to measure the strength of an earthquake is the Richter scale. The amount of demage caused by an earthquake is not only determined based on its strength, but is also measured by the area where the earthquake occurs. The depth of an earthquake that occurs from within the earth can also affect the potential damage. Eatrhquakes are located close to the groound surface, so they can have significant destructive properties. Large earthquake can usually trigger aftershocks, so they can be overcome using temporal processes.This research carried out an analysis of story drift and the influence of P-Delta on the reinforced concrete structure of the office building PT. Pupuk Lapan Harsa based on SNI 1726:2019. With the planning concept using the help of SAP2000 software.The results of the analysis of the Gresik fertilizer factory office building were delcared safe with a story drift in the x-axis ( ) in the amount of 10,95 mm up to 31,85, in the y-axis ( ) in the amount of 10,95 mm up to 31,85 mm. Meanwhile, the value of the influence of P-Delta in the x-axis ( ) in the amount of 0,007 up to 0,036, in the y-axis ( ) in the amount of 0,007 up to 0,036. Abstract

Industrial competition in Indonesia is getting tougher. One industry competition that continues to grow is the plastic furniture industry. Household furniture made of plastic has many advantages, namely durability and a variety of colors. The selection of quality raw materials by a company has a significant influence on the products it produces. Good raw material management is expected to enable the company to carry out the entire production process well and be able to compete with other companies. The purpose of this study is to select the best supplier in a plastic furniture company in Surabaya. Data collection was conducted at a plastic furniture company in Surabaya, by considering several criteria, namely production fulfillment, quality, price, service, and location. The method used in solving this problem is the Weighted Product method. Weighted Product method is one of the methods in the decision support system. The results of the calculation of supplier selection using the weighted product method, the best alternative supplier is Supplier D, because it has the highest V value of 0.408. The second highest value is for Supplier C got a value of 0.316, the lowest value of the three suppliers is Supplier B with a value of 0.277.

Abstract

Earned Value Analysis is a technique of analyzing cost and time to obtain the performance achieved per time on a project, so that users are able to predict the cost and time required to complete the remaining project work. The prediction is calculated with the assumption that the performance of completing the rest of the project will be the same and constant as the performance obtained when the review was conducted. Thus, a system is needed to integrate cost and time information. The Earned Value concept is an analysis used in project management by integrating cost and time. The results show the value of Cost Variance (CV) week 16 during the review of Rp.1,995,516,896, Schedule Variance (SV) of Rp.-162,490,873 which shows there is no cost overrun in implementation but the schedule is not according to plan. While the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) value of 0.994 < 1 and Cost Performance Index (CPI) of 1.070 means that the project is delayed but still profitable. The results of the analysis of the costs required to complete the remaining project Estimate To Complate (ETC) at week 16 review with a value of Rp. 19,270,138,044. While the results of the analysis of the amount of time required to complete the Estimate To Schedule (ETS) project amounted to 126.76 with a rounding of 127 days.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of promotional strategies through social media service quality and word of mouth on the decision to buy oppo cellphones in medan city. This research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, f tests, t tests and coefficients of determination. The population used was taken from OPPO HP users in the city of Medan, while the sample used was taken from the formula of Hairs et al, namely the sample size specified was 21 x 5, which is 105, then the sample used was 105. The results showed that partially the promotion strategy through social media service quality and word of mouth influenced simultaneous purchasing decisions that promotion strategies through social media, service quality and word of mouth influenced purchasing decisions. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination of 0.539 means that the ability of the promotion strategy variable through social media, service quality and word of mouth explains its effect on the purchase decision variable of 53.9%. While the remaining 46.1% are other free variables that were not studied in this study such as price, brand image, consumer satisfaction and others.

Abstract

Praya Customer Service Unit (CSU), especially in the field of distribution substation and transformer maintenance, is engaged in providing maintenance of PLN distribution network assets in the electricity system. For the possibility of work accidents to occur, it is necessary to identify, analyze, and manage potential hazards and their control measures using the HIRARC method. The study found potential hazards with different categories such as repairing electrical substation installations with Extreme risk levels, controlling them by using complete Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), checking substation insulators with High risk levels, controlling them by using 20Kv safety gloves, measuring transformer voltage and current with a Moderate risk level (Moderate) control by checking measuring instruments, lifting equipment to the top of the transformer with a High risk level (High) control by checking the condition of the ladder regularly, and cleaning bushes around the transformer box with a Low risk level (Low) control by spraying insect repellent.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) website at the Alma Ata University library using the Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) algorithm as the book title search method. The research method used is quantitative, with a focus on understanding the user interaction with the developed OPAC website. Data is collected through testing to evaluate user interactions with the website. The testing is conducted to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of user interactions with the website, with the test results analyzed qualitatively to understand the performance and user satisfaction with the OPAC module. The contribution of this research lies in the development of library information systems, especially in improving accessibility and effectiveness of book title searches for users. It is hoped that by using the Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) algorithm, the OPAC module website can provide accurate search results and enhance the user experience in searching for books at the Alma Ata University library in Yogyakarta

Abstract

PDDIKTI noted that the number of new students in Indonesia has continued to increase since the academic year 2016/2017. The increase in the number of new students every year proves that the level of public awareness of the importance of education is increasing. On this basis, the author initiated the design of a system that could be used by prospective new students or students who have completed in Higher Secondary School educators and their equivalents. The system the author designed is a Decision Support System by implementing topsis algorithms on its calculations. The result of this research is a system of decision support for the selection of PTS specialized program of study in Informatics/Technology.

Abstract

Kemilau Anugrah Sejati adalah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dibidang produksi barecore. Permasalahan yang ada di PT Kemilau salah satunya permasalahan kualitas yaitu adanya produk yang tidak sesuai standar perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini perbaikan kualitas dilakukan menggunakan six sigma yaitu Define, Measue, Analyze, Improve, Control dan metode FMEA untuk menentukan faktor penyebab adanya produk cacat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat usulan dan implementasi program perbaikan dan menghitung nilai DPMO dan sigma level sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan perbaikan Usulan dan implementasi yang diberikan berupa perbaikan di proses inspeksi mesin, pengawasan pada operator dan penggunaan handbook untuk sosialisasi spesifikasi barecore. Dari hasil implementasi maka diperoleh adanya penurunan nilai sebesar 1.387 dengan nilai zigma naik sebesar 0,05. Dengan menurunnya nilai DPMO dan naiknya level sigma serta tidak ditemukannya peyimpangan produk setelah perbaikan menandakan bahwa implementasi yang dilakukan cukup berhasil karena mampu mengurangi jumlah cacat produk pada perusahaan.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect of human life, because education is one of the supports for realizing a change in order to achieve progress in various sectors of life, such as in the economic, social, cultural and political sectors Currently the government has a free education program and has established a 12-year compulsory education program. To support the program, many government and private institutions provide educational assistance through scholarship programs. SMPN 3 KASIHAN gets a quota for its students to participate in scholarship programs from the government, one of which is the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) scholarship. The selection process at SMPN 3 KASIHAN has not implemented a method and is still done manually. This research aims to build a web-based scholarship decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and apply the method according to the criteria set by SMPN 3 KASIHAN. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and for design is used Use Case Diagram modeling tools, Activity Diagrams, and the programming language used is PHP. Based on the results of the discussion during the research, it is concluded that the system under study fulfills the initial objectives of the research, namely helping SMPN 3 KASIHAN in determining the appropriate scholarship recipient, so as to reduce errors in determining scholarship recipients.
