Abstract

This study analyzes the risk of delays in the construction of the Perawang Bridge in Tasik Putripuyu District using Monte Carlo Simulation. Risk identification highlights several key factors that could cause delays, including design changes, delayed document approvals, and contractor financial issues. The Monte Carlo Simulation estimates a potential project delay of more than 30 days and a cost increase of up to 15% from the initial budget. To address these issues, the study proposes several mitigation strategies, such as improving stakeholder coordination, more effective project planning, and managing weather and safety risks. Implementing these strategies is expected to reduce the risk of delays and enhance the success of future infrastructure projects. The findings provide practical guidance for better project management and can be applied to similar infrastructure projects

Abstract

The growth and development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the national economy, including creating jobs and encouraging regional economic growth. CV FJG as one of the MSMEs in the industrial sector faces challenges when its income does not reach its target. To overcome these problems, CV FJG implemented a business development strategy using the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix analysis methods, as well as other methods. IFE and EFE matrix analysis helps companies identify and evaluate internal and external factors that influence their performance. Meanwhile, SWOT analysis is used to build strategies based on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced. Lean Canvas enables companies to design more efficient business models and respond more quickly to market developments. Through this approach, CV FJG is expected to increase revenue and achieve predetermined business goals.

Abstract

RM Habibi is a restaurant business that serves dishes to buyers and provides a place to enjoy the meal, as well as determining food and service costs. Although restaurants generally serve on site, there are also those that provide take away and delivery services as a form of service to buyers. Restaurants usually specialize in the types of food they provide and are their best sellers. Inventory problems are a problem that buyers always face. Inventory is needed because demand patterns are basically irregular. Inventory is carried out to ensure certainty that when needed the product is available. Fuzzy logic is one of the components that make up soft computing.  The application of the fuzzy inference system (FIS) with the mamdani method in the Demand, Supply and Sales prediction system can be concluded that the use of fuzzy logic can be used to predict demand, inventory and totals at the Habibi Restaurant. And test results with real data and surveys show results with a conformity level of up to 90%.

Abstract

The performance of the industrial system in producing goods will be very important for business continuity, such as meeting consumer demand so that it can maintain the sustainability and/or continuity of the company in order to survive. Currently, companies will always be required to maintain and improve their competitive capabilities, so one way to do this is by increasing productivity at all levels within the company. The author tries to identify the work process of PT. Raja Ampat Indotim in the production of Compost Chopper Machines due to the results of interviews conducted at the company, there were no procedures for the work process in producing Compost Chopper Machines, so on this occasion the author intends to design a standard work process in the production of compost chopper machines at PT. Raja Ampat Indotim. Data processing in this research was carried out using an Operation Process Map. Based on the operational process map that has been created, the time required to produce a Compost Shredding Machine is 968.29 minutes.

Abstract

Implementation of work on construction projects generally involves the collaboration of several parties, namely the work owner, contractors and consultants. There are several consultants involved in construction projects, one of which is Construction Management Consultants (MK). The success of the role of an MK consultant can be measured through achievements in terms of cost, time and quality of work. Research to examine the role of MK consultants at the construction project implementation stage and examine the influence of the role of MK consultants on the timeliness of work on the Rehabilitation project for Buildings B, C, D, Makassar Unhas Hospital. Quantitative research method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the research are that the role of construction management consultants at the implementation stage of construction projects is carried out well based on the highest positive response (Agree), namely the capability of MK consultants in taking corrective action on deviations between planning and implementation (X4) reaching a value of 68.35% and the role of project management consultants positive influence or significance even though the correlation value is low on the progress of project work, the highest correlation value is on the variable (X2) consistency of MK consultant personnel in implementing existing plans with a value of 0.348 and the lowest correlation value on variable (X5) capability of MK consultants in management project costs to the progress of project work with a value of 0.088.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health is one of the most important elements that must be applied in the working stages. The implementation of K3 in the workplace can create a safe, comfortable, and efficient workplace. PT Paku Jaya as one of the companies engaged in the construction sector is always committed to implementing K3 in the work area. One of the jobs that are often done by PT Paku Jaya is Cleaning Scrubbing. During the work process there are violations in the implementation of K3 in the work area. This can cause accidents in the work area. The methods used to conduct occupational safety and health analysis in this study are HIRARC and HEART. Based on the results of the study using HIRARC method, 9 types of hazards were found. Based on the analysis using HEART method, the largest HEP value is 0.192, which is opening the Blind Sprayer line. Risk control can be carried out in accordance with the hierarchy of hazard control that can be applied to Cleaning Scrubber work, namely Engineering, Administrative Control, and PPE.

Abstract

CV. PQR is a company operating in the printing sector. The main printing produced at the company is labels for vegetable products. When producing labels, the company always strives to produce quality products that reach consumers on time. In order for the production process to run, good production scheduling is needed. This research aims to schedule label production on CV. PQR. The label production scheduling method used is Palmer. The results of production scheduling calculations using the Palmer method have a job sequence of 10-9-8-7-6-4-5-3-2-1 and produce a makespan value of 248740 seconds or 69.0944 hours and require 8.6368 days to complete everything. jobs. There is a time difference between the company's initial condition production scheduling and production scheduling using the Palmer method, namely 13160 seconds or 3.6556 hours or 0.45695 days. So the Palmer method can minimize delivery delays

Abstract

There are many gapit industries in Cirebon area and each of these companies has a different business development strategy in dealing with change. One of them is the gapit 24 industry, where in the last few months product sales have been unstable and even tended to decline which is influenced by various factors so that it requires the right strategy to be able to maintain its business. This study aims to analyze the business development strategy of gapit 24 in Cirebon through the identification of internal and external factors. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Matrix analysis of IFAS and EFAS yielded 16 factors with the position of the gapit 24 business in quadrant I with an aggressive strategy and utilizing the S-O strategy. From the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, 5 alternatives are used in the S-O strategy according to business position. Data processing using the TOPSIS method obtained successive strategic priorities, alternative strategy 1, namely strengthening relationships with consumers, alternative 2, namely improve the quality of products and services, alternative 3, namely continue to innovate to introduce new products, alternative 4, namely expanding the product distribution network and alternative 5, namely identify potential business partners.

Abstract

The availability of clean water is mandatory and applies to all places. Marmoyo Village is part of Kabuh District, Jombang Regency which relies on shallow wells to meet its clean water needs. To find out the projected water demands of the population is a population calculation projection. To find out the planning average of clean water demands by pumping tests to find out the maximum discharge of deep wells and the optimum discharge of pumping as well as the planned piping scheme using the Epanet 2.2 program to find out the flow rate, velocity, pressure and headloss. The research results showed that the average discharge requirement in 2044 was 1,163 l/second for a population in 2044 of 1,395 people. Meanwhile, the maximum discharge for deep wells obtained through pumping tests was 1.64 l/second. The piping system uses a double system and a branch system with 2" (50 mm) diameter PVC pipes where the piping system plan will be carried out at RT. 002, RW 007 Marmoyo Village, Kabuh District, Jombang Regency. In the simulation with Epanet 2.2 it is known that the highest velocity are 0.04 m/sec while the highest pressure are 19.86 m.

Abstract

A company that produces high quality tinplate with international standards. The product produced is tinplate, namely steel sheets coated with tin. In ETL downtime from May 2022 – April 2023, there is a gap between actual and target downtime, causing the production process to not run optimally, and will cause losses for the company. So it is necessary to determine the effectiveness value of the equipment in ETL and determine the need for spare parts for critical mechanical components. OEE is the magnitude of the effectiveness value of equipment or machines in the Company. ABC classification is a classification of a group of materials in descending order based on the cost of using the material per time period. The results of data processing obtained an average OEE value of 80.06% and for items in class A it was a mechanical seal sink roll. Items in class B are solenoid valve – 48VDC and scotch brite and items in class C are mechanical seal DN 45, filter regulator, bearing 7308DB, bearing NU308EC, and hose assembly.
