This research aims to increase activity and mathematics student learning outcomes through inquiry learning approach. Places that are used in this study were SMA Negeri 4 Kota Bengkulu with research subjects are class XII IPA3 student, amounting to 32 students. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research methods class action, which is implemented in two cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings. The process of implementation of research include: the planning, implementation actions, monitoring and reflection. The results obtained in this study show that: 1) Average activity in cycle I (48.73%) increased by 14.92% in cycle II (63.65%), 2) Improved student learning outcomes of the cycle I to the second cycle of 28.57% from 57.14% to 85.71% cycle I to cycle II on the subject of mathematic. Based on these results, the suggestions can be submitted are: to improve the quality of teachers should be teaching mathematic in the inquiry learning approach. For researchers, in order to do further research on the effectiveness of learning by using the inquiry approach related to learning outcomes and learning processes, and are expected to contribute to the awakening of science and technology, especially learning mathematics.

The main purpose of this study, researchers are as motivation for teachers in order to implement contextual learning approach and encourage students' interest because it uses a learning model that is attractive. Accounting is indeed one of rich analysis and mathematical subject and delivers its own challenges. Nevertheles, creating a joyfull and quality learning is the responsibility of a teacher. The creativity of a teacher will be able to reduce the saturation and difficulty student in learning. Create joyfull learning is one of the alternatives that can be applied by teachers in achieving this. Interesting and effective process that it will be able to achieve learning objectives in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

An educator/teacher wherever He or She served to educate and teach, in charge of presenting his or her knowledge to learners, in order to transferring the knowledge it certainly requires experience, knowledge of who the learners, as well as how to convey that knowledge well. He needs to explore competency gives stock to him to draw up strategies, techniques, models and methods to present a topic or theme becomes more attractive, organized and integrated with competence contained in the material. It is an integral part of the Teaching Performance a teacher for all levels of education. The purpose of School Action Research is to determine the extent of the coaching supervisors in improving the performance of teachers in designing learning systematically through the regulatory supervision. School Action Research was conducted in three cycles, the results of action taken proven to improve the competence of teachers to achieve the ideal standard. In the first cycle of the 10 teachers that existed at the time of this research, the average value reached 68% increased to 72.5% and in the third cycle increased to 83%. The result of this action research indicates that coaching through academic supervision supervisors can improve the performance of teachers in designing learning systematically in kindergarten Patronage Bengkulu City reached 100% completeness.

This research is a type of classroom action research in which researchers directly involved in the research to guide and facilitate students in learning activities that are implemented through teaching and learning in schools. The main purpose of this action research is to determine the application-based learning approach to realistic mathematics education in an effort to improve students' understanding in operationalising addition and subtraction of numbers 1 to 20 in the first grade students in elementary school students of State Elementary School 24 South Bengkulu good and effective at the Academic Year 2014/2015. Based on the research results it can be concluded that prasiklus activity obtained from the average value of 52.31 students increased to 66.92 in the first cycle, after learning method is done by using a learning approach based on realistic mathematics education optimally then the average value of students to 89 , 23 in the second cycle. Researchers found the use of realistic mathematics education learning approach is very relevant and effective for improving math skills in elementary school students. Thus application-based learning approach optimally realistic mathematics education at State Elementary School 24 South Bengkulu in general can improve the quality of learning of mathematics.

One task is to carry out the supervision of Trustees at the school which they are responsible. To carry out effective supervision of classroom visits required conceptual skills, interpersonal and technical. Therefore, each supervisor should have mastered the concept of supervision and classroom visits that include: understanding, purpose and function, principles, and dimensions supervision substance class visit. One of the efforts made by supervisors in improving the quality of education is through improving the quality of teachers in teaching and learning is done through by supervisor coaching in classroom visits supervision. The purpose of this school action research was to determine the extent to which the implementation of supervision visits classes to improve the quality of teachers in the learning process in the city of Bengkulu Regional Patronage kindergarten school year 2014-2015. In action research was conducted in three cycles, the results of action taken proven to improve the quality of teachers to achieve the ideal standard. From 64.64% in Cycle I, can be increased to 76.07% in cycle II, and III cycle increased to 84.64%. School action research results showed that the application of the regulatory supervision of classroom visits can improve the quality of teachers to reach 100% completeness, the teachers are very positive response to the coaching is done by supervisor through classroom visits supervision.

Based on the reflection and experience in SD Negeri 05 Sungai Geringging as a teacher in class fourth, of teaching mathematics is still conventional. The students are less motivated in the following study. The researchers interested in improving mathematics learning process through the implementation of action research using the method of inquiry. This research is a classroom action research (class action research), and used a qualitative approach. This study was conducted in two cycles, carried out by collaboration between researchers and fellow teachers. The research value in the form of information about the value results obtained from the actions of observation activity teachers and students, the first test and final test of learning. Subjects in this study is the fourth grade students of SDN 05 Sungai Geringging. The research results of the first cycle the average value of 7.36 or reach students reached 59%, while the second cycle students' average score increased to 9,27 or reach students reached 86.4%. Based on the observations seen improving student learning outcomes in the learning process. It can be concluded that by using the method of inquiry can improve student learning outcomes.

The aims of this research is to determine the extent of the coaching principals through academic supervision in improving the performance of teachers in preparing and developing a form of assessment of learning outcomes. In this study conducted in three cycles, the results of action taken is proven to improve the performance of teachers to achieve the ideal standard of 63.39% in the first cycle, can be increased to 68.46% in the second cycle, and the cycle III to 75.09% . The results of this study indicate coaching school action through the principal's Academic supervision can improve the performance of teachers in preparing and developing a form of assessment of learning outcomes with 100% completeness.

Learning processs in practical clinic is one of those determining the quality of the graduates. Ironically, in its practice, there are still some barriers in the clinical pedagogy such as the limited cases and the limited time for clinical lecturers to teach. It shows the weakness of evaluation system in the process of guidance. This research aims at determining clinical instructure (CI) understanding in relation to the implementation of Bedside Teaching (BST) Method Buidance in RSUP. Dr. Djamil, Padang in 2014. The research is analytical research with cross sectional study. The population is all clinical instructures (CI) in the midwifery ward, surgery ward, and interne ward (67 people in total where all are used as total sampling) The primary data collection was done in July 2014. The data was analyzed by univariat and bivariat methods using chi-square test. The result showed that 67,2% CI have good comprehension but 53,7% CI were lack in undergoing Bedside Teaching (BST) Method guidance. Thus, there is a relation between Clinical Instructure (CI) comprehension level and the implementation of Bedside Teaching (BST) Method guidance. Concerning this, it is expected for RSUP Dr. Djamil to give a training to all CI and to create SPO for the students’ guidance especially about Bedside Teaching (BST) Method guidance.

The purpose of this study is to (1) determine the effectiveness of mathematics’ learning through the use of mathematical portal in the Internet by brainstorming method to increase students’ learning outcomes in statistical learning materials; (2) determine the effectiveness of Classroom Action Research (CAR) to improve the quality of mathematics’ instruction in the matter of statistics. The results showed that the learning outcomes of mathematics learners constantly increased in each cycle. The learning results of the students monitored from the average value of the class in three meetings in the first cycle were 77.36. The mastery learning percentage reaching up to 78.57% in the classical meaning in this cycle has not been achieved. The result of Cycle II of the students monitored from the average value of the class in three meetings was 79.42. The percentage of learning mastery in the classical meaning (89.29) in this cycle had been reached. The conclusion of this study showed that the application of mathematics learning through the use of mathematical portal in the internet by brainstorming methods in mathematics learning is proven effective in improving the students’ learning outcomes in mathematics.

The main discussion in this school’s action research is the supervisory teachers through classroom visits supervision with direct observation technique class in particular aspects of learning process of planning and implementation of Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) in the classroom to improve the ability of teachers teaching in Elementary School 90 South Bengkulu. The objective of this school action research (PTS) is to (1) determine the readiness of the learning process planning; (2) assist the teacher in preparing the planning process so that the learning and teaching capabilities can be increased, and (3) determine the extent of supervision visits classes with direct classroom observation techniques on the ability of teachers to teach in an attempt to improve the learning quality in Elementary School 90 South Bengkulu. The results at the end of the cycle to the results of the pre-coaching and coaching study lesson plan for an average value of all research subjects obtained were classified as good (74.3) according to the standard process. Of all research subjects, the results of the post-mentoring and coaching study lessons plan were classified as good (82.5) according to the standard process, while the results of the teachers’ teaching ability in the implementation of the learning process were categorized well (81) according to the standard process. It can be concluded that the form of supervision visits classes with direct classroom observation techniques can improve the ability of teachers to teach in Elementary School 90 South Bengkulu.
