This research is a type of Action Research School where researchers directly involved in research to provide guidance and coaching as well as observing teachers in preparing lesson plans are implemented through academic supervision in school activities. The main purpose of this action research is to investigate the implementation of the Academic Supervision Principal in an effort to improve the performance of teachers in preparing the lesson plan in SMAN 6 South Bengkulu academic year 2014/2015 is feasible and effective. Based on the results of mentoring and coaching principals and discussion on the implementation of academic supervision can be concluded that: (1) Performance of teachers in preparing lesson plans through the implementation of academic supervision activities showed an increase in each cycle. The value of teachers' performance through the implementation of academic supervision activities principals at each cycle showed an increase in results. Indicators of achievement ≥85% of teacher performance category "Very Good or Good" by 10% with an average of 64 on the pre-research increased to 70% with an average of 76 in the first cycle and 100% with an average of 84.8 in the second cycle. Thus fostering the implementation of the academic supervision of the performance of teachers in preparing lesson plans in SMAN 6 South Bengkulu in general can improve the quality of learning.

This research was aimed could reveal about program planning and program implementation at Heavy Equipment Technology subject in Automotive Department, Engineering Faculty, Padang State University, which refer to learning result. This research was evaluation research by using discrepancy model. Result of the research showed that program planning component got enough valuation (73,35%). While for program implementation of result section got good valuation (85,86%) and when refer to EMI LPTK Valuation Standard also belong good category (85,71%). Thus, the conclusion of this research could be revealed that for program planning of Heavy Equipment Technology learning program still needed to increase the quality. While for most learning result section in program implementation discrepancy was not occur at Heavy Equipment Technology learning in Automotive Department, Engineering Faculty, Padang State University.

Cooperative learning model Explicit Instruction (EI) is a direct instructional model specifically designed to develop students' comprehension of procedural and declarative knowledge that can be taught with the step-by-step pattern. Based on the results of student learning in the subject of family planning services, the average score for each score is as follows: A (14.12%), B (69.41%), C (12.94%), and D (3.52%). This illustrates that there are still some students who get less optimal score. This study aims to determine the effect of Cooperative Learning Model Explicit Instruction (EI) to the students’ learning outcomes of level II in STIKes Ranah Padang Minang. This research is experimental. The population of this study is all second level students of STIKes Ranah Minang Padang (112 students). The sample selection is done through purposive sampling. The class selected to be the sample is class A as the experimental class and class B as the control class. This research was conducted in STIKes Ranah Minang Padang for 2 weeks beginning on July 1 to July 12, 2014. The results showed that learning outcomes’ achievement in the experimental class was higher than those in the control class. This was evident from the difference in the average of posttest experimental score where the experimental class gained up to 80.60 while the control class gained 70.90. After all, it was obtained that the thitung = 5.636 and ttable = 1.994. Because thitung 5.636 ˃ ttable = 1.994, then the hypothesis is accepted. From the research, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model Explicit Instruction (EI) impacts on the student learning outcomes in Family Planning (FP) subject. It is expected that the lecturers will employ the cooperative learning model Explicit Instruction (EI) in Family Planning (FP) subject and other subjects.

The examination result of X grade students in SMA Adabiah Padang shows that most of the students comprehend less than 60% of the learning material about atom. It will impact to the learning in the higher grade, therefore, a study held to know the conceptual development of students. It was qualitative descriptive which explorative and cross sectional approach. The instrument is open ended questions which gave to 204 students to know their conception about atom. Their conceptions tend developed in the electron configuration of atom, electron configuration of ion, determination of period and group of atom. In Addition, majority of students had the correct concept about the basic particles of atom. Meanwhile, the concept about atom and atomic model did not change significantly. Most of them did not understand in the concept of wave mechanic atomic model.

This study examines the relationship problems with the creativity of students learning outcomes automotive electrical grade II Automotive Engineering Department of SMK Negeri 2 Bangko. This is a descriptive study, which aims to obtain a picture and a clear description of the relationship with the creativity of students learning outcomes automotive electrical. Hypothesis testing using Product Moment Correlation formula Person, previously conducted tests of normality and linearity regression analysis. From the analysis carried out turned out to be a relationship with the students' creativity automotive electric learning outcomes obtained at 95% significance level with large numbers of correlation coefficient of 0.421 and creativity of the student contribution to the learning outcomes for automotive electrical 17.72%, based on the results of data analysis we can conclude that there is a relationship significantly between the creativity of students with learning outcomes automotive electrical grade II Automotive Engineering Department of SMK Negeri 2 Bangko received at significant level of 95%.

This study is an action research school in which researchers directly involved in the study to provide guidance and coaching as well as observing teachers in the holding variety of teaching styles that are implemented through clinical supervision activities at school. The main purpose of this school action research was to determine the clinical supervision of the implementation of the Principal in improving teacher performance in a variety of teaching styles held appropriately and effectively in SMAN 1 South Bengkulu in the academic year 2014/2015. Based on the results of mentoring and coaching principals and discussion on the implementation of clinical supervision can be concluded that: (1) Performance of teachers in conducting teaching style variation through the implementation of clinical supervision activities showed an increase in each cycle. The value of teachers' performance through the implementation of clinical supervision principals at each cycle showed an increase in yield. The achievement of performance indicators ≥85% of teachers in conducting teaching style variation of 58.33% with an average of 58.33 in the first cycle increased to 75% with an average of 79.67 in the second cycle and 91.67% with a mean 87.33 average in III. Thus fostering the implementation of clinical supervision on the performance of teachers in conducting teaching style variation in SMAN 1 South Bengkulu in general can be said to be effective because it can improve the performance of teachers and quality of teaching in schools.

The purpose of this class action research to find out the application of the method of learning Flashcard learning outcomes against grade VIII.I SMP Negeri Padang in 7 subjects, information and communication technology. Flashcard is one method of learning in the form of presentation of the learning material through the image. These image is a series of messages was presented with information on each painting that is written on the back. The research method used the class Act (Classroom Action Research) with the analysis of the percentage against the result of learning. This research was conducted as many as three cycle with many meetings each cycle is two times. The results showed that Flascard learning methods can increase the activity and results of student learning. The average student learning activities at each cycle.

The aims of the research was to know the increase of physics subject by using cooperative learning in SMA N 3 Bungo. As ungulan school SMA N 3 Bungo has always been consistent in doing increase the learning process in order to increase the competencies of graduates. Various attempts were made as well for the ongoing development of teachers , administrators and all elements of the school .To increase of physics subject is an acceptable way by using cooperative learning. Cooperative learning is a learning model for give a chance for students to make interactions to others. In addition cooperative learning is the best way to apply because every students has give (team reward), (individual aecountability) (equal opportunities for success) that can give motivation for student to increase ability in physics subject and make student interesting of this subject to get the great result in physics learning. As long as, students in SMA N 3 the best students in Physics always has dominate in Physics learning, without give a chance for another students, so that cooperative learning is best choice for Physics study.

The objective of study is to find out the performance of senior high school supervisors in central Bengkuluregency Bengkulu province that consists of: (1) composing supervisory planning, (2) carrying out the supervisory planning, (3) evaluating the implementation of the supervisory planning, and (4) guiding and training of professional teachers and school principals. The research was conducted in regencies and cities in central Bengkulu regency Bengkulu province. The subject of research is senior high school supervisor in central Bengkulu regency Bengkulu province (34 persons). The method of research is mixed method. The research design used Provus is Descrepancy Evaluation Models (DEM). The data were colected by using observation, interview, questionnaire and documents. The results of research shows that: (1) the performance of supervisors in composing planningsis good category, (2) the performance of supervisors in carrying out sepervisory planningis fair category, (3) the performance of supervisors in evalauating the product of implementation of the supervisory planning is fair category, and (4) the performance of supervisors in guiding and training of professional teachers or school principals in central Bengkulu regency Bengkulu province is poor category.

Institutions must have a good education system. While a good educational system is when an institution has clear goals, careful planning, coordination, professional leaders, cooperative surveillance and awake and evaluation work is high diciplint. The purpose of this paper is to describe the method of implementation of the supervision of the principal in an attempt to improve the competence of teachers and the competence of graduates in the District of Muara Bungo. Supervision on the process undertaken in the District of Muara Bungo in the push for the formation of learning community among teachers. With the creation of a learning community will occur betwe knowledge transfer fellow teachers. Supervision model school by the head of the school is determined by the objectives are aimed at diagnosing, planning of learning or evaluating the qualifications of teachers. The goal will determine the form of the instrument being used. Supervision on the process undertaken in the District of Muara Bungo in the push for the formation of learning community among teachers.
