Abstract

Abstract: This research is proposed to know: 1.The correlation motivation of studying on the resultsstudying of learning islamic religious education in SMA Cerdas Murni Deli Serdang sub district percut seituan, 2. The correlation discipline of studying on the results studying of learning islamic religious educationin SMA Cerdas Murni Deli Serdang sub district percut sei tuan,, 3.The correlation motivation ofstudying and discipline. on the results studying of learning islamic religious education in SMA CerdasMurni Deli Serdang sub district percut sei tuan. There are three finds of research: First, motivation ofstudying have correlation of the results studying of learning islamic religious education in SMA CerdasMurni Deli Serdang sub district percut sei tuan (r_y1 = 0.376) to a = 0,05. This case shows that themotivation of studying increasing, so there is an increasing of the results studying of learning islamicreligious education in SMA, and the motivation studying so the less of the results studying of learningislamic religious education in SMA Cerdas Murni Deli Serdang sub district percut sei tuan.

Abstract

Abstract This research is aimed to know 3 things, namely: (1) To know how the strategy of learning Alquranand Hadith on MIN Glugur Land II Medan, (2) To know how Innovation Learning in learning Alquran andHadith on MIN Glugur Darat II Medan, and (3) To find out what are the obstacles and solutions for theimplementation of the Innovation of Al Quran and Hadith Strategies on MIN Glugur Darat II Medan. Thisresearch is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of this study are: (1) The learning strategy of AlquranHadith uses material derived from guidebooks Alquran Hadith and Alquran translation. (2) Quran SubjectTeachers Hadiths use good material in innovation learning Alquran Hadith in MIN Glugur Darat II Medan,that is by using digital audio visual learning media in order to more interest student in learning Al -Qur’anHadith. The Purpose of the Teacher The subject of the Qur’an Hadith in the innovation of learning is in orderto create an atmosphere of learning is not boring and can boost students’ interest in studying Alquran Hadith.(3) The internal barrier encountered, ie the Subject Teacher of Alquran Hadith has not been entirely placed inhis field or department. In addition, facilities and infrastructure in MIN Glugur Darat II Medan are lesssupportive. Solutions that have been applied, namely by equipping facilities and learning infrastructure firstsuch as RPP, syllabus, prosem and prota and learning media that will be used.Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 3 hal, yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi pembelajaranAlquran dan Hadis pada MIN Glugur Darat II Medan, (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Inovasi Pembelajarandalam pembelajaran Alquran dan Hadis pada MIN Glugur Darat II Medan, dan (3) Untuk mengetahuiapa saja hambatan dan solusi penerapan Inovasi Strategi Pembelajaran Alquran dan Hadis pada MINGlugur Darat II Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah:(1) Strategi pembelajaran Alquran hadis menggunakan materi yang bersumber dari buku panduan Alquranhadis serta Alquran terjemahan. (2) Guru Mata Pelajaran Alquran hadis menggunakan materi yang bagusdalam melakukan inovasi pembelajaran Alquran hadis di MIN Glugur Darat II Medan, yaitu denganmenggunakan media pembelajaran digital audio visual agar dapat lebih menarik minat siswa dalambelajar Alquran hadis. Tujuan Guru Mata Pelajaran Alquran hadis dalam melakukan inovasi pembelajaranadalah demi untuk menciptakan suasana belajar tidak membosankan dan dapat menigkatkan minatsiswa dalam mempelajari Alquran hadis. (3) Hambatan internal yang dihadapi, yaitu Guru Mata PelajaranAlquran hadis belum seluruhnya ditempatkan dibidangnya atau jurusannya. Selain itu sarana dan prasaranadi MIN Glugur Darat II Medan yang kurang mendukung. Solusi yang selama ini diterapkan, yaitu dengancara melengkapi sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran terlebih dahulu seperti RPP, silabus, prosem danprota serta media pembelajaran yang akan digunakan.Kata Kunci: Inovasi, Strategi Pembelajaran, Al’Quran Hadis

Abstract

Abstrak: Tunagrahita merupakan istilah yang digunakan untuk menyebut anak atau orang yangmemiliki kemampuan intelektual di bawah ratarata atau bisa juga disebut dengan retardasi mental.Anak tunagrahita ini fungsi intelektualnya yang lamban, yaitu IQ 70 ke bawah berdasarkan tesintelegensi baku. Pola Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah Model yang digunakan untuk proses memasukkannilai-nilai Agama Islam pada diri peserta didik untuk mencapai tujuan yang mengarah kepada ketaqwaandan akhlakul karimah sehingga membentuk pribadi yang sempurna, bertanggung jawab, dan baikdalam setiap perbuatan yang dilakukannya. Sedangkan Pendidikan Karakter dimaknai sebagaicara berpikir dan berprilaku yang khas tiap individu untuk hidup dan bekerja sama baik dalamlingkungan keluarga, masyarakat, bangsa dan Negara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimanapola pendidikan agama dan karakter bagi anak tunagrahita di SDLB Negeri Kwala Bingai. Penelitianini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupaobservasi,wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dengan menitik beratkan sumberdata informasi yaitu:kepala sekolah dan guru Agama Islam, untuk mengokohkan keabsahan data yang di peroleh. Darihasil observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi diperoleh hasil bahwa Pola pendidikan agamabagi siswa tunagrahita berjalan dengan baik disana guru menggunakan pola pembiasaan dan polaintruksi satu arah. Guru sangat memperhatikan dan melakukan pendekatan perindividu ada beberapahal yang harus diperhatiakan untuk merangsang perhatian mereka yaitu menenamkan kepatuhan,melakukan kontak mata langsung perindividu, Selain itu ada juga beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikanbagi guru dalam proses pembelajaran, yaitu menggunakan suara jelas dan keras, pemberian instruksijelas, singkat dan menggunakan bahasa yang sederhana. yang paling berperan menanamkan pendidikankarakter adalah guru agama adapun nilai yang ditanamkan seperti nilai religi, nilai kejujuran, social,tanggung jawab dan tolong menolong.Kata Kunci : Pola Pendidikan, Tunagrahita Dan Karakter

Abstract

Abstract: This research is generally intended to describe the Implementation of PAI Teacher PersonalityCompetence in Private Elementary School Bakti Luhur Medan. However, in particular this study aims todescribe the implementation of personality competence of PAI teachers in Private Primary School BaktiLuhur Medan, with details to describe: 1) How PAI teachers display honest personality, noble characterand role model for learners 2) PAI teachers show a steady, stable, mature, wise, and dignified personalityand community, 3) How important and meaningful is the work ethic, responsibility, and pride of beingthe PAI teacher for the PAI teacher. The type of research used in this thesis uses qualitative researchmethods and approaches conducted using naturalistic approaches. The informants in this study are PAIteachers, principals, private primary school Bakti Luhur Medan, and two other informants namely PKSI in the field of curriculum and PKS II student field. Data obtained from two sources are primary datasources and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through observation, interviews (freeinterview, guided interviews and free guided interviews) and documentation. The data analysis techniqueis done by data reduction, categorization, sintesisasi, arranging work hypothesis. To ensure the validity ofthe data, the researcher uses in-depth observation, triangulation (triangulation data, triangulation bymethod, and source triangulation) is defined as data collection techniques that combine from variousdata collection techniques and data sources that already exist.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine, 1) the implementation of group guidance inovercoming student learning difficulties at MAN Dairi, 2) supporting and inhibiting factors in implementinggroup guidance in overcoming student learning difficulties at MAN Dairi, 3) the effectiveness ofgroup guidance in overcoming student learning difficulties at MAN Dairi. The approach used is descriptivequalitative data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The findingsof this study are 1) The implementation of group guidance at MAN Dairi in overcoming students‘learning difficulties is carried out by creating categories for students who have problems and studentswho have achievements. So that in the community or group it will be clearly seen how to approachstudents who do have problems and need solutions, or students who do need more motivation todevelop their potential towards better, 2) As for the supporting factors in the implementation of guidancegroups in overcoming student learning difficulties are: a) sufficient number of BK teacher personnel andclear division of tasks, b) Good coordination between BK teachers, homeroom teachers, MadrasahHead Assistants (PKM/WKM), Madrasah Principals and parents of students, c) Resolving problemsquickly. Meanwhile the inhibiting factors in the implementation of group guidance in overcoming studentlearning difficulties are: a) Internal factors (originating from within the students themselves), b)Student‘s residence is relatively far from school, c) Muslim minority environment, and 3) while theeffectiveness of implementing group guidance in overcoming student learning difficulties has a verysignificant impact especially in terms of reducing or solving their problems. Besides, the group guidanceprogram also functions in developing students’ potential towards becoming even better.Keywords: Implementation, Group guidance, Students dificulty

Abstract

Abstract: This research is intended to answer the problem: What are the values of education character in Islamic Education (PAI) in grade VII of Islamic Junior High School Al Amjad Medan? How to apply character education in Islamic Education PAI in class VII of Islamic Junior High School Al Amjad Medan? What are the problems of application of education character in Islamic Education (PAI) in grade VII of Islamic Junior High School Al Amjad Medan? The application of education character in PAI at Islamic Junior High School Al Amjad Medan uses two ways, namely learning activities at school and outside school. in the learning activities in the school educators put forward the methods of teaching, exemplary, and reflection that exist in the material PAI class VII through the approach of learning model with the principle of Contextual Teaching and Learning. Then evaluation evaluation of character education in PAI at Islamic Junior High School Al Amjad Medan covers: input, process, output, and outcomes. Input implementation (students and teachers).Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab permasalahan: Apa saja nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam PAI di kelas VII SMP Islam Al Amjad Medan? Bagaimana Penerapan pendidikan karakter dalam PAI di kelas VII SMP Islam Al Amjad Medan? Apa saja problematika Penerapan pendidikan karakter dalam PAI di kelas VII SMP Islam Al Amjad Medan? Penerapan pendidikan karakter dalam PAI di SMP Islam Al Amjad Medan menggunakan dua cara, yakni kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah dan di luar sekolah. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah pendidik mengedepankan metode pengajaran, keteladanan, dan refleksi yang ada dalam materi PAI kelas VII melalui pendekatan model pembelajaran dengan prinsip prinsip Contextual Teaching and Learning. Kemudian evaluasi pelaksanaan Pendidikan karakter dalam PAI di SMP Islam Al Amjad Medan meliputi: input (masukan), process (proses), output (hasil), dan outcomes (dampak). Input pelaksanaan (siswa maupun guru).

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the pole of plan in teaching innovation which used byfikih teacher at Islamic boarding school al-Barokah Simalungun. The steps in doing of learning and theevaluation on modul innovation, model, and learning strategy used by fikih teacher toward fikih muamalahsubject matter. And the evaluation of fikih learning. This research is using qualitative method. The resultsof this research are the pole of plan at learning innovation used by fikih teacher toward fikih muamalahsubject matter at Islamic boarding school al-Barokah Simalungun are affective and diagnostic plan. Thepole of plan at learning innovation by five pillars, positive controlling exchange each, individual accountable,productive interaction, collaborative skill and group dynamic. The steps learning are to summarizethe specific purposes on learning at cognitive domain, style, and appreciation of skill and performance,learning experience and teaching learning. The evaluation on modul innovation, model, learning strategyused by teacher devided into two. First summative evaluation and formative evaluation.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola perencanaan dalam inovasi pembelajaran yangdigunakan guru fikih terhadap materi fikih muamalah di MAS pondok pesantren al-Barokah Simalungun.Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi pelaksanaan inovasi modul, model, dan strategipembelajaran yang digunakan guru fikih terhadap materi fikih muamalah dan evaluasi pelaksanaanpembelajaran fikih. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwapola perencanaan dalam inovasi pembelajaran yang digunakan guru fikih terhadap materi fikih muamalahdi MAS pondok pesantren al-Barokah Siantar adalah pola perencanaan afektif dan diagnostik. Polaperencanaan inovasi pembelajaran di atas, memiliki lima prinsip, yakni Saling ketergantungan positif,akuntabilitas individual, interaksi produktif,keterampilan kolaboratif; dan dinamika kelompok. Langkahlangkahpelaksanaannya adalah merumuskan tujuan khusus pembelajaran mencakup domain kognitif,sikap dan apresiasi serta keterampilan dan penampilan, pengalaman belajar dan, kegiatan belajar-mengajar.Evaluasi pelaksanaan inovasi modul, model, dan strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan gurunya adalahterbagi ke dalam dua tingkatan. Tingkatanpertama disebut dengan evaluasi sumatif. Tingkatankeduadisebut dengan evaluasi formatifKata Kunci: Inovasi, Pendidikan, Fiqih, dan Muamalah

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pelaksanaan PendidikanBoarding School/di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam As-Sunnah Deli Serdang, untuk mengetahui mengapa mahasiswa-mahasiswitertarik kuliah di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam As-Sunnah Deli Serdang, untuk mengetahui Apa sajakeunggulan programBoarding School di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam As-Sunnah Deli Serdang. Penelitianini menggunakan metode teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen,sumber data, analisis data dan pencermatan keabsahan data yang mengacu pada penelitian kualitatif.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Adapun pelaksanaan pendidikanboarding school tersebutadalah: a) Mewajibkan semua mahasiswa/inya mulai tingkat 1 sampai 4 tinggal di asrama dengan durasiempat tahun. b) Mahasiswa/inya wajib mengikuti dan patuh terhadap semua aturan dan kegiatan yangditetapkan kampus. 2) Mahasiswa/i tertarik untuk kuliah di STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang karena: a)STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang adalah perguruan tinggi yang memberikan full beasiswa kuliah kepadaseluruh mahasiswa/inya. b) STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang adalah perguruan tinggi yang bahasa pengantarnyaadalah bahasa Arab. c) STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang memisahkan tempat dan ruangan belajar antaramahasiswa dan mahasiswi. d) STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang adalah perguruan tinggi yang mempunyaiprogram hafal Alquran. e) STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang menentukan tempat kerja bagi lulusannya. 3)Keunggulan programboarding school di STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang adalah: a) Mahasiswa/inya lebihfokus dan efektif untuk belajar. b) Mahasiswa/inya lebih mudah dan cepat menguasai bahasa Arab secaralisan dan tulisan.This study aims 1) To find out how of Implementation the Boarding School Education in As-SunnahIslamic College of Deli Serdang, 2) To find out why students are interested in studying at the Deli SerdangAs-Sunnah Islamic College, 3) To find out what are the exellent of the Boarding School program at the As-Sunnah Islamic College of Deli Serdang. Researcher use a method of collecting data by observing, interviewingand studying documents, data sources, data analysis and observing the validity of the data referes toqualitative research. The research results show that: 1) The implementation of boarding school educationis: a) Oblisat all students starting from level 1 to 4 to stay in a dorm with a duration of four years. b)Students / students must follow and obey all rules and activities set by the campus. 2) Students are interestedin studying at Deli Serdang’s STAI As-Sunnah because: a) STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang is a college thatprovides full scholarship to all students. b) STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang is a college whose language of instruction is Arabic. c) STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang separates learning places and spaces betweenstudents and college students. d) STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang is a university that has a memorizedQur’an program. d) STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang determines workplaces for graduates.3) The advantagesof the boarding school program at STAI As-Sunnah Deli Serdang are: a) Students are more focused andeffective in learning. b) Students are easier and faster to master Arabic language both orally and in writing.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Boarding school, Sekolah Tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract:This research aimed to reveal the teacher’s pedagogy competence in managing of islam educationlearning in SDIT Riad Madani Deli Serdang regency. The pedagogy competence is teacher’s ability inunderstanding student, planning and conducting learning interaction, conducting evaluation and developingstudent’s potential.This research is qualitative research with descriptive approach, the research tried todescribe some events in the field as it is. In the data gathering is used various technics such as interview,observation and document studiying. As for the primary source in this study is teachers of Islamic Religiouse(PAI), vice-principals and student. While the analysis of the data used the model of Miles and Hubermanwhich includes data display, data reduction and verifications.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi pedagogi guru dalam mengelolapembelajaran PAI di SDIT Riad Madani Kab.Deli Serdang.Kompetensi pedagogi tersebut adalah kemampuanguru dalam memahami siswa, merancang dan melaksanakan interaksi pembelajaran, melaksanakanevaluasi dan mengembangkan potensi siswa.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif denganpendekatan deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang berusaha mendeskripsikan kejadian di lapangan sebagaimanaadanya.Dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Adapunyang menjadi sumber primer dalam penelitian ini ialah Guru Pendidikan Agalam Islam (PAI), wakilkepada sekolah dan siswa. Sedangkan analisis data dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Hubermanyang meliputi penyajian data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi).Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pedegogi, Pengelolaan Pembelelajaran PAI

Abstract

Abstract: The Correlations Perception of Teaching and Teacher Professionalism Against ClimateCommunication with Teacher Performance Madrasah Persatuan Amal Bakti 2 Helvetia Deli Serdang.Thesis : Graduate Program, State University of Islamic North Sumatera Medan, 2019. This studyaimed to determine: (1) the correlations the teacher’s perception of the professionalism of teacherwith teacher performance, (2) communication of climate relationship with teacher performance,and (3) perceptions of teachers to teacher professionalism and communication climate togetherwith teacher performance. The method used in this research is descriptive method with this type ofresearch is correlational research because of the relationship between the study variables. Thepopulation in this study were all teachers who teach in Madrasah Persatuan Amal Bakti 2 HelvetiaDeli Serdang totaling 126 people. Determination of the sample in this study using the nomogramHerry King with an error rate of 5%, and assisted with Table Isaac and Michael, the sample size inthis study were as many as 95 people. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire and thetechnique used is regression analysis and correlation. The findings of this study are: (1) there is asignificant correlations between the perception of teachers on Teacher Professionalism with teacherperformance is indicated by a correlation of 0.711 with the equation of the regression line v =47,305 + 0,3086 X 1 ; (2) there is a significant correlations between climate communication withteacher performance is indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.541 the equation of the regressionline v = 46,168 + 0,396 X 2 ; (3) there is a significant relationship between teachers’ perceptionsof the professionalism of the Teaching and Climate Communication together with teacher performance,demonstrated by multiple correlation coefficient Ry.12 = 0.767 with the regression line equation.v = 11,65 + 0,136X 1 + 0,218X 2 . The coefficient of determination shows the results of 0.589 thismeans 58.9% of the variation that affects the teacher’s performance can be explained by the perceptionof teachers on Teacher Professionalism and Climate Communication. Based on the findings in thisstudy, the teachers need to perceive the Teacher Professionalism in Teaching Professionalism positivebecause at its core is the assistance provided to all school staff to develop teaching and learningsituations better. Furthermore, the teacher is expected to be able to manage their emotions toimprove communication climate that will ultimately improve their performance.
