Abstract

Reducing maternal mortality is one of Indonesia's main targets for improving health. By offering antenatal care services for pregnant women at least four times with the standard 10T during pregnancy, efforts are made to reduce maternal mortality. This kind of research uses a phenomenological approach and is qualitative in nature. The purpose of this study is to obtain, obtain a description, analysis, interpretation of the coverage of antenatal care services. Data were obtained from in-depth interviews with 20 informants consisting of the head of the Puskesmas, Coordinator Midwife, Village Midwife, Cadre and pregnant women. The study findings indicate that although antenatal care services at the Agam District Health Center are covered, the policy reference to Minimum Service Standards has not been met in terms of facilities, labor, or funding. The author suggests expanding the access of pregnant women to health workers through the "Ojol for Pregnant Women" activity, because it is concluded that the coverage of antenatal care services at the Agam District Health Center has not reached the Minimum Service Standards and is expected to improve services, especially visits to pregnant women, health education, and improvement of health services. community participation. This activity is in the form of transportation prepared by the community, either two-wheeled or four-wheeled vehicles that are ready to pick up pregnant women to health facilities

Abstract

Information on the ecological status of inland waters is important to know in the framework of management and conservation purposes, including the biota elements of the Macro-zoobenthos community. This study aims to determine the composition and ecology of feeding acro zoobenthos and its relation to the water quality of Lake Maninjau. Lake Maninjau is one of the priority lakes that has an important role both economically and ecologically. Data were collected from journal literacy. There are 34 types of acro zoobenthos with a low diversity index (H= 0.34-0.82). The distribution of each Taxa was less to nearly even (E= 0.30-0.93). The Macro-zoobenthos found belonged to Molluscs, Oligochaeta, EuHirudinea, Insect Larvae, and Crustaceans. Molluscs were the most abundant, spread over 70% of locations and dominated by Corbicula species. The highest abundance is in the Sigiran location. A total of 26 Taxa were characterized by temperature, TDS, and conductivity variables, while the other 8 were characterized by DO and ORP based on CCA results. The feeding Collector ecology group (especially the filter collector) dominates. This indicates that the waters of Lake Maninjau are rich in fine particulate organic matter (FPOM).

Abstract

Mining business activities in addition to producing mineral and coal production, also produce solid and liquid hazardous and toxic waste materials that have the potential to pollute the environment and can reduce the quality of human health and other living things mining. PT Semen Padang as the holder of a Production Operation Mining Business Permit (IUP OP), in addition to producing mining commodities in the form of limestone, silica, and clay, also has the potential to produce hazardous and toxic waste materials from mining activities, especially from the results of activities in mining workshops, both solid waste and liquid waste. For this reason, it is necessary to properly manage hazardous and toxic waste materials. PT Semen Padang has now carried out hazardous and toxic waste disposal by temporarily storing the hazardous and toxic waste it produces which is stored in a temporary storage area for hazardous and toxic waste materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the form of accountability of business actors when there are losses experienced by consumers who consume products because they are interested in the promotion of these products. To analyze the objectives of this study, this research method uses normative juridical research methods, using a statutory approach obtained through literature and documents. Legal responsibility must have a basis; accountability has to do with violation of a regulation as well as an obligation that must be carried out based on agreements or legal provisions. Business actors who provide misleading information in marketing their products can be held responsible for losses suffered by consumers due to promotions.

Abstract

Watersheds are a method of managing river water resources with the aim of preserving the viability of aquatic resources in the long term. One of the elements needed for management is how the current state of aquatic resources. Reduced flood swamp areas, sedimentation, decreased water discharge and water levels, and difficulties for some fish species to migrate are all effects of environmental modifications such as damming rivers for irrigation and hydroelectric power and changing the mass of water. In the middle and lower reaches of the river, the addition of anthropogenic materials from various industrial activities can have an impact on aquatic life, fish, and fishermen's catches. To ensure the future existence and survival of fish resources in river waters, it is necessary to manage resources, especially watersheds covering aquatic habitats with various species, as well as multi-species habitats. Watershed management considerations must include a variety of factors, including area/ecology, sector, scientific field, and stakeholders.

Abstract

Dams have a very large ability to develop fish culture, then from that the development of fish culture grows rapidly. This rapid progress greatly resulted in a reduction in water quality, good for the life and progress of fish and their food-living creatures. This dam is also used for capturing fisheries, floating net cage aquaculture (KJA), transportation, and tourism. This research is literary research from several posts that study articles on the status of the sustainability of dams and the sustainability of KJA aquaculture in multidimensional sustainability (environmental, economic, and social sciences). Based on the results of policy research on the sustainability of environmental, social, and economic science and fish farming in dam waters, the sustainability of dams as well as the sustainability of KJA cultivation are very supportive of one another. Prolonged management of the dam will help the sustainability of KJA cultivation.

Abstract

Underground coal mining is located in Tanah Kuning, Batu Tanjung Village, Talawi District, Sawahlunto City. Some constraints arose in a CV. BMK is the existence of several mining fronts on mining blocks that have started to become critical and fail. It can be seen from the condition of the supports in some places that they have started to crook and break. In addition, in several locations, many rocks were found hanging (wedges) on the roof of the openings that could be seen between the rows of supports. This indicates a significant change in strain around the coal pits and pillars. The research was carried out by testing in situ stresses using Flat-jack, observing the condition of the rock mass, and testing the physical and mechanical properties of the rock. The purpose of this study was to find out the magnitude of the strength and stress on the pillarbased on the theory of tributary area loading, to provide safe and economical pillar geometry recommendations, and to discover the causes of rock mass movements. Based on the results of the analysis using the Tributary Area theory, the Safety factor Pillar 1 obtained was categorized as unsafe based on the reference value of the safety factor. The most ideal pillar size recommendation based on previous geotechnical studies was 9 m x 9 m with a maximum recovery of 38% and a safety factor of 1.7. Based on the results of the calculation of strength and loading on the pillars, the value of Pillar 1 strength is 6.0 MPa, Pillar 2 strength was 9.57 MPa, and Pillar 3 was 10.9 MPa with the value of Pillar load for Pillar 1 = 5.1 MPa, Pillar 2 = 4.47 MPa and Pillar 3 = 5.58 Mpa.

Abstract

Indonesia has abundant coal resources and is a well-known mining sector as a producer and exporter of coal. Even though Indonesia has adequate coal reserves, the ever-increasing energy needs pose challenges in meeting domestic and export needs. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the potential of coal resources and reserves in Indonesia, their utilization in the electricity sector, and find solutions for sustainable use of non-renewable energy. This research uses the method of literature study or literature search. The data sources used are accredited academic journals and related publications, as well as secondary data from the Geological Agency of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources [ESDM] and Recapitulation of Coal Reserve Balance in Indonesia. The results of this study classify coal resources and reserves based on SNI 5015 - 2019 classification. There are several categories, such as inferred coal resources, indicated coal resources, measured coal resources, probable coal reserves, and proven coal reserves. Geologically, economically valuable coal deposits are found in Sumatra and Kalimantan. Coal quality can be classified based on calorific value, such as low, medium, high, and very high calories. With a better understanding of available coal resources, it is hoped that sustainable solutions for future energy needs will be developed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of stunting prevention policies in Solok Selatan Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data. This research was carried out in Solok Selatan Regency, to be precise, in all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPDs) involved in preventing malnutrition. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that stunting prevention policies are implemented by all OPDs based on their authority. However, this policy has not succeeded in realizing the achievement of policy objectives. This is due to economic, and educational factors, low communication and cooperation between OPDs, and the absence of system development by the regional government. This study concludes that local governments need to formulate local policies that can boost the people's economy. In the educational aspect, innovation programs to increase specific knowledge about quality nutritional intake are needed which can be developed by utilizing available natural resources. Meanwhile, in the bureaucratic aspect, it is necessary to increase the joint commitment of OPDs and open bureaucratic resources between OPDs to implement stunting prevention policies.
