Abstract

Lintau Buo sub-district there are many men who like to hunt. The hunter's habit of keeping dogs makes him neglect family interests. This caused household problems in the hunter's family in Lintau Buo Sub-district and ended in divorce. The purpose of this study was to determine the objective conditions of the hunters in Lintau Buo Subdistrict, to determine the purpose of the hunters hunting in Lintau Buo District, to find out to find out the effects of the hunting husband on the integrity of the household. This research is a field research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze data, the authors use data reduction, data display, and conclusions or verification. The results of this study state that: First, based on objective conditions there are 40% of 9,460 men who like to hunt. They consisted of 3,647 children and adults. They hunt are influenced by curiosity, offspring, the influence of friends and the environment. Second, the purpose of hunting poachers in the Lintau Buo District is to socialize in the community, entertainment and sports facilities, self-satisfaction, grow the economy, and eradicate pests. Their dominant goal is hunting for self-satisfaction. This can be seen from the behavior of hunters who prefer dogs over family. Third, hunting has a negative effect on hunter's worship, one of which ignores worship. Then it has an impact on the household, because the hunter's behavior in hunting creates disharmony that can end in divorce. It was noted that from 2016-2018 there were 88 couples from families of divorced hunters and 30 people had not arranged divorce to the religious court. Another consequence for the community is to keep hunting dogs unconcerned with the cleanliness of their environment. In addition, this results in lowering the hobbies to children, and disrupting the educational process of children because they do not go to school

Abstract

The task of the local government as the organizer of government in the region is to provide excellent and maximum public service. The implementation of the principles of good governance is consist in Law Number 28 of 1999 as guidance for local governments to improve public welfare in maximizing public services. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Good Governance in the Implementation of Regional Governance in the City of Bukittinggi runs quite effectively at the DPRD as the DPRD as the regional legislative institutions and offices as regional technical implementing units. Constraints that affect the Implementation of Good Governance in the Implementation of Regional Government in Bukittinggi City include the services, constraints experienced include the quality and quantity of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, local regulations that have not yet fully regulated the performance of public services. In DPRD, there are institutional constraints, HR constraints, budget constraints, and regulatory constraints, all of which are related to the DPRD function itself, which results in inaccuracies in performance achievement by DPRD members

Abstract

The State Administrative Court is one of the courts in Indonesia, which one of the tasks is to resolve cases in the field of state administration. The results of each deliberate settlement in court give rise to something that is mutually agreed upon by the judges, namely the so-called Court Decision. In contrast to court decisions from other courts such as the General Courts, Military Courts and Religious Courts, the State Administrative Court still has shortcomings in the process of implementing court decisions. This is because what is disputed is that it relates to decisions issued by state administrative officials, which in this case in Indonesia does not yet have an excess system of institutions which forces state administrative officials to re-make state administrative decisions in accordance with the provisions in court decisions. This study uses Normative Law research with a statutory approach. The results of this research are to describe the first, regarding the formulation of Article 116 which is contained in the Law on Administrative Courts, Second regarding the Problems with the Application of Article 116 of the Law on State Administrative Courts related to the implementation of court decisions

Abstract

The prohibition of giving money or other materials to influence voters in both the legislative and regional head elections, although in practice it is invisible and is no longer an open secret, but law enforcement feels very weak. Law enforcement is carried out on candidates for regional heads and representatives who are caught giving money or other materials known as money politics to win their partners in a transparent manner, let alone reaching the Court. So far, only certain individuals who happen to be caught giving money or distributing basic necessities from a candidate pair of regional heads to the community undergoing the legal process, while the intellectual actors have never been revealed, so Law Number 8 of 2015 is needed.

Abstract

Web-based visual goods data collection information system. PT Akur Pratama has distributors spread across several areas such as Jakarta, Tegal, Slawi, Magelang, Bogor and Bekasi, Engaged in the trade sector headquartered in the Bandung area which has many branches in several other big cities. PT Akur Pratama has problems in data collection of goods and stock of goods, until now transaction records are still carried out manually and are inefficient and require a long time to complete the work. This resulted in the creative division at PT. Akur Pratama has difficulty getting information on items to be progressed for a theme. For this reason, more detailed information is needed such as remaining stock of goods, incoming goods, outgoing goods, placing of goods on an item shelf so as to simplify and speed up the process of finding these items. The purpose of this study is to build a data collection information system that can facilitate the creative of PT. Primary accuracy in data collection, calculating and storing data, accessing data faster and making time more efficient. The development of this system uses the waterfall method and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) there is an analysis of running business processes, proposed business processes, analysis of functional requirements. The programming languages ​​used are PHP and MYSQL. As a database, a web-based goods data collection system that is built can manage data such as goods data, incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, supplier data and documentation data. And already have data that is centralized in one database

Abstract

Ibnu Aqil is an educational institution characterized by Islam with the understanding of ahlussunah wal jama'ah, founded by the Haji Agus Salim Bogor Foundation in 1992, amidst the rapid development of information technology, libraries at Ibnu Aqil Middle School in book data collection and book lending are still running manually, for example In borrowing data collection, it is still recorded in books so that it has shortcomings, namely making it difficult for librarians to search for borrower data, checking book availability cannot be done, recording borrowing and returning books often writing errors. Based on the description above, the writer tries to analyze and study the feasibility of the system running at Ibnu Aqil Middle School which the author wrote on a scientific proposal entitled Design and Build Information System for Book Borrowing in the Library of WEB-Based Ibnuaqil Middle School. in the library that can manage book lending and calculate fines automatically so that you can find out the weaknesses that exist in the library to improve the quality of better service to students. The development of this system uses the waterfall method and uses Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) for structured modeling, the programming languages ​​used are PHP, javascript, HTML, CSS, PhpMyAdmin as the database. This information system can make it easier to carry out the transaction process for borrowing books in Ibnu Aqil's library.

Abstract

PT. Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories is a private company engaged in the pharmaceutical sector in Indonesia. The Plastic Packaging Production Division is a relatively new pioneer by PT. Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories with the aim of fulfilling the need for plastic packaging used for packaging materials produced in the existing division in the company. Production management of caps and bottles that are produced is still manual, because in recording production reports, and records of material use do not use the system, it is feared that data management will take time in recording production results, data is also vulnerable to loss and damage so it is feared that information is not conveyed to the production manager . By using information systems based on computer technology, it is expected that material stocks and product stocks can be controlled properly, by making the input process of production data management that is connected to each other between users or employees with the aim of getting information quickly and getting quick responses also between users or employees. The research method uses the Waterfall method, system development uses the Unified Modeling Language, the UML diagram used in this system uses case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams. This system is able to manage the production process more closely, from production planning to production completion

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity and solvency ratios on profitability at PT. Surya Baru in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 8 years of financial reports. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, Current Ratio has a significant effect on Return on Assets of 46.5%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.042 <0.05. Debt to Asset Ratio has a significant effect on Return on Assets of 76.9%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.004 <0.05. Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets of 82.4%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.013 <0.05.

Abstract

Adolescents have a strong connection with learning activities where in the learning process itself, there are principles or learning theories both in the Islamic and Western spheres. This study aims to examine the allignment between connectionism learning theory and the principles of learning in Islam and the implementation of the relationship between the two in the learning process of adolescents. This research is a library research that is analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of this study are (1) discussion of connectionism learning theory learning and its three primary laws, (2) learning principles in Islam (3) the alignment between connectionism learning theory and Islamic learning principles, and (4) the implementation of the alignment between connectionism learning theory and learning principles in Islam in adolescents.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of poetry-based teaching materials based on local wisdom in class X SMK Gema Bukit Barisan Tanjung Morawa. This research uses the R & D method. The subjects in this study were students of class X-1 SMK Gema Bukit Barisan Tanjung Morawa, the 2017-2018 school year totaling 36 students. The steps used in this study are collecting data, designing products, validating experts, revising products. Based on the product effectiveness test conducted on the media, it is known that local wisdom-based learning media is effectively used in the learning process. This is evidenced by the results of the effectiveness of local wisdom-based learning media products that have an effectiveness of 84.28% with a very good category. Based on the results of the tests conducted, it is known that the learning outcomes of students who use multimedia-based learning media are higher than students who use multimedia learning-based learning media. this is evidenced by the acquisition of the average value of students who learn using interactive multimedia-based learning media has an average value of 84.3 while students who learn by using local wisdom-based learning media obtain an average score of 65.1.
