Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan adalah hasil konstruksi manusia yang sangat bergantung pada siapa yang menciptanya. Ia bukanlah tidak berjenis kelamin. Ia melayani dan menguatkan nilai-nilai sosial dan konsep-konsep yang dibuat oleh penciptanya sendiri. Ketika ia tergenggam erat di tangan laki-laki, maka bias dipastikan pengalaman perempuan tidak akan menjadi sumber pengetahuan. Perempuan hanya akan menjadi objek telaah penelitian, termasuk dalam konteks ini, ilmu Psikologi. Penelitian ini akan menelaah secara kritis konsep Penis Envy Sigmund Freud yang ditenggarai memiliki pola pandang yang miring dalam melihat keberadaan organ seksualitas perempuan, disamping menunjukan posisi perempuan sebagai the second sex (makhluk kedua) dalam pranata sosial masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa bias gender yang dibangun dalam konsep Freud tentang Perkembangan Psiko-Seksual manusia seperti (1) Anatomi adalah takdir; (2) Superego laki-laki berkembang lebih baik daripada perempuan; (3) Perempuan lebih mudah menjadi neurotik daripada laki-laki; (4) beberapa strereotip perempuan sebagai efek residu dari Kecemburuan pada Penis; dan (5) teori Oedipus dan Electra Complex. Penelitian ini penting untuk mengatasi mengatasi persoalan androsentrisme dan representasi perempuan dalam ilmu Psikologi, mengakui perbedaan cara berpikir dan berpengetahuan perempuan dan laki-laki, dan mempertimbangkan pengalaman hidup mereka melalui perspektif Psikologi Islam.

Abstract

The trend in terrorist acts nowadays is using women as perpetrators with a feminine approach. To respond to the condition, the figure of the Cirebon women ulama takes a very significant role. When women could be recruited as terrorists, it should be easier too to get them back to become agents of peace. This study originally attempts to describe the experiences and efforts of Cirebon women ulama in the process of socio-religious transformation in the Cirebon society towards a better direction, namely counteracting religious-based intolerance in Cirebon. This study was conducted through a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenology approach. Primary data were obtained through documentation study, interviews, and direct observations with Cirebon women activists from various community organizations and non-governmental organizations. The results showed that there are several strategies used by Cirebon women ulama in countering religious radicalism such as (1) developing religious literacy among Cirebon society; (2) shifting communication patterns from monolog to dialog; (3) reviewing curriculum and the process of learning; (4) live-in with other religious communities and beliefs, and (5) establish institutional networking.

Abstract

This article used a qualitative method with the approach of study- ing literature in the fields of religious psychology, Islamic psychology, and culture to obtain concepts and theories that are relevant to studies on facing the anxiety and worries caused by the outbreak of COVID-19. The results reveal the COVID-19 outbreak has various impacts on Indo- nesian people, they are encouraged to express optimism, psychological sensitivity, and social piety through various empathical (caring) ways as the implementation of the theology of al-Ma’un. And through tazkiyyatu al-Nafs and dhikr as models to eliminate anxiety and worries caused by COVID-19. Media reporting about COVID-19, besides being informa- tive, also causes anxiety so that sensitivity and social piety of the com- munity are needed. This article explained that through the rites of tazkiyyatu al-Nafs, dhikr, and implementation of al-Ma’un theology de- veloped by KH. Ahmad Dahlan, as well as a collaboration of cultural approaches with the psychology of religion, can reduce the level of anxi- ety, worry, and fear of the people caused by COVID-19.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has a multidimensional impact, including threatening family resilience. Psychological pressure, as well as an increase in the burden of household domestic work due to concentrated activities (work, school) at home, can give rise to family conflicts that lead to domestic violence and divorce. This study aims to offer a Mubadalah concept as a perspective and methodology in building family resilience. The results show that (1) Mubadalah is a perspective of reciprocity between men and women in carrying out their gender roles both in the domestic and public area so that one does not hegemonize over another but a relationship that supports, cooperates, and helps each other; (2) Mubadalah can be a method of reading texts and contexts around family issues; and (3) Mubadalah is an Islamic moderating perspective between gender and patriarchal regimes. This perspective allows for a balanced relationship and partnership between the two sexes and is not just a transformation of thoughts from patriarchy to matriarchy. Through approach a companionship and non-hierarchical relationship between family members, family resilience can be built.

Abstract

Mayoritas masyarakat di Desa Sindang Mekar merupakan masyarakat yang heterogen dengan tingkat pendidikan yang beragam. Sebagiannya berpendidikan tinggi, dan banyak di antara mereka yang hanya tamatan sekolah dasar dan bahkan putus sekolah. Potret ini justru mendominasi struktur masyarakat di sana khususnya di SDN 2 Sindang Mekar. Anak-anak yang putus sekolah ini sangat sulit dibujuk dan diberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya pendidikan untuk masa depan mereka yang lebih baik. Masalah ini semakin berat dengan ketidakhadiran orang-orang dewasa di sekitar diri si anak untuk memberikan bimbingan maupun dorongan agar mereka tetap mau berangkat sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif yang menghasilkan faktor penyebab, gambaran realitas anak-anak putus sekolah dan peran orang tua ataupun wali dalam rangka menangani anak-anak tersebut.

Abstract

Adolescents have a strong connection with learning activities where in the learning process itself, there are principles or learning theories both in the Islamic and Western spheres. This study aims to examine the allignment between connectionism learning theory and the principles of learning in Islam and the implementation of the relationship between the two in the learning process of adolescents. This research is a library research that is analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of this study are (1) discussion of connectionism learning theory learning and its three primary laws, (2) learning principles in Islam (3) the alignment between connectionism learning theory and Islamic learning principles, and (4) the implementation of the alignment between connectionism learning theory and learning principles in Islam in adolescents.

Abstract

Pendidik yang berintegritas merupakan prasyarat bagi seorang guru yang profesional. Kepribadian dan perilaku etis guru akan sangat  berdampak pada siswanya. Oleh karena itu, seorang guru haruslah orang yang dapat digugu, ditiru dan dapat dijadikan teladan dalam hal kepribadian, ilmu dan akhlak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Pengaruh Kepribadian dan Perilaku Etis Guru pada Integritas Guru SMPT Riyadul Mubarok dalam Mengajar. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 20 siswa SMPT Riyadul Mubarok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru SMPT Riyadul Mubarok telah memberikan contoh yang baik dalam hal integritas guru-siswa dalam mengajar di sekolah, kemampuannya dalam proses pembelajaran, dan telah mempengaruhi kepribadian dan perilaku moral siswanya. Perilaku etis guru tampak pada kebiasaan guru dalam mengucapkan salam atau menyapa ketika masuk dan keluar kelas, Mengajar yang sesuai dengan jadwal mengajarnya, hadir di kelas, memberi tugas saat ia berhalangan masuk kelas, memberi semangat, menggunakan kata-kata yang baik dan sopan, memperhatikan kerapian kelas sebelum memulai pembelajaran, membimbing siswa yang mengalami kesulitan, memberi sanksi pada siswa yang tidak mengerjakan tugas, tidak pilih kasih, selalu bersikap adil kepada semua siswanya, tidak meninggalkan kelas sebelum jadwal sekolah berakhir.Educators with integrity are a prerequisite for a professional teacher. The personality and ethical behavior of teachers will greatly impact their students. Therefore, a teacher must be a person who can be nurtured, imitated and can be used as an example in terms of personality, knowledge and morals. This study aims to examine the Influence of Personality and Ethical Behavior of Teachers on Teacher Integrity of SMPT Riyadul Mubarok in Teaching. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 20 students of SMPT Riyadul Mubarok. This type of research is descriptive qualitative analysis using data sources obtained from questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the teacher of SMPT Riyadul Mubarok has set a good example in terms of teacher-student integrity in teaching at school, his ability in the learning process, and has influenced the personality and moral behavior of his students. The teacher's ethical behavior can be seen in the teacher's habit of greeting or greeting when entering and leaving class, teaching according to his teaching schedule, attending class, giving assignments when he is unable to enter class, encouraging, using kind and polite words, paying attention neatness of the class before starting learning, guiding students who have difficulty, giving sanctions to students who do not do assignments, not favoritism, always being fair to all students, not leaving the class before the school schedule ends.

Abstract

AbstractThe learning method and the use of audio and visual media is a way to answer the challenges of the times. This strategy makes use of video animation, and educational song as a teaching resource. This research aims to discover and focus on finding English mastering method that are fun, effective, and applicable to the kids getting to know phase. It is hoped that this effectiveness can be applied in a sustainable action so that it can discover children’s potential and creativity to advance phase. The research method applicated was a direct survey, discovered student’s knowledge of vocabulary in English. The data used to be amassed through observation and questionnaries. The result obtained are : (a) the discovery of new information that the studying method using audio and visual media must be accompanied by way of direct active involvement. (b) visualizing the material with a familiar movement, so that student can understand what is meant. (c) actual visualization of motion and audio makes their reminiscene sharper. (d) children’s self-confidence will increase after they understand and absorb the material. (e) children are able to express what they understand, so that the learning process can be greater, flexible and targeted. While the shortcomings of this learning method are : (a) limitied facilities and educating media. (b) the lack of teachers who are adept at operating audio and visual media. (c) limited information and programs that can increase the potential and possibility of teacher and student to learn more. Keywords : language, english, audio, visual, vocabulary AbstrakMetode pembelajaran menggunakan media Audio dan Visual adalah suatu cara menjawab tantangan perkembangan zaman. Strategi tersebut memanfaatkan media video, animasi, dan lagu yang bersifat edukatif sebagai sumber pengajaran. Penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan fokus menemukan metode pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang menyenangkan, efektif, dan relevan dengan fase belajar anak. Keefektivitasan tersebut diharapkan dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan sehingga dapat menggali potensi dan kreatifitas anak untuk lebih berkembang kedepanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei secara langsung, melihat pengetahuan siswa mengenai kosakata dalam Bahasa Inggris. Data dihimpun melalui observasi serta kuesioner. Hasil yang didapat setelah turun langsung ke lapangan Adalah : (a) penemuan fakta baru bahwa proses pembelajaran menggunakan media audio dan visual harus dibarengi dengan keterlibatan langsung anak – anak secara aktif. (b) visualisasi materi dengan sebuah gerakan yang familiar, sehingga anak – anak mudah mencerna apa yang dimaksud. (c) visualisasi secara nyata antara gerakan dan audio membuat ingatan mereka lebih tajam. (d) percaya diri anak meningkat untuk setelah mereka memahami materi. (e) anak – anak mampu mengungkapkan apa yang mereka pahami, sehingga proses belajar bisa lebih fleksibel dan tepat sasaran. Sedangkan kekurangan dari model pembelajaran seperti ini yaitu : (a) keterbatasan fasilitas dan media Pengajaran. (b) kekurangan guru yang mahir mengoperasikan media audio dan visual. (c) keterbatasan informasi dan program yang dapat mengembangkan potensi guru dan murid. Kata kunci : bahasa, inggris, audio, visual, kosakata

Abstract

Learning activities are a means of acquiring new knowledge for anyone. Involving the active role of teachers and students. This study aims to dig deeper into Behavioristic Theory, especially in English lessons for Independent Private Intelligence students. Using practical methods and qualitative approaches, it is hoped that this research can provide a good discussion. The results of this study are: (a) knowing the development of Independent Private Intelligence students in memorizing English vocabulary and expressions given by the tutor, (b) knowing the effectiveness of Behavioristic Theory in the application of teaching and learning activities, and (c) knowing the suitability of one student with the other through the Behavioristic Theory approach. Abstract

Quality control management is a step taken in controlling activity programs in order to minimize errors that occur. This study discusses how the concept of Joseph Moses Juran's Trylogi is applied in SDIT Tihamah, as well as what obstacles and how are efforts to handle quality control management for educators and staff education at SDIT Tihamah. The results of this study are: firstly, the implementation of the quality management concept of the Joseph Moses Juran trylogi in the quality control management of educators and staff education at SDIT Tihamah can be implemented properly through 1) quality planning, 2) quality control, and 3) quality improvement. The two obstacles experienced include: 1) infrastructure, 2) human resources who are less competent in using technology, 3) overlapping policies. The development efforts carried out are 1) providing alternative infrastructure, 2) providing training to educators and staff education, 3) the existence of well-ordered regulations. ABSTRAK Manajemen pengendalian mutu merupakan suatu langkah yang ditempuh dalam mengontrol program kegiatan agar meminimalisir kesalahan-kesalahan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana konsep Trylogi Joseph Moses Juran diterapkan di SDIT Tihamah, serta apasaja hambatan dan bagaimana upaya penanganan dalam manajemen pengendalian mutu tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan di SDIT Tihamah. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah: pertama implementasi konsep manajemen mutu trylogi Joseph Moses Juran dalam manajemen pengendalian mutu tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan di SDIT Tihamah dapat diterapkan dengan baik melalui 1) perencanaan mutu, 2) pengendalian mutu, dan 3) peningkatan mutut. Kedua hambatan yang dialami antara lain: 1) sarana prasarana, 2) SDM yang kurang cakap dalam menggunakan teknologi, 3) adanya kebijakan yang tumpang tindih. Upaya pengembangan yang dilakukan yakni 1) memberikan sarana prasarana alternatif, 2) memberikan pelatihan kepada tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, 3) adanya regulasi yang tertata rapi.
