Abstract

Background: Website troubleshooting is the process of identifying, analyzing, and solving a website’s problems. The problem in this study is the lack of information and the length of time in knowing the website damage, so users have difficulty troubleshooting. Objective: The purpose of the research is to create an expert system that can be used to diagnose website damage and is easily accessible. Methods: The method used in this research was the Dempster-Shafer method, which is a method of proof based on the belief function and plausible reasoning in combining evidence to calculate the probability of damage to the website. Result: The results of this study were an expert system for diagnosing website crashes which had 15 symptoms and 5 crashes. The developed system showed an accuracy value of 84% with a trial run of 25 cases. Conclusion: The resulting expert system can be used to diagnose website damage based on symptoms with a good degree of accuracy.

Abstract

Background : Data access using copper is considered slower than Fiber Optic access networks, which encourages many customers who switch to Fiber Optic. Objective : This study aims to analyze the installation of Fiber Optic networks using Optic System Software in new areas and analyze attenuation in Fiber Optic networks using Link power budget. Method : The method used in this study is PPDIOO : Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize. Results : The Optical Power Meter (OPM) simulation on the new ODP using Opti System produces a value of receiving power (Pr) -19.48 dBm (as a sample) and for the calculation results using the Power Link Budget (PLB) the total value of receiving Power (Pr) -20.40 dBm while Measurement results using Optical Power Meter (OPM) (Pr) -19.89 dBm (as a sample). Conclusion : The results of measurements and measurements have similarities, namely if the distance between the Optical Distribution Cabinet (ODC) and Optical Distribution Point (ODP) is greater, the greater the value of the receiving power or attenuation.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia has a large land and sea area that has the potential for salt production. Efforts to increase salt production are still not optimal because there are still several areas that produce salt products in small quantities even though they have a large land area and a large number of farmers, so for areas like this, it is necessary to carry out guidance so that they can increase the amount of salt production. So far, no system has been used to group salt-producing regions, so it is impossible to know which areas still have the potential to increase their production. Objective: This research aims to create an application system to classify salt-producing regions. Methods: The clustering method used is K-Means, where this method can group datasets into several predetermined clusters.Result: The results of application testing carried out using 10 salt-producing region datasets obtained 4 regions with small production volume clusters, 3 regions with sufficient production volume clusters, 3 regions with large production volume clusters. Conclusion: The application of grouping salt-producing areas using the K-Means method can help the process of grouping salt-producing regions easier, faster, and more objectively.

Abstract

The development of computer technology is increasing very rapidly. This has both positive and negative impacts. One of the negative impact is committing acts of cyberbullying. This study uses the ACPO method to investigate the cyberbullying crimes through evidence that will be found. The ACPO method in the Imo Messenger investigation has four stages, namely Plan, Capture, Analysis, and Present. Digital data in the form of 16 conversation text, 29 user ID, 6 deleted data, and a group used as parameters in the research process. The test was performed using the tool of MOBILEdit Forensic Express. The results based on the digital data obtained 100% of conversation text, user ID, and group, while 0% for deleted data.

Abstract

Background: The healthcare environment is dynamic and often changes rapidly, whether in terms of regulation, technology or patient needs. Handling these changes and iterations in a short period of time and without disrupting hospital operations is quite a challenge. Objective: The research was conducted with the aim of optimizing the patient registration process at Bahagia Hospital in Makassar through an online system. Methods: The focus of this research was the application of the Scrum method in developing the application. Various methods were employed in this study, including observation, literature review, and interviews to gather user requirements. In the application development process, a series of sprints comprising planning, execution, review, and retrospection stages were carried out. The resulting application was able to quickly respond to user needs and improve services for patients.Result: The test results showed a success rate of 90% in achieving sprints within the specified time frame, indicating that the team was able to meet the set targets in each sprint. Conclusion: The effectiveness of the Scrum method in developing this application was affirmed in this study, thus it can be utilized for future development of similar applications.

Abstract

Background: PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk is the largest company in the telecommunications sector in Indonesia. PT Telkom's share price always rises every year, attracting investors to invest. In investing, it is very important to analyze shares in order to know the situation and condition of the shares. Objective: This research aims to predict the share price of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. Methods: The method used is the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA)-Fuzzy Time Series Cheng hybrid method. Cheng's FTS model is able to overcome nonlinearity problems in ARIMA model residuals. In this research, the first modeling uses the ARIMA model, where the data is divided into two, namely January to November 2019 data used as training data, and December 2019 data used as testing data. Next, residual modeling was carried out with FTS Cheng. Hybrid forecasting is obtained by adding up the results of ARIMA and FTS Cheng forecasts. Result: Model evaluation is based on MAPE values and in this study the MAPE value of the ARIMA-FTS Cheng hybrid model was obtained at 1.03\% for training data and 1.09\% for testing data. Conclusion: The hybrid model has a MAPE value of less than 10\%, so it can be concluded that the ARIMA-FTS Cheng hybrid model can predict PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk stock closing price data accurately.

Abstract

Background: Palangkaraya is a city that has a variety of natural beauty and culture. However, the tourism potential in this area is still not fully optimized and managed properly. One of the causes of this is the lack of ownership by the Government regarding the mapping of areas that have the potential to become tourist areas in Palangkaraya City. Therefore a system is needed that can assist the Government in mapping areas that have the potential to become tourist areas Objective: Develop a system that can be used to map areas that have the potential to become tourist areas. The information generated from the developed system is expected to assist the government and the private sector in increasing tourism in Palangkaraya City. Methods: The method used is the application of Location Based Service technology with a combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process and Profile Matching methods. Result: The system developed uses 10 criteria with 37 alternatives to produce information related to the sequence of tourism potential levels where the results of the sequence are then displayed on a map to provide an overview of the mapping of tourism potential areas. Conclusion: The system that has been created has succeeded in mapping areas that have tourism potential by applying LBS technology and a combination of AHP and Profile Matching methods. From this system it was found that blood with the alternative code A1 had the highest value, namely 4.295193, followed by A10 with a value of 4.156934 and so on. The test results were carried out by comparing the results of the system with the calculation results, it was found that the results were appropriate.
