<![CDATA[Technology is very much part of today’s life. It has been used as a tool in language learning throughout the world at all different levels especially adult learners. Nowadays, it is important to engage students to speak confidently and learn independently in their daily activity as students. However, the level of their speaking skills is still not satisfactory. They still have difficulty to communicate using English. The purpose of this study is to examine whether video project able to improve the speaking skill of the students. A Classroom Action Research design was applied. The data were collected through small group and individual activities. Video project competition was done for the final project. This study was conducted in two cycles of seven meetings in each cycle. Based on the analyses, data showed that there are changes from cycle 1 to cycle 2. In cycle 1, the percentage of students English skill is 54% and it is increased become 75% in cycle 2. The average result of percentage in cycle 1 to cycle 2 is 21%. The result of the data showed that the use of video project could be one of the best alternatives to improve the students’ speaking skill.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic education multicultural brings an insightful approach to instill awareness dialogis living together in diversity and differences, education is built on the spirit of equality and partnership kesederajatan, mutual trust, mutual understanding and appreciate the similarities, differences and uniqueness, as well as interdepedensi. This is an innovation and an integral and comprehensive reforms in the educational payload of religions that are free of prejudice, racism, bias and stereotypes. Islamic education multicultural gave insightful recognition of plurality, a learning tool for cross-border encounters, and transforms indoctrination toward dialogue. This will be determined by the quality and the role of the teacher in the learning process of Islamic education in schools. <![CDATA[Legal development aims to establish and secure the implementation of development and its results. The effort that needs to be done to achieve that goal is by reforming the law in a directed and integrated manner and supporting development in various fields as well as legal awareness and dynamics that develop in the ummah. One of the efforts towards the development of law, among others relating to; First, Land, which has been regulated in PP. No. 28/1977 concerning the representation of property as the implementing regulation of article 49 paragraph 3 of the Law. No 5/1960 Basic Principles of Agrarian Affairs. Second, the law (Islamic jurisprudence). Land "waqf", In law (fiqh) Islamic waqf is worth shadaqah jariah or practice whose reward always flows even though the person who has done so has died, as long as the waqf property is still effective. Waqf is a religious facility that closely related to efforts to achieve prosperity and as a means of empowering people. Waqf practices are very significant for socio-economic, cultural and religious life. Therefore, Islam puts the practice of waqf as one of the practices of worship in which the person who works it will be given joy by Allah.]]>

<![CDATA[Problems occurred in the process of teaching and learning classes include students ' lack of interest in material with guidance and counselling, is evident when students are given assignments, students are always asking for the value of the results of that task. Students are also less interested in guidance and counselling to the materials due to subjects guidance and counselling is not included in the assessment of students ' report cards like other subjects. Students also concede rarely read books module that had belonged to him. Also teaching methods that have been applied to teachers BK less attractive and varied, this can be shown when the teacher would do with multimedia learning methods many tools that are not available by the school and can be known that with apply method resitasi can improve the learning motivation of students in this class, because by giving many variations in giving the task of making students do not get tired, especially when the implementation of the tasks carried out were not monotonous in the classes only. From the suggestions and criticisms from students to teachers can praktikan known that the students love it when given a task that many model variations and interesting.]]>

<![CDATA[This article is done to find out and analyze the influence of promotion on interest in online shopping through the advancement of internet technology in Blitar City. The sample used was 150 respondents randomly from the general population of the City of Blitar which included 3 Subdistricts namely Sukorejo, Kepanjen Kidul and Sananwetan without any age, education, employment and other specifications due to the limitations of the researchers. The results of structural equestion modeling analysis show that the promotion carried out by online sellers in Blitar City through social media and the internet has given a tendency to influence the advancement of online technology by 28.7%. The promotion of products that exist in most social media or internet by product sellers has a tendency to influence the interest in online shopping in Blitar City by 47.1% and the advancement of online technology has provided a tendency to influence online shopping interest by 32.3%.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper reviewed literature about the background of the policy on Hari Santri Nasional (HSN). Historical and political approach emphasis on historical data as well as political factors that affect its, were sought to acquire a comprehensive understanding. This study described the presidential decree about the HSN was based on the implementation of the normative values of justice in Islam political. The policy response of HSN as an integral part of public policy innovation is the moment of awakening "kaum sarungan ", especially when their education is exposed to the impact of globalization. Innovation of public policy conceptually viewed as a change of viewpoints over the existing problems so as to bring up the solution. The scope of conceptual innovation are emergence paradigm, ideas, thoughts and new breakthroughs that were previously unimaginable.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to study the value, the policy, the design, and also the application of character building education in Miftahul Ulum tambakrejo elementary school. The character building in Miftahul Ulum Tambakrejo elementary school consists of religious value beside independence and careness. In order the policy to be successful, the character building includes three points: 1) about learning such as giving more time for religion subjects, 2) the capacity building for teacher, 3) outside class activity such as supplying “my diary†book. The character building education in Miftahul Ulum Tambakrejo elementary school was applied inside and the classroom. The activity inside the classroom was applied with integrated model and strategy, namely integrated all the subjects with character value and related to the character in daily life. Meanwhile the approach used is inculcation approach. It is an approach that uses example in learning procces such as warshipping activities in the school. The character building outside the classroom was applied by having outbound, outdoor, extracurricular and worshipping custom. These activities will then be a good habit, so that the students always do positive thing.]]>

<![CDATA[This research included in the research field (Field Resarch) are purely qualitative. As for the subject of the study i.e. principals, Islamic education, Teachers and students of class X SMA NURUL IMAN Palembang. While the collection of data in this study using the method of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The analysis in this study uses data reduction techniques, presentation of data and verification. The results of this research is to 1). There is a positive and significant role of competence education teachers of Islamic religion in fostering social attitude 2). The attitude of Social discipline and cooperation of students is already good, disciplined students already in the school and the role of Teacher Education coupled with the religion of Islam to be quite good. 3.) factor endowments in the cultivation of the social attitudes of HIGH SCHOOL students at NURUL IMAN Palembang was school rules or code of conduct compulsory school students observe, the teacher shows a great attitude towards students, teachers reprimand students whenever students are less invited to well, as well as the teacher always invites students to cooperate in maintaining and cleaning up the environment of the school.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the management of sectoral basis at BMH infaq Malang, analyzing constraints in the management of sectoral basis at BMH Infaq Malang, and analyze the steps in Malang BMH anticipating the obstacles facing it. This research was qualitative research with the descriptive approach. In the study described the management of sectoral Basis Infaq Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Malang. From the analysis results can be concluded that the implementation of the management of sectoral basis infaq Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Malang is by applying the characteristics of Islamic managements, namely: management based on the morals of the sublime, management Open, democratic management, management, and management tolong-menolong based upon peace, and perform management functions, namely, the Act of planning, organizing, and monitoring. Management functions are performed so well that gathering together the funds, and the channelling of funds in sectoral infaq, runs well and right on target, but nevertheless the function of surveillance need to be improved both in terms of its compilation or distribution to the various sectors.]]>
