Abstract

The increasingly uncontrolled spread of Covid-19 led the government through the Minister of Education and Culture to issue S.E Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in an Emergency the Spread of Covid-19 which prohibits face-to-face learning in schools. Therefore, Learning must be done remotely or online by utilizing technology. This research is aimed at examining the challenges and roles of Gadget media in implementing Islamic Education learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a library research with descriptive-analytical literature methods and through conceptual and comparative approaches. The results of this study explain that gadget media has a very important role in implementing the Islamic Education Learning policy during the Covid-19 pandemic. Gadget media features and applications act as communication intermediaries and introductory students in stimulating attention, interests, thoughts, and feelings, enriching knowledge and experience, changing spiritual and social attitudes, and training their skills in Islamic Education Learning. Media gadgets make it easier for students to master spiritual, social, knowledge, and skills competencies in Islamic Education subjects without having to meet face to face. However, the use of gadget media besides having a positive side, it also has a negative impact on children's development. Therefore, the use of gadget media requires wisdom, intelligence, and parental involvement in educating, supervising, accompanying and instilling the principles of health, education, discipline, responsibility, and moral values ​​in children.

Abstract

POJK Number 10/POJK.03/2016 about fulfilment rules Credit Bank of People and transformation, BKD to commit a process of Credit Bank of People explain that BKD (Village Credit Agency) an effort reinforcement institutions that have legal entities. In practice, this transformation is not easy, a recurring obstacle among others accordance asset ownership status. This research is study of empirical law with with a socilogical juridical approach, a concept approach, and a legislation approach. The results showed that the constraints of status changes that occurred in BUMDES in Genteng Subdistrict has several factors, including unclear regulations punlished by the government related to the mechanisms of transforming BKD into BUMDES, management of Human Resources (HR) which was not maximized, lack of response and support from the community. While efforts to resolve the status change constraints include the village government giving concrete understanding of the community related to changing the status of the BKD into BUMDES, uniting the vision and mission of the organizer, holding a discussion forum with several layers related and involved in the process of transferring status. While efforts to resolve constraint by Islamic law with holding a consensus deliberation for common wealth which in the end BKD in Banyuwangi Regency agreed to do cooperation between BUMDES which in this case BUMDES together trough PT. BKD Banyuwangi in order to save assets.

Abstract

This article aims to describe: the implementation of the SQ3R model to the ability to examine the characters contained in fiction texts in grade IV students of SDN Ganung Kidul 1 Nganjuk in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This article is an descriptive qualitative research carried out through five stages, namely: (1) data collection; (2) determination of the sample; (3) recording data; (4) reduction; and (5) drawing conclusions. Data sources in this article are journals and books relating to the learning of the SQ3R model on learning to examine the characters contained in fiction texts. These data provide an overview of the application of the SQ3R model on the ability to examine the characters contained in fictional texts. Furthermore, the object of the research is the learning model SQ3R with a subject of 22 students. The conclusion of the article shows that: this SQ3R model is very good to be applied to the basic competencies of Indonesian language class IV semester II, namely the ability to examine the characters contained in fiction texts.

Abstract

This research contained the first formulation of the problem of how religious teacher certification in MTs. Nahdhatul Ummah Ketapang Lor Ujungpangkah Gresik, the second is how to master student learning material in MTs. Nahdhatul Ummah Ketapang Lor Ujungpangkah Gresik, the third is the influence of religious teacher certification on the mastery of student learning material in MTs. Nahdhatul Ummah Ketapang Lor Ujungpangkah Gresi, the last is how much influence the religious teacher has on the mastery of student learning material in MTs. Nahdhatul Ummah Ketapang Lor Ujung pangkah Gresik. This research has the first objective to determine the religious teacher's certification, the second is to know the mastery of student learning material, the third is to find out whether or not the influence of religious teacher certification on the mastery of student learning material and the last is to know how much influence the religious teacher certification on mastery student learning material in MTs. Nahdhatul Ummah Ketapang lor Ujungpangkah Gresik.

Abstract

Prewedding photos have become an inseparable part of the wedding procession until 40% of the bride and groom in the Wringin Pitu village do it. This paper is intended to complement the shortcomings of existing studies by observing carefully the meaning of pre-wedding photos among Muslim bride and groom in Wringinpitu Village, Tegaldlimo District, Banyuwangi. This research is a descriptive exploratory and phenomenological research type which is taken from qualitative data in the form of field observations, interviews, and documentation as material for analysis, so that the authors can find important findings. The results showed that doing pre-wedding photos has a meaning of self-existence so as not to be outdated and following trends other than for personal documentation. And aims to meet social needs (social needs), the need for self-actualization (self actualization) and the need for appreciation (Esteem Needs). In terms of clothing styles, in general, prospective brides still follow the prevailing religious norms in society.

Abstract

Being a parent is a very meaningful gift to every couple, especially with the presence of a child who is the epitome of love for both of her parents. If a child is born in a state of mental disability or a tunagrahita, then the parent will begin to think about how they should raise the child who is mentally disabled. The fact that is happening in the community about the parenting of disabled is the number of parents who let even hide the children of disabled because of shame, but there are also parents who give good parenting to them. The purpose of this study is to explain and give an overview of the form of self-adjustment and the cause of the children's causes, the factors that cause self-adjustment in children, the factors that influence self-adjustment Children and to know how the role of parents in assisting the self-adjustment of the child is a disabled. The study used a qualitative approach in the form of case studies. The characteristics of the subject in this study were 15-year-old disabled children and male genders, while the characteristics of respondents in this study were married couples who had a 30-50-year-old child of disabled . Based on the results of the research known that the form of self-adjustment of children such as those who want to be independent, have the same desire with normal people, social interaction, have self control, and confident. The cause of child disabled is due to high fever pain (convulsions) and the economic difficulties of the subject family, so that their child is too late to get treatment that eventually leads to disabled. Factors that are the cause of self-adjustment in the child are physical and psychological factors and environmental factors, namely the attention of the environment, such as family members and neighbors around the place of residence. In an effort to adjust itself, the child needs a good role of parents, which provides proper support and parenting. Parenting roles include material support, attention support, parental acceptance, advice and parenting.

Abstract

This study aimed at finding out a depiction of the communication pattern among religious people in the Sindang Jaya community, Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. This study used a qualitative approach, and the data collection techniques were observation and interviews. After the data were collected, the analysis was carried out with the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusion. This study drew the conclusion that First, the pattern of communication set by the people of Sindang Jaya Village was based on mutual respect among religions. Second, there were three forms of tolerance given by the people of Sindang Jaya Village, namely cooperation, religious freedom, and appreciation for the religious activities of other religions. Third, the strategy carried out to avoid conflicts was that both religious leaders, village officials, and the community in general always became fair, respected each other, had kinship relations, discussed every problem, helped each other, and cooperated with one another.

Science and technology development now days has caused the problems faced by islamic society become more and more complex. The study on law product has to be counducted and reexamined for answering the problems and finding the solotions. Therefore, ijtihad one of the methods used by several mujtahids, either fardi ijtihad or jama’i ijtihad. A number of mujtahids from various diciplines are needed to make more reliable decisions.This article will describe the role of ijtihad in the process of islamic law formation.

Abstract

Religious moderation is increasingly intensified to compensate some groups who continue to make the religious issues as object of conflict. The issue of religion is made as a commodity for political interests, even though Islam has been moderate since its inception. There is a lot of concrete evidence to show that Islam is a moderate religion. Become the mediator of religions that have been held before. Actually, when examined the moderation of Islam it has been built for a long time in Indonesia, especially in the world of islamic boarding school (pesantren). Including in Ma'had Aly (MA) Situbondo, as the institution that takes the Fiqh and Ushul Fiqh for its focus of learning studies, which is under the authority of the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School Sukorejo Situbondo. Seeing the results of their discussion, which stated in Tanwirul Afkar Magazine, it can be seen that they are very moderate. The Fiqh that they convey is not only seen as a product, but also as a process, and that become the reason for their reasoning power of ushuly is always appears. The proposition is not only textual, but it is also contextual. Therefore from this good struggle with various kinds of fiqh madzhab and strengthened by the concept of ushul fiqh they had mastered make the moderate character formed by well.

Abstract

The education quality marks the value of universal education without limits. The pandemic of Covid-19 is reality to led the world of education to limit and adapt it to online learning models as expensing of low student motivation monotonous learning techniques from teachers. The research purpose to drawing of efforts to increasing students learning motivation with motor skills learning model. The research method uses a qualitative with partipatory action research approach to help overcome problems and fulfill the community's practical needs, with initial mapping stages, participatory action, and output reflection. The results showed that a program strategy stimulated students' learning motivation in the form of a motor skills learning model accompanied by offline games and crafts so that direct interaction with friends and teachers had an emotional impact on interest in learning. The implication is to increase student learning motivation through the offline motor skills learning model with health protocols' principles.
