Abstract

This research was conducted at the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) of Nglanggeran Tourism Village, Patuk District, Gunungkidul Regency, D.I.Yogyakarta Province with the following objectives: 1) Knowing the influence of social capital on village fund management; 2) Knowing the effect of village fund management on community empowerment; 3) Knowing the effect of social capital on community empowerment; 4) Knowing the effect of social capital on community empowerment mediated by village fund management. This type of research is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study was 80 people who were members of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) of Nglanggeran Tourism Village and used saturated samples. Data analysis techniques use structural equation modeling (SEM), especially Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show that social capital has a significant effect on Village Fund Management, Village Fund Management has a significant effect on Community Empowerment, Social Capital directly does not affect Community Empowerment, but Social Capital will have a significant effect on Community Empowerment if through mediation variables Village Fund Management.

Abstract

Petrochemical company faces talent competition. Employee Experience (EX) is a new concept that is more profitable and builds Engagement. Research applies orientation as an area of HR management to apply EX. The data obtained through a descriptive approach and associative analysis with analytical tools with the results of orientation preparation, first day of work, first week activities, feedback and evaluation and evaluation of orientation activities have a positive and significant effect on Employee Experience only on the first month's feedback which has no effect positive and significant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Korean Wave dan Brand Ambassador terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui Citra Merek Pada Bukalapak. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang mengetahui bahwa son jong ki adalah brand ambassador dan son jong ki membawa pengaruh bran ambassador dan pernah membeli di Bukalapak dengan minimum pembelian dua kali dalam waktu empat bulan terakhir yang berusia 16 sampai > 35 tahun. Metode pengambilan melalui teknik non-probability sampling dengan purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 160 orang. Alat statistik yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis (Analisis Jalur). Pengolahan data menggunakan software Statistik. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa Korean Wave berpengaruh positif terhadap Citra Merek sejalan dengan Brand Ambassador berpengaruh positif terhadap Citra Merek. Kemudian Citra Merek berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, sedangkan Korean Wave dan Brand Ambassador tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Citra Merek menjadi variabel intervening bagi Korean Wave dan Brand Ambassador.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan keterlibatan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Tarakan di Kalimantan Utara. Teknik yang digunakan adalah sampel proporsional dengan bantuan aplikasi program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dalam penelitian menjelaskan bahwa: Beban kerja dan stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja. Beban kerja dan stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keterlibatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keterlibatan Kerja memediasi hubungan antara Beban Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. Keterlibatan Kerja memediasi hubungan antara Stres Kerja dengan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Because of its large population and high rate of internet penetration, Indonesia is a country that offers a tremendous opportunity for the digital market. This research is a descriptive and comparative study that seeks to explain differences in customer perspectives on e-customer reviews, e-customer ratings, electronic payments based on gender. This study's sample consists of men and women who have made purchases in Indonesian markets; the actual number is unknown. This survey includes 340 customers, with an equal number of female and male participants. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, in which all of the samples fulfilled the criteria of this research. The results of the study show that there are differences between men and women in online transactions. In the same way, men and women have different perspectives about e-customer reviews, e-customer ratings, and e-payments.

Abstract

Dalam pengembangan sumberdaya manusia, keterikatan kerja seorang karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan diperlukan untuk mencapai keberhasilan perusahaan. Perusahaan dengan keterikatan karyawan yang tinggi memungkinkan untuk mempunyai kesempatan menumbuhkan keuntungan yang tinggi pula. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, yaitu penyebaran lembar kuesioner kepada beberapa responden yang sudah ditentukan melalui rumus Slovin sebelumnya. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan menerapkan statistik parametrik dengan model analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh organisasi pembelajaran terhadap keterikatan kerja. Penguasaan pribadi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja. Organisasi pembelajaran yang terdiri atas penguasaan pribadi, model mental, visi bersama, pembelajaran tim, dan berpikir sistemik secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara detail dan mendalam tentang bahan tas koja suku Baduy. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian fundamental dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data digali dengan observasi dan studi pustaka. Penulis mendapat kesan bahwa (1) kehidupan suku Baduy tidak mengalami sedikit perubahan yang disebabkan adanya modernisasi dan akibat terjadinya akulturasi pada bahan tas koja. Namun tentu saja perubahan tersebut masih dirasakan oleh Suku Baduy; (2) Sebelum terjadi akulturasi bahan, Suku Baduy hanya mengenal bahan tas koja yang terbuat dari tumbuhan terureup; (3) Terjadinya akulturasi material sangat mempengaruhi perekonomian, namun tidak dengan perubahan penggunaan tas koja itu sendiri bagi Suku Baduy; dan (4) Alkulturasi bahan membawa perubahan sifat, arti dan makna dari tas koja itu sendiri.

Abstract

Pemasaran kolaboratif telah menjadi strategi pemasaran yang populer dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Kolaborasi antara merek dan selebriti atau merek dan merek lainnya dapat meningkatkan daya tarik merek dan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Namun, masih sedikit penelitian yang mengeksplorasi implementasi pemasaran kolaboratif dan dampaknya pada keputusan pembelian konsumen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pemasaran kolaboratif dan dampaknya pada keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus kolaborasi Oreo dengan Blackpink. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan, wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Data yang diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif meliputi reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pemasaran kolaboratif antara Oreo dan Blackpink mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Konsumen merasa tertarik untuk membeli Oreo karena adanya kolaborasi dengan idola mereka, dan juga merasa terdorong untuk mencoba varian rasa baru yang ditawarkan oleh Oreo dalam program kolaborasi ini. Selain itu, konsumen juga menganggap bahwa program kolaborasi ini memberikan nilai tambah pada produk Oreo, terutama dalam hal kemasan dan desain yang menarik.

Dharma Mitra Abadi is a leader in the DIY and Central Java regions which uses the best branded tools, continues to maintain and develop the quality of its services. Committed with PT. Abbott with the best brand diagnostic tools, until appointed as the sole agent. PT. Dharma Mitra Abadi is a medical device company that utilizes direct marketing to promote its products. The company has implemented the Dharma Boost program, which utilizes digital media and e-commerce tools such as online electronic applications, websites, mobile applications, social media, animation, video, data visualization, and location-based services. This research aims to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of these existing programs within the company. The research method used is qualitative, including direct observation, in-depth interviews, collection of documentation, and analysis of company secondary data. The research is being conducted within the marketing division of the company. The goal is to help the company innovate and address any marketing challenges. By incorporating Artificial Intelligence into its Customer Relationship Management, PT. Dharma Mitra Abadi hopes to optimize its use of digital marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of accounting knowledge and educational level on the performance of MSMEs with an understanding of SAK EMKM as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was 189 respondents, who are SMEs in the area around DKI Jakarta, especially North Jakarta. Adequacy of the number of respondents based on the approach used by Hair. The data collection technique used simple random sampling by distributing research questionnaires in the form of Google forms and then distributing them to MSME actors through social media. The data processing method in this study uses the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software which is used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that accounting knowledge has no effect on MSME performance, accounting knowledge has a positive and significant effect on understanding SAK EMKM, education level has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, education level has a positive and significant effect on understanding SAK EMKM, understanding SAK EMKM is proven to have no effect on MSME performance, accounting knowledge is proven not to affect MSME performance indirectly through understanding SAK EMKM, education level is proven not to affect MSME performance indirectly through understanding SAK EMKM. The results of this study recommend that MSME actors if they want to improve the performance of the MSME they run, MSME actors must study accounting so they can apply SAK EMKM to managing their financial reports.
