Abstract

The Indonesian Sign Language Translator (BISINDO) application is intended for individuals who are deaf and mute assist them in communicating with normal people. Due to the limitations of technology to assist individuals who are deaf and mute, the Indonesian Sign Language Translator application was developed. Additionally, it is hoped that this application will enable individuals who are deaf and mute to learn Indonesian Sign Language in real-time. LSTM generally consists of a cell, input, gate, and forget gate. LSTM is highly suitable for classifying, processing, and making predictions based on time series data. In this research, hand landmark recognition is used as a medium to store finger gestures from user inputs, which will then be saved in the form of coordinate points and stored in a file in csv format. Subsequently, this file will be trained and called back to determine the output.

Abstract

Internet services are widely provided by many internet network provider companies, one of which is Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) which is an internet network provider with fiber optic infrastructure that has a service called Iconnet. Iconnet is a high speed prepaid internet service using the latest fiber optic technology that is reliable and stable for retail and residential areas. One of the problems that exist in the Iconnet internet network service is about the problems that exist in its network devices, one of which is the lack of supervision of the Oprical Line Terminal (OLT) so that it remains in good condition or there is no loss for internet network distribution where the device directly leads to the customer. In order to avoid these problems, this final report will design an OLT monitoring system in the Iconnet service, especially on the Zabbix-based link so that it can be monitored through notifications via Telegram or directly with Zabbix. It is hoped that the monitoring system that will be created will run smoothly according to the features that have been planned so that it can make it easier for workers at PT ICON+ to efficiently handle problematic OLT.

Abstract

Dalam era digital ini, penggunaan teknologi smartphone telah menjadi penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi MECHA, yang menyediakan layanan perbaikan kendaraan melalui smartphone. Aplikasi ini menggunakan pola desain MVP (Model View Presenter) untuk memisahkan tugas-tugas yang terkait dengan visualisasi, pemrosesan, dan manajemen data. MECHA menjadi penghubung antara pengguna kendaraan dan pemilik bengkel, mempermudah komunikasi dan pencarian pelanggan. Pengembangan aplikasi ini juga melibatkan penggunaan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin, version control GIT, dan REST API. Diharapkan MECHA dapat memberikan kenyamanan dan solusi perbaikan yang efisien bagi pengguna kendaraan.

Abstract

The analysis began by finding the frequency of rain using the Log Pearson III method. The rain data used came from two rain posts, namely the Araren-Pinenek MRG rain post and the Maen Climatology rain post. The rainfall data used is the maximum daily rainfall data from 2002 to 2019. Rain flow modeling on the HEC-HMS komputer program using the HSS Soil Conservation Services method, and for water loss with the SCS Curve Number (CN). For baseflow using the recession method. HSS SCS parameter calibration was performed before simulating flood discharge using peak discharge test. The calibrated parameters are lag time, curve number, recession constant, initial discharge and ratio to peak. For the limits of each parameter is adjusted to the standard values in the HEC-HMS komputer program. The peak discharge test results show 2.2 m3 / second. Then a flood discharge analysis was carried out with calibrated parameters using the HEC-HMS komputer program. The peak discharge results simulated each time are re-entered in the HEC-RAS komputer program, then simulating flow profiles including flow velocity and high elevation of the water table. The flood discharge plan used is the 25 years period of 24,5 m3/second by installing several Eco Hydraulic constructions such as vetiver grass, bush grass, bamboo plants, logs, and a combination of vetiver grass and logs. The flow speed of the existing cross-section with the application between vetiver grass and logs can be reduced by 62%. With the use of Eco Hydraulics, it can reduce and optimize flow speed and looks aesthetic considering Pulisan is a superpriority area

Abstract

PT. The Indonesian Telecommunications Industry is a provider of products and services based on digital service innovation to answer business needs to facilitate automation in consumer company organizations. Every consumer/potential partner who wants to be part of a partnership at PT. The Indonesian Telecommunications Industry previously had to register as a partner manually using a paper registration form for prospective partners, besides that the required documents were still in the form of paper documents that could be lost at any time. The concept of Agile Software Development was coined by Kent Beck and 16 colleagues by stating that agile software development is a way of building software by doing it and helping others build it at once. Agile software development methods or agile methodology is a set of software development methodologies based on iterative development, where requirements and solutions develop through collaboration between organized teams Based on the stages of analysis of admin and user needs, it can be concluded that there are several things that must be considered and made carefully, including the programming structure, database specifications, and user interface design must be in accordance with The e-Partnership system is made to make it easier for companies to provide information about the procurement of goods or services and other informational information. As for partners of PT. The Indonesian Telecommunication Industry makes it easy to get information about procurement and other information. In addition, this system can make it easier for prospective partners to register to become partners online, because to access the main page of procurement information and other information can only be accessed by partners who already have an e-Partnership application account. Admin dashboard made to make it easier to update, add, and delete procurement information and other information. And the information will be informed through the e-Partnership website to the logged in partner.

Abstract

Pendidikan Sekolah Dasar (SD) adalah lembaga pendidikan yang menyelengarakan pendidikan anak yang ditempuh selama 6 tahun mulai dari umur 7 tahun hingga 13 tahun, yang biasanya dimulai setelah tamat dari Taman Kanak Kanak (TK) atau Paud. SD Negeri 1 Tanjungsari Sumedang ini adalah suatu lembaga pendidikan yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengolahan data nilai siswa seperti dalam bentuk file file word atau excel yang terkadang menimbulkan beberpa masalah seperti halnya kurang efektif dalam pengolahanya, memakai waktu yang cukup lama ketika dibutuhkan dan rentanya kehilangan data nilai tersebut. Maka untuk itu penulis mencoba merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Siswa Berprestasi Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Ahp dan dengan bahasa pemograman html. Sehingga dengan adanya sistem pendukung ini akan meningkatkan kualitas sekolah dalam melakukan pengolahan data nilai siswa yang akan sangat dibutuhkan menjelang ujian sekolah tiba, dan dapat mengefektifkan kinerja dan mengefisienkan waktu terhadap wali kelas dan guru dalam pencarian siswa yang berprestasi yang ada di SD Negeri 1 Tanjungsari ini sehingga memudahkan dalam pencarian kandidat jika ingin mengikuti kegiatan perlombaan tingkat SD.

Abstract

Sketch filter is used usually as a preliminary process of the images due to further processing such as in pattern recognition of a certain object by deep learning method. Several types of sketch filter can be used to detect the edge of object. In this paper the implementation of convolution operation by the Laplace of Gauss kernel matrix is explored to be used as a sketch filter to detect the edge of object.

Abstract

A symmetrical decorative design is always attractive to be used in many decoration needs. Fractal model gives a simple way in designing a decorative design that can be recycled later to have other design products easily and efficiently. The iterated function system fractal model used the code that can be modified by affine transformation operation. Sierpinsky gasket is one of a simple but attractive fractal object.

Abstract

Its research is a descriptive qualitative research. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling with 10 Informatics Management students in the first semester of the 2022/2023 academic year as subjects, who took Basic Mathematics courses. These students have difficulty solving differential problems, especially material on chain rules and high-order derivatives. The results of the Mid Semester Examination (UTS) obtained were only able to be answered by 20% of students. The purpose of this study was to analyze students' difficulties in answering differential questions, done by looking at learning outcomes and by collecting information obtained during interviews, based on four aspects of expertise, namely: 1) Information skills, 2) Arithmatics skills, 3) Language skills, and 4) Number fact skills. The method of information analysis is carried out by: collecting information, reducing, presenting information, and drawing conclusions. Data collection in this study used a triangulation procedure, namely by equating the information on the test results with the results of the interviews. The results of this study are that students have difficulty solving differential problems when viewed from the four aspects of expertise. Factors causing difficulties in this ability are 1) students are not able to analyze the correct method that will be used to solve the differential function reduction, 2) students do not understand mathematical operations well, and 3) students make mistakes reading and interpreting questions.

Abstract

Jurnal ini mempersembahkan pengembangan Mecha, sebuah aplikasi seluler yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan layanan perbaikan kendaraan dan meningkatkan basis pelanggan bagi bengkel perbaikan skala kecil. Pengembangan ini menyoroti signifikansi teknologi, terutama smartphone, dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan dampaknya pada berbagai sektor, termasuk bisnis. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi pemilik kendaraan saat mengalami kerusakan tiba-tiba dan kesulitan yang dihadapi bengkel perbaikan kecil dalam menarik pelanggan. Metodologi agile diadopsi dalam proses pengembangan Mecha untuk memastikan fleksibilitas, adaptabilitas, dan implementasi berkualitas tinggi. Penelitian ini juga mencakup analisis SWOT dan Business Model Canvas (BMC) untuk Mecha, yang menyoroti kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman, serta key partners, activities, value propositions, customer relationships, customer segments, key resources, dan channels. Pengembangan bisnis menekankan pentingnya Mecha dalam menjawab kebutuhan pemilik kendaraan dan mendukung pertumbuhan bengkel perbaikan kecil di era digital.
