Abstract

The high number of cases and deaths due to COVID-19 has caused a number of countries, including Indonesia, to continue to struggle to stop its spread. In addition to carrying out health protocols, it is necessary to carry out vaccinations. The COVID-19 vaccine has proven to be quite safe and effective and shows high protection against infection, hospitalization and death from the virus. However, the efficacy or effectiveness against viral infections decreases after six months, so a booster vaccine is needed. Coverage of the third dose of the covid-19 vaccine in Indonesia is still low at 28.39%. Lampung Province is one of the provinces that has a low coverage of 26.96%. In addition, Lampung Province is a province with a high risk when viewed from the CFR COVID-19 figure of 5.59%. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the third dose of COVID-19 vaccination in Lampung Province and identify the obstacles that occurred in its. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews and document review. The research results show the availability of policies that support implementation, there is a regional role in funding, a lack of human resources, infrastructure as well as tools and materials. There are obstacles to the process of implementing, recording and reporting and the low coverage of the third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. The implementation of the third dose of Covid-19 vaccination in Lampung Province is still not optimal and there are still obstacles in its implementation that affect program coverage. Barriers that occur are internal (service provider) and external (service recipient) barriers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze one of the poems by D. Zamawi Imron to identify the relationship between readings and aspects that lie outside the readings. He told me about the creation of this poem. When he asked permission from his mother to go abroad to seek knowledge. The theory used is Critical Discourse Analysis modeled on Teun A. Van Dijk which has 3 dimensions: Reading Analysis, Social Cognition, and Social Analysis. There are also procedures used which are qualitative research procedures, with a critical paradigm. The object of this research was reading the poem "Ibu". Research information was obtained from an Indonesian language textbook for class X according to the 2013 curriculum. The research results included 3 AWK measures according to the van Dijk model: Reading analysis which has 3 aspects in it. On the macro structure, the poem has the theme of mother's love and sacrifice for her child and the child who wants to serve her mother. Superstructure, arrangement of stanza by stanza that alternates. Micro structure, which has detailed elements, intention, lexicon, metaphor, sentence form, and pronouns. Social cognition which deals with the poet's individual condition overrides his judgment of a child who shows love and affection to his mother. Evaluate Zamawi Imron's position, as well as how to control the events around him. Lastly is Social Analysis, where the bond between child and mother, the child realizes how much he misses his mother, how much love and sacrifice his mother gave him and the will of the child who wants to share the best service for his mother.

Abstract

Rice (Latin: Oryza sativa) is one of the most important cultivated plants in civilization. This plant is the main commodity for almost all Indonesian people. Indonesia is in third place as the largest rice producing country in the world. However, based on data from the Statistics Indonesia, Indonesia will still import rice until 2022. The transfer of paddy fields is one of the reasons why Indonesia is still importing rice to this day. Many lands that used to be paddy fields have turned into airports, industrial land, housing, and so on. Rice production is one of the important topics to be discussed in order to develop rice production in areas that are still relatively low. The purpose of this research is to classify cities/regencies in Indonesia based on rice production data in 2021. In this study, three clustering methods were used, namely, Partitioning Around Medoid (PAM), Clustering Large Applications (CLARA) and Fuzzy C-Means (FCM). Then the three methods are compared based on their silhouette coefficient values. The best obtained method is FCM method with two clusters and a silhouette value of 0.828. Results clustering with the best method is used as a reference in making maps clustering. Areas that are still relatively low are expected to increase rice productivity.

Abstract

The digital revolution influenced all levels and spheres of human social activities covering personal communications and relationships, health and mental health, and hours spent online. However, the widespread implementation and effects of digital technologies amongst all segments of society have not been understandable. The effects touch all aspects of life, be it personal, social, or economic, touching people's happiness positively or negatively. This research is the first attempt in Abu Dhabi to look at the impact of digital transformation and the associations of other aspects of people's life. The objective of this study is to propose a path model for better understanding the degree of association of related behaviors related to digital transformation and people's happiness. An extensive literature search identified several related wellbeing dimensions for this study. We used the Abu Dhabi Quality of Life data for this purpose. Pre-analysis included correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression, factor analysis, and reliability analysis to test the appropriate variables. The final path model portrays the functional relationship between significant factors, with happiness being the ultimate variable. The dimensions of influence covered satisfaction with family life, subjective health, mental and related feelings, number of hours online, the perception of the positive impact of digitalization on society, and the perceived negative influence of digitization. Using LISREL, we designed and analyzed a reflective path model that produced significant fit statistics. Results show that we should not ignore the significant positive association between the digital resources/means in society and our happiness or health. However, results also point to the perception of the negative impact of digital transformation on how we feel and behave daily. The hours we spend online also add to our negative daily feelings. The nature of our satisfaction with our family life seems to influence our negative mixed feelings about digital practices and habits. The strong association between our overall happiness and subjective health produced the most significant association. Limitations and policy implications are discussed.

Abstract

The early years of company X were successful, and the company was able to grow into the successful enterprise that it is today. On the other hand, as the company grows, the challenges it faces become more complex, which has led to inefficient operations for the company. The problems stem from company X ineffective business organization as well as its inability to adapt to changing times and circumstances. The problems are showing up in their financial performance, which has shown a drop in revenue, which has stopped the company from growing. Internal observation will be used in this study to help figure out what the real problems are and what company X should do next. The 7S McKinsey model will be used to figure out what needs to be changed in terms of reorganization. We will look at the organization's strategy, structure, system, style, people, skills, and shared values. Seven company X employees were interviewed, and after the interview results are coded it was shown that their desire for the 7S is not align with the company's current state, which shows that the company needs to change. Lewin's Three Stages of Change model is used to redesign organizations once the change that was wanted has taken place. It will be used to figure out what steps company X should take to change their organization in a way that will work, starting with unfreezing, then making changes, and ending with freezing the transformation of the organization

Abstract

COVID-19 as a global pandemic in March 2020 medical personnel and all types of patients with various chronic conditions is undeniably the largest group of users of digital technology during the pandemic. Increased exposure and massive use of the internet is certainly a potential security threat in itself, especially in the threat of cyber-attacks. The purpose of this study is to analyze cyber-attacks and security in the health sector during the COVID 19 pandemic. The scoping review was conducted by searching two main scientific databases (PubMed and Scopus) using the search formula “COVID 19, Pandemic and cyber-attack, cyber security.” Reports, news articles or websites are also included if they are directly related to previously published work, or if they are the only sources available at the time of writing. Only articles in English published in the last decade are included (i.e., 2009-2020) to focus on current problems, challenges, and solutions. In total, 34 papers were included in the review. We found information technology in the health sector that was used during the COVID 19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic situation is a type of non-traditional security that has a broad impact on various aspects of human life, including the health sector. At a time when many countries have responded to the pandemic situation with various restrictive policies to the prohibition of mobilization, people are adapting by shifting to a new landscape of activity. The cyber world is then used by the community to continue to run productivity. This then has implications for the increase in internet users globally, including Indonesia. Some of the cyberattacks include the practice of phishing emails targeting individual and corporate entities, ransomware targeting healthcare facilities and companies. Further research is needed, especially exploring research on cyber-attacks during a pandemic from the point of view of implementation of cyber security.
