Abstract

The role of women in education is increasingly important, especially in the context of career development and leadership. This study aims to look at the dynamics of women in the Teacher Mover program in learning communities, including the challenges faced, the seniority dilemma, and their role in curriculum implementation. The research approach used is qualitative with a phenomenological design. The research subjects consisted of female teachers who have graduated and have a Teacher Mover certificate. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews and documentation, followed by data analysis through data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results show that (1) women's struggles in the Teacher Mover program include a rigorous selection process and six months of training; (2) the dilemma faced relates to the perception of seniority in the school that often doubts their abilities; and (3) the presence of women as Teacher Mover proves significant in leading learning and contributing to seminars related to the independent curriculum. This research highlights the importance of environmental support for women's career development in education, as well as the need for policies that strengthen women's position in learning communities. The findings are expected to provide insights for the development of more inclusive education policies.

Abstract

DHF is one of the national priorities for infectious disease control in Indonesia, every year the cases always increase and are increasingly widespread, causing extraordinary events (KLB). Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, health promotion media and health worker support for the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Sogaten Village, Manguharjo District, Madiun City. This type of research is quantitative research, using a questionnaire sample of 24 respondents. Measuring instruments in this study used univariate and bivariate with the chi-square test. The results of the study on the knowledge variable using the Chi-square test resulted in an Asymp.Sig value. (2 tailed) = 0.012 with a significance level of 0.05. While the results of research on health promotion media variables using the Chi-square test with an Asymp.Sig value. (2tailed) = 0.036 with a significance level of 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of research on health worker support variables using the Chi-square test with an Asymp.Sig value. (2tailed) = 0.039 with a significance level of 0.05. The test criterion is that the H0 hypothesis is rejected if Asymp.Sig < 0.05. Because the Asymp.Sig results of knowledge, health promotion media and health worker support are smaller than 0.05, it means that H0 is rejected, so there is a relationship between the incidence of DHF and knowledge, health promotion media and health worker support to the community.

Abstract

Legal protection for consumers against the dangers of smoking in Indonesia is still very minimal, especially regarding law enforcement in smoking ban areas. This study aims to analyze legal protection for consumers against the dangers of smoking and evaluate the effectiveness of law enforcement against violations in smoking ban areas. This research uses normative research methods supported by empirical research. Data was collected through analysis of legislation and related literature, as well as observation of law enforcement practices in the field. The research found that legal protection of consumers is divided into two aspects, namely preventive and repressive. However, there are three factors inhibiting law enforcement in smoking ban areas, namely the lack of clear legal substance, low understanding among law enforcement, and lack of supporting infrastructure. The results of this study show that although there are regulations governing smoking restrictions, their implementation is still weak. Collaborative efforts between the government, communities, and businesses are needed to increase awareness and compliance with existing regulations.

This study aims to analyze the effect of system quality, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use on BWS Mobile Banking user satisfaction with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The method in this study uses quantitative methods, with primary data sources (where the data collection technique uses a questionnaire method via Google form) which are distributed through the WhatsApp group and secondary data (data from the PT Bank Woori Saudara website and the Woori Global Standard System (WGSS) database). Research data analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 26.0 program. The results of this study can determine that the variables of System Quality, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use have a positive effect on User Satisfaction. The results of the user satisfaction test show that the Perceived usefulness variable Because high Perceived usefulness tends to provide a positive experience to users; they will feel that using the application provides significant value or benefits because satisfaction can be influenced by the extent to which the application effectively meets user needs or goals. The test result of the lowest user satisfaction level is the system quality variable, where PT Bank Woori Saudara must improve system quality and user satisfaction because system quality must have a fast response time, be reliable, flexible, and have good security.

Abstract

This study examines the factors affecting the sustainability of Afghanistan's natural resources, aiming to provide a framework for sustainable development and poverty alleviation. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and strategic planning models, key factors such as organizational structure, management, economic, social, cultural, and ecological aspects were identified and prioritized. The findings indicate that organizational and managerial structure is the most critical factor, accounting for 38% of the overall importance. The research underscores the necessity for integrated and systematic management of natural resources to enhance economic and social well-being. It also emphasizes strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation as essential components for effective resource management. A proposed model for sustainable natural resource management includes community empowerment, knowledge integration, economic viability, and improved communication among stakeholders. The study suggests that Afghanistan can develop its natural resources sustainably by leveraging strengths and opportunities while addressing weaknesses and threats. A comprehensive understanding of the various influencing factors and their interactions is vital for designing an effective model for sustainable management. This research contributes to the discourse on sustainable development in Afghanistan, providing actionable insights for policymakers and stakeholders in the natural resource sector.
