Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Quality, Price Perception, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions in Jakarta. This study uses primary and secondary data with the method of collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that Product Quality variable has a positive and insignificant effect, Price Perception has a positive and significant effect, Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that people who lived in Jakarta area will be more interested to buying AQUA brand drinking water because of the Product Quality, Price Perception, and Promotion provided by AQUA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, mutation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama Gunung Sahari 2 Branch, North Jakarta. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods and inferential analysis using primary data in the form of a closed questionnaire to 100 respondents, and the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. From the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and model feasibility test, the regression equation is obtained, as follows: Y = 0.171K + 0.277M + 0.533 DK The results of the regression analysis in this study show that compensation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), mutations (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), work discipline (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), In an effort to improve employee performance, PT. Indomarco Prismatama Branch Gunung Sahari 2 North Jakarta needs to pay attention and know what is the problem because it can be used as a basis for correcting weaknesses and maintaining effectiveness through compensation, transfers and good work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Indonesian macroeconomic factors on the LQ45 stock index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange: inflation, interest rates, IDR/USD exchange rate, and the money supply. The survey period covers the period from 2016 to 2020. The subject of this research is the LQ45 stock index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05 or 5%. The results of this study show that inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on the LQ45 stock price index in 2016-2020. The results of the interest rate variable show that interest rates have a positive and insignificant effect on the 2016-2020 LQ45 stock price index. The results of the exchange rate variable (X3) show that the IDR/USD exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on the 2016-2020 LQ45 Stock Price Index. The results of the Amount of Money Supply (JUB) variable show that the Money Supply (JUB) has a positive and insignificant effect on the LQ45 stock price index 2016-2020.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price perception and brand image on purchasing decisions for Yakult drinks in East Jakarta. This research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 100 respondents who have consumed Yakult drinks in East Jakarta. The data analysis technique uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and uses the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26.0 program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables Product Quality (X1), Price Perception (X2), and Brand Image (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision for Yakult drinks in East Jakarta. The existence of a positive and significant influence between product quality, price perception and brand image shows that the higher the level of product quality, price perception and brand image, the higher the decision to purchase Yakult drinks in East Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Innovation, Brand Image and Word of Mouth on Interest in Buying Maybelline face powder products in Gen-z FEB National University Students. The research method used is a quantitative method and uses multiple linear regression analysis with processing using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25 with data collection methods through questionnaires to 100 respondents from FEB Nasional University students and know Maybelline face powder products. The results of this study indicate that the Product Innovation variable has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest for Maybelline face powder products on Gen-z, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest for Maybelline face powder products on Gen-z, Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on Interest Buy Maybelline face powder products on Gen-z

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of Return On Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) on financial distress for companies in the consumer goods industry sector during the 2017-2021 period. The population in this study were companies in the consumer goods industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling based on the criteria, a sample of 20 companies was obtained. The data source used is secondary data with the documentation method. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and logistic regression with a significance level of 0.05 using the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that return on assets (ROA) and debt to asset ratio (DAR) have a positive and significant effect on financial distress. Current ratio (CR) has no effect on financial distress. Through the results of this study it is hoped that it can help company managers in consumer goods industry sector companies to continue to improve effective and efficient financial ratios in order to avoid financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence brand trust, brand image, and lifestyle have on purchase intention. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods and data analysis techniques using inferential analysis data and using primary data formed closed questionnaires to 100 respondents and assisted by using the SPSS version 23 program. To obtain results from consumer buying interest in the Samsung Galaxy A smartphone Series. The results of this study reveal that brand trust, brand image, and lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. This can be seen in the coefficient table in the regression equation Y = 0.308 X1 + 0.324 X2 + 0.280 X3. The conclusion is that the independent variable has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Surgika Alkesido. The sampling method used is Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive sampling technique. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods and inferential analysis using primary data in the form of a closed questionnaire to 100 respondents and the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. From the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and model feasibility test, a regression equation is obtained. The results of regression analysis in this study indicate a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, which is shown in the coefficient table in the regression equation model. The results of the model feasibility test shown with the significant value shown in the model feasibility table which means that the model in this study is feasible to use based on the significant value obtained. The results of the hypothesis conclusion with the t test obtained a positive and significant value on the variables of communication, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Debt Equity Ratio, on performance finance of a Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sources of research data using secondary data in the form of financial statements found on the website www.idx.co.id. The financial reports observed are the financial statements of Manufacturing companies for the year 2016-2020. The data of this study were analyzed on 10 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In taking the sample for this study using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using a T-test that has been processed in SPSS Version 21 to test the regression coefficients. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Current Ratio and Debt Equity Ratio had a positive and significant effect on performance finance, Total Asset Turnover had a negative and insignificant effect on performance finance.

Abstract

The automotive industry is a sector that has a relatively large contribution to the national economy. Where the automotive industry provides an investment value of trillions per year and is able to absorb the work of up to tens of thousands of people. For this reason, the authors conducted this study with the aim of examining the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, capital intensity and firm size on tax avoidance in the automotive industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2020. In this study, researchers used secondary data with a population of 20 companies. automotive listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample of this study using the purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 18 automotive companies. The results of this study indicate that the t-test of profitability and leverage variables has a positive effect on tax avoidance, while liquidity, capital intensity and firm size have no effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, for the f test of Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Capital Intensity, Firm Size has a positive effect on tax avoidance.
