Abstract

This study examines the relationship between work motivation and psychological well-being (PWB) in internship students in Greater Jakarta. Program policies provide opportunities for students to develop their skills and work experience. This study aims to identify how work motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, affects the psychological well-being of internship students. Using a predictive correlational approach, data was collected through a questionnaire that measured the dimensions of work motivation and PWB. The results of the study showed that intrinsic motivation had a significant positive impact on psychological well-being, while excessive extrinsic motivation could have a negative impact. This research emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive work environment to motivate interns, improve their performance, and prepare them for the transition from academia to the world of work. The researcher obtained 103 respondents from various students at the University of Greater Jakarta with 25.2% male and 74.8% female. The data of this study was processed using convenience sampling techniques, using Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS) and Psychological Well-Being (PWB) questionnaires. The results of data analysis are known through the Kolmogorov Smirnov test obtained a number of 0.200 > 0.05 for both variables, it was concluded that the residual data was normally distributed.

Abstract

The health budget over the past five years has experienced a significant increase in 2020, a budget of 119.9 trillion (T) increased to 124.4 trillion (T) in 2021, 134.8 trillion (T) in 2022, and 172.5 trillion (T) in 2023. In 2024, this budget is projected at 186.4 trillion (T), or 5.6% of the state budget. This budget increased by 8.1% or 13.9 trillion compared to 2023. Of the total state budget for the Ministry of Health of 186.4 trillion, it is projected that the distribution will flow to Rp2,537,921,988,000.00 for Vertical Hospitals (RS) and Rp2,021,730,483,000.00 for Regional General Hospitals. The purpose of this research is to see how much potential this business has for the Jakarta and Banten areas. This method uses a working framework for this business plan, which consists of marketing objectives, marketing strategy, mix management, sales volume and company revenue plan. The results of this study are goals and objectives in the pende, long-term and long-term which are the benchmarks for the study in achieving the targets in each division. The conclusion of this study explains how the company achieves the predetermined targets by using methods in marketing planning by using the maximum number of sales and budget. This research explains that the method or way of achieving the company's target needs continuity between each division.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the variables of speed and reliability of maintenance and repair services to the level of service satisfaction of the Maintenance and Repair Academic Support Unit of the Bali State Polytechnic. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of all UPA-PP service users who occupy positions as Head of Department, Secretary of Department, Department Administration, Head of Study Program, Head of Unit, Head of Center, Head of Workshop/Lab, Workshop/Lab Technician, Head of Section and Head of Sub-Division as many as 138 people. The research sample consisted of 103 UPA-PP users who were selected through probability sampling using proportionate stratified random sampling with the Slovin formula. Data were collected using a Likert Scale-based questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that partially, the velocity variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the level of service satisfaction (Y) with a coefficient value of 0.317 and a t-value of 3.237 > t table 1.98397 with a value of Sig. 0.002 < 0.05. And partially, reliability (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the level of service satisfaction (Y) with a coefficient value of 0.776 and a t-value of 6.490 > t table 1.98397 with a Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously the variables of speed (X1) and reliability (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the level of service satisfaction (Y) of F calculated 58.567 > F table 3.09 with a value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze quality control in vitamin D testing using FMEA and fishbone diagrams. The type of research is applied research with a population in the form of retest data on vitamin D testing at PT TUV NORD Indonesia during the period January – December 2023. From the results of the pareto chart there are 6 causes of retest, then the highest percentage is analyzed using a fishbone diagram. Next, it was analyzed with FMEA to determine the priority scale so that the largest RPN value was obtained, namely not carrying out routine blender maintenance with a value of 245. And a 5W+1H analysis was carried out, so a proposal for improvement was obtained at the highest RPN value, namely carrying out maintenance planning on the equipment periodically.

Abstract

Lhok Makmur Village located in West Simeulue Sub-District, Simeulue Regency, most of the community has not accessed STBM eitherpillars 1-5 STBM, which was caused by a lack of community willingness to access the STBM program. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence STBM in Lhok Makmur Villager. The method used in this study was quantitative with an observational design through a cross sectional approach, the population in this study were 236 families, the sample in this study were 80 heads of families (KK) or housewives (IRT) the sampling technique was carried out by random  sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using Univariate  and Bivariate Analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the  study based on the results of Bivariate Analysis on the variables of education (p value =  0.073), occupation (p value = 0.584), income (p value = 1.000), there was no statistically  significant effect with the dependent variable, while on the awareness variable (p value =  0.019), and the participation variable (p value = 0.001) there was a significant effect with the  dependent variable, in the community in Lhok Makmur Village, West Simeulue District, Simeulue Regency. The conclusion of the five independent variables studied was that there are two variables that have an impact, namely, (community awareness and community participation) while the variables (education, employment, income) do not have a statistically significant effect on the dependent variable (STBM). Suggestions for the Puskesmas Sanggiran to be able to collaborate with the Village Apparatus to involve active participation or community empowerment to increase more understanding of the importance of access to STBM programs.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influece of reward and recognition systems on employee motivation and performance at the Explore Wisata Organizer. Through a quantitative approach with survey methods, data is collected from employees to evaluate their perceptions of the reward and recognition system implemented. The results of the analysis show that the two systems have a significant impact on employee motivation and performance. These findings emphasize the importance of designing and implementing an effective reward and  recognition system to improve performance in Explore Wisata Organizer companies.

Abstract

Plastic waste has become a significant environmental and health concern worldwide, including in Indonesia. To address this issue, the adoption of environmentally friendly packaging materials, such as biodegradable plastics, is considered a viable solution. This study aims to understand the potential switch in consumer behavior towards the use of environmentally friendly plastic packaging in Indonesia with two models of conceptual framework. Model 1 explores the relationship between Green Attitude, Perceived Environmental Responsibility, Subjective Norm, Green Product Experience, Environmental Friendliness of Companies, Perceived Behavior Control and Green Purchase Intention. Model 2 investigates the relationship between GPI and Green Purchase Decision. Primary data was obtained by conducting a convenience survey with a sample size of 285 respondents using convenience sampling methods. This research is measured through scale variables, and is being analysed with Cronbach Alpha, factor analysis, and other tools to identify the most influential factors to the least one which will be input into the regression model. The findings are that there are four factors that impacting consumers' Green Purchase Intention in Jakarta, which are Green Attitude, Perceived Environmental Responsibility, Environmental Friendliness of Companies and Perceived Behavior Control.

Abstract

Laikaaha Village, Ranomeeto District, is one of the villages in South Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi which has diversity in social life. This diversity consists of economic capacity, education, resilience and health which provides its own challenges for the Village Government to develop village development programs. Determining village policies or preparing village programs is very dependent on accurate data, so managing village data and information is very important. Apart from that, the use of an internet-based information system is one of the facilities that can help the Village Government in implementing village programs. Currently, data traffic always moves fast, so assistance is provided with the management of internet-based information systems to produce reliable human resources to manage it. The output of this activity is to increase the capacity of village information system managers so that information system utilization can be maximized. In this activity, the community as users is also involved, and assistance has been provided on how to utilize the existence of the information system. The aim of this community service activity plan is that the Laikaaha Village community has knowledge about the use of information systems, information system managers can improve their skills, the Village Government can make policies and develop programs that are more precise and faster.

Abstract

Fine motor skills, creativity, and confidence are important parts of early childhood development. This study aims to determine the role of paper folding in developing fine motor skills, creativity, and confidence of students of Kindergarten A XYZ Jakarta. The research was conducted by pretest and posttest. The subjects in the study totaled twenty-one students in one class. This type of research uses a quantitative experimental method with a pre-experimental design, in the form of one group pretest-posttest without a control class. The research instrument used is a rubric for all variables that have been validated by two experts. Data collection was carried out by observation. To process the data in the study, calculations were carried out by looking for n-gain to find out the pretest and posttest data and then tested using the Wilcoxon signed Rank Test. The results of the fine motor hypothesis test showed the acquisition of asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000; The results of the creativity hypothesis test showed the acquisition of asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000; And the results of the confident hypothesis test show the acquisition of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. It can be concluded that there are differences in fine motor, creativity, and confidence before and after paper folding activities in students at Kindergarten A XYZ Jakarta. So that by folding paper, students' fine motor skills, creativity and confidence can be developed.

Abstract

Independence, communication skills, and emotional intelligence are very essential competencies for students in their lives. This study aims to find and analyze differences in independence, communications skills, and emotional intelligence of lower level students using the Montessori method. This research was conducted during March 2024 with six meetings. The subjects in this research were 13 students. The type of research used is quantitative research with experimental methods with pre-experimental design types, one group pre-test – post-test. The research instrument used is a rubric for all validated variables. Pre-test and post-test data are tested using n-gain and t-test. The results of the independence hypothesis test show the acquisition of n-gain results 0,36 and t-test 21%; communication skills show the acquisition of 0,46; emotional intelligence shows the acquisition of 0,23. From the results obtained, it can be conluded that there are differences where students experience improvements in the three variables mentioned using the Montessori method.
