Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahu dan menganalisis rasio profitabilitas dan rasio solvabilitas dalam menentukan harga saham perusahaan sector pertambangan pasca pandemic global Corona Virus (Covid-19). Metode Penelitian: Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sector pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2021-2023 yang merupakan periode setelah terjadinya pandemic Covid-19. Perusahaan yang digunakan sample dalam penelitian sebaanyak 14 perusahaan dengan teknik purposive sampling, pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat uji SPSS.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Station Rotation learning model in improving students' mastery of concepts and skills in United Kingdom subjects in grade III. The research was conducted in three cycles, each with an approach that involved the use of different stations for learning, exercise, and evaluation. The results show that the application of this model significantly improves students' ability to understand the material and communication skills. The increase in the average competency score of students in designing learning, communicating, and using the United Kingdom was recorded from cycle one to cycle three. However, challenges still exist in terms of material understanding and use of technology, which indicates the need for further adjustments in learning methods and the provision of adequate facilities. Overall, the Station Rotation model has proven to be effective in improving students' collaboration skills and understanding of United Kingdom concepts.

Abstract

In addition to nickel used for export, the government currently requires the downstreaming of nickel in the country. In addition, the potential of nickel in Indonesia also plays a role in increasing state revenue investment, through smelter investment. Through the nickel export ban policy, the long-term continuity of raw nickel supply for domestic smelter needs is maintained. However, there are problems in the community due to the export ban that affects the selling price of nickel, especially affecting business activities. This paper discusses the extent of nickel downstream policies, the ban on nickel ore exports, the added value obtained and the obstacles faced. The research methods used are exploratory and descriptive methods, data collection for analysis purposes is obtained from various literature, regulations and legislation, media reports and various other relevant secondary data sources. The findings show that nickel downstreaming actually creates an additional impact on the nickel industry. value and pushing nickel prices in a positive direction so as to encourage investors to come to Indonesia so as to strengthen Indonesia's economy in a better direction.

Abstract

Student learning concentration, student language skills, and teacher competency are very important in achieving student development in early childhood education. These three competencies in the XYZ Playgroup Class in Jakarta have not been well developed. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the clapping playing method on teacher competence, the development of student learning concentration, improving students' language skills, as well as the implementation of the learning process in the classroom. The research method used is classroom action research which includes three cycles, each cycle includes the stages of planning, observation, action and reflection. The research subjects were 16 students, two observers. The research instrument is an assessment rubric to measure teacher competency, student learning concentration, and student learning ability. The research results showed that teacher competency increased from Cycle 1 to Cycle 2 with an N-Gain of 03, but from Cycle 2 to Cycle 3 there was no increase because the N-Gain value was still the same (0.3). Meanwhile, the comparison of teacher competency from Cycle 1 to Cycle 3 achieved good development, because the N-Gain value reached 0.6. Student learning concentration has increased, as can be seen from the N-Gain from Cycle 1 to Cycle 2, an increase of 0.4 was obtained. Then the N-Gain from Cycle 2 to Cycle 3 obtained an increased value of 0.6. Students' language skills experienced an increase in N-Gain from Cycle 1 to Cycle 2, resulting in an increase of 0.4. Then the N-Gain from Cycle 2 to Cycle 3 obtained an increased value of 0.5.

Abstract

Magetan Regency is one of the most remote districts in East Java Province, with a population that increases every year. This causes an increase in transportation needs. The dominant mode of transportation used in Magetan Regency is motorbikes, with the number of motorbikes in 2020 amounting to 317,085 (BPS Magetan Regency, 2023). The increase in the amount of transportation is accompanied by the risk of the transportation itself, namely traffic accidents. The number of traffic accidents in Magetan Regency in 2017 was 547 incidents; in 2018 it increased to 870 incidents. Based on previous research in the Magetan Regency area and its surroundings, it was found that accidents were influenced by human factors. Because of this, this research carried out an analysis of gender-based accident characteristics in Magetan Regency. Based on the results of the analysis using the descriptive analysis method using the cross-tabulation method in IBM SPSS, the driver characteristics were obtained, namely that the age of accident victims was predominantly 17-25 years old, and the majority of drivers had a driving license (SIM). The characteristics of accidents are that accidents are dominated by victims with minor injuries, occur in public places, and on weekdays.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop interactive learning media based on wordwall in the subject of Personnel Governance Automation and to determine the feasibility of Quiziz-based learning media in the subject of Personnel Governance Automation class XI Office Management at SMK Satya Bhakti 2 Jakarta. The type of research used is research and development (RnD) using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development method. This research took place at SMK Satya Bhakti 2 Jakarta which was carried out in June 2024. Data collection was conducted by means of interviews with teachers of SMK Satya Bhakti 2 Jakarta. The feasibility of learning media is assessed by media experts and material experts. Data analysis was carried out by qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the research that has been carried out by Quizizz-based interactive learning media that has been developed as a result of expert validation, it is known that interactive learning media using Quizizz in the subject of Personnel Governance Automation class XI is very feasible to use. The average result of media experts is 95% and material experts are 96%, so it is categorized as "very feasible" as an interactive learning media.

Abstract

The implementation of the Education Improvement Program in the field of Environment is a strategic effort to increase public awareness and knowledge about environmental issues. The program is designed to meet increasingly complex environmental challenges by providing an effective and sustainable education. This study evaluates the effectiveness of various environmental education methods, including seminars, workshops, and media campaigns. Through a data-based approach, the analysis was carried out to measure the impact of the program on changes in participants' attitudes and behaviors towards environmental issues. The results show that interactive and participatory methods are more successful in increasing community understanding and engagement. This finding is expected to be a reference for the development of better environmental education programs in the future.

Abstract

The waste problem is a serious issue that can have a major impact on the environment and human life, with around 24% of waste in Indonesia not being managed, including in the city of Bekasi. One of them is household organic waste which is often disposed of carelessly without being managed first, which can cause air pollution and environmental damage. Thus, effective organic waste management, such as through the cultivation of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggots, offers environmentally friendly and economical solutions, so that PT Pertamina EP Zone 7 Tambun Field, in collaboration with the surrounding community, initiated a maggot cultivation program through the Dadali Waste Bank, Kalibaru Village, Bekasi, to reduce the volume of waste and increase environmental and economic sustainability.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes Sejahtera Darunu Village, located in Wori District, North Minahasa Regency, still faces various obstacles in optimal financial management. The main problems include limited knowledge related to the management of cash inflows and outflows as well as limited understanding of human resources (HR) of village officials in preparing financial reports. In addition, this BUMDes does not yet have a basic financial report as a guideline for financial operations. Thus, this research aims to strengthen the BUMDes Sejahtera institution through the preparation of standardized initial financial statements. The research used descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data through interviews and direct observation. The participatory and applied nature of the research also helped researchers play an active role in providing training and mentoring for BUMDes administrators. The data obtained was then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that this institutional strengthening initiative had a positive impact on the initial understanding of BUMDes management in preparing financial statements. The program successfully produced several important financial reports, such as the 2023 Balance Sheet, 2023 Profit and Loss Statement, and 2024 Current Profit and Loss Statement. Hopefully, this institutional strengthening will be implemented sustainably to advance BUMDes Sejahtera and provide optimal benefits for the progress of Darunu Village.

Abstract

The socio-emotional ability of early childhood is still low, that is the reason behind the researcher to conduct a qualitative research method, a case study at Khalifah 1 Sempu Kindergarten, Serang City. The focus of this research problem is the improvement of early childhood socio-emotional abilities that have not developed properly, one of which is influenced by the understanding of learning about socio-emotional education, therefore the researcher conducted learning using the reward and punishment method as an effort to improve the socio-emotional skills of early childhood at Khalifah 1 Serang Sempu Kindergarten. The purpose of this research is to find out the use of the reward and punishment method in an effort to improve the basic socio-emotional skills of children in Khalifah 1 Serang Sempu Kindergarten. The subjects in this study are 15 Class A early childhood children at Khalifah 1 Serang Sempu Kindergarten for the 2023/2024 school year. The standard of success in this study is that if the child has an improvement in socio-emotional, then this study is declared successful, seen from before being given rewards and punishments and after being given rewards and punishment. Thus, teachers and parents can use the results of this study as a reference in implementing rewards and punishments as an effort to improve children's socio-emotional abilities as needed.
