Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of social media, content marketing, and brand awareness at the Bandung Culinary Academy and analyze the influence of each and the combination of the two on brand awareness. This research was conducted using an explanatory research approach. In this study, the research object consists of 2 (two) types of variables, namely independent variables and dependent variables. This study uses 2 (two) independent variables, namely the use of social media marketing (X1) and the use of content marketing (X2). The bound variable used in this study is brand awareness (Y). As a result, ATB Bandung has not done social media marketing well, especially in terms of communicating the products offered, but the value of the products offered can be conveyed well to the public. Although the content marketing carried out by ATB Bandung is interactive, relevant, and easy to understand.

Abstract

The aim is to find out the application of the spatial layout of Goa Gajah and the Patirthan pond based on traditional Balinese architecture and to find out the relationship between Goa Gajah and the Patirthan pond reflected in the function of the building. The research method is qualitative with inductive reasoning. Data collection was carried out using literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation studies. The collected data was processed using spatial character analysis, contextual analysis and qualitative analysis supported by spatial theory of traditional Balinese architecture and architectural function theory. The results of the research concluded that Goa Gajah and the Patirthan pond were identified as being based on traditional Balinese architectural spatial concepts, namely; Tri Hita Karana; Tri Angga and Tri Loka; and orientations. Analysis of the relationship between Goa Gajah and the Patirthan pond also implies a philosophical relationship between mountains and the sea. The activities at Goa Gajah and the Patirthan pond clarify the relationship between buildings, and represent the building as a social environment for ascetics.

Abstract

Problem-solving skills are essential competencies that need to be developed in elementary school students. The application of innovative learning models, such as Problem-Based Learning supported by interactive technology media like Assemblr Edu, can be an effective solution for enhancing these skills. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model supported by Assemblr Edu media on the problem-solving abilities of fifth-grade students. The research method used is an experimental method with a Pre-test Post-test Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The results of the study showed that the use of the PBL model supported by Assemblr Edu significantly improved students' problem-solving abilities compared to conventional learning methods. This can be seen from the significant difference in the N-Gain scores, with the experimental class reaching 0.7 (moderate category) and the control class only 0.2 (low category). These findings suggest that interactive technology media like Assemblr Edu can be an effective tool in enhancing students' critical and analytical thinking skills.

Abstract

This research was conducted in February - June 2023 at PT. HAI MAKMUR INDONESIA in Kauman Village, Srengat District, Blitar Regency, East Java. This study aims to: (1) Find out how to dry porang chips at PT. Hai Makmur Indonesia, Kauman Village, Srengat District, Blitar Regency (2) Find out the production costs of the porang chip drying business at PT. Hai Makmur Indonesia, Kauman Village, Srengat District, Blitar Regency, (3) For the owner, the results of this study are expected to be used as consideration and input in business development For the owner, the results of this study are expected to be used as consideration and input in business development of PT. Hai Makmur Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The descriptive method is defined as research that intends to present data by analyzing the data obtained so as to obtain a clear picture. The quantitative descriptive method is a method that emphasizes the objective measurement aspect of social phenomena, quantitative research is processed and analyzed using statistics. The results of the study indicate that the production process carried out in the porang drying business in Kauman Village, when viewed from the nature of the production process, is a synthetic type of production because it undergoes physical or chemical changes, namely changes in porang tubers into porang chips. The results of the sensitivity analysis of net benefits and operational maintenance indicate that this business is still safe if there are changes in the factors that influence it.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the company's strategy of PT Garuda Food Putra Putri Jaya Tbk in facing the dynamics of the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. Using matrix analysis methods such as SPACE, BCG, IE, and Grand Strategy Matrix, the study found that companies implement aggressive strategies that take advantage of internal strengths such as product diversification and extensive distribution networks. In addition, the company is also taking advantage of the industry's growth and increasing consumer awareness of health. The results of the study also show the importance of risk management faced by companies. Strategy recommendations include vertical integration, market development, and product development, in order to strengthen the company's position and achieve sustainable growth in a competitive market.

Abstract

This study aims to develop video-based interactive learning media using the Powtoon application for Office Technology lessons in class X SMK Satya Bhakti 2 Jakarta. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The evaluation results show that the developed learning media is very feasible to use, with an average score of 92.17% from media experts and 96.19% from material experts, both of which fall into the category of ‘Very Feasible.’  This research is expected to increase the effectiveness of learning and attract students' interest in understanding the subject matter.

Abstract

Geopolitical developments in Southeast Asia have become the center of attention of major world powers, especially the United States and China. ASEAN, through the ADMM and ADMM-Plus forums, plays an important role in maintaining regional security stability. This study aims to analyze Indonesia's role in realizing security stability in the ASEAN region in the midst of great power competition. The research methods used are qualitative with in-depth interviews, case studies, and secondary data analysis from various sources, including policy reports and official government statements. The results of the study show that Indonesia plays a role as a diplomatic mediator, a reinforcer of regional cooperation, and a defender of ASEAN sovereignty. ADMM-Plus also faces challenges in expanding membership, which requires careful geopolitical considerations. In conclusion, Indonesia has a crucial role in maintaining regional stability through multilateral cooperation and conflict resolution efforts in ASEAN.

Abstract

Drug use by adolescents in Jakarta is an urgent public health problem. Many outreach programs have been created to stop drug abuse in schools. However, it is still unclear whether these programs are effective, especially in terms of how they can change students' knowledge, views, and behaviors. The focus of this study is students of Junior High School (SLTP) and Senior High School (SLTA) in Jakarta to evaluate how effective the socialization program for drug use prevention is. This research uses a qualitative approach, which involves in-depth interviews and focused group discussions. Data were collected from 20 students, 10 teachers, and 5 facilitators of socialization programs in high schools (SLTP) and high schools in Jakarta. The thematic analysis method is used to analyze the data to find patterns, themes, and perceptions related to program effectiveness. As a result of the socialization program, students understand the dangers of drugs better. Changes in attitudes and behaviors, however, are not always clearly visible. Most students stated an increase in their awareness. However, there is uncertainty about how this knowledge can be applied. The absence of parental support, irrelevant materials, and time constraints are some of the problems found by teachers and facilitators in running the program. The results of the drug prevention socialization program in Jakarta have succeeded in improving students' understanding, but it is difficult to consistently change attitudes and behaviors. Recommendations for improvement include increased parent participation, better socialization materials, and program adjustments to meet student needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of internal and external factors on consumptive behavior. This problem is focused on the high level of consumptive behavior among students caused by factors that come from outside and within the individual. The research method used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample was taken using the Purposive Random Sampling technique as many as 271 students of the Department of Social Sciences. The data collection method uses questionnaires, observations, and documentation from students as well as references from journals, books, and other relevant sources. Descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial test (t-test), simultaneous test (f-test), and determination coefficient test (R2) were used to analyze the research data. The results showed that there was a multiple regression equation showing that Y = 5.026 + 0.438X1 + 0.267X2. Based on the hypothesis test, the significance value (Sig) of 0.000 is greater than the probability of 0.05, so it can be concluded that the external factor (X1) and internal factor (X2) have a significant and positive influence on the consumptive behavior (Y) of students of the Department of Social Sciences.

Abstract

All individuals who operate actively and professionally in the health sector are considered health human resources, regardless of whether they have earned formal health education or not. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the Health Center's HR management implementation strategy. This study employed a descriptive qualitative methodology. Purposive sampling, nonprobability sampling, or a sampling strategy based on particular criteria were used to choose the study participants. Documentation, interviews, and observation are some of the data collection techniques. The study's findings show that the HR development management communication components and the recommendations for the Health Center HR development policy have been successfully applied. Even with the improvement in quality, there are still a number of barriers preventing resources from being used efficiently.
