Abstract

Visionary leadership is often regarded as the hallmark of success in modern organizations, yet it embodies a profound paradox. This study explores the tension between the inspirational power of a visionary founder and the systemic risks arising from overdependence on a singular figure in a biotechnology start-up. Employing a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis and narrative interpretation, this article reveals how leader-centric cultures may accelerate growth but also jeopardize long-term organizational resilience. These findings carry significant implications for organizational practice, suggesting that biotechnology firms must implement structural reforms to complement visionary leadership with robust governance frameworks and formal succession planning. The study contributes to leadership theory by challenging conventional assumptions about the universal benefits of visionary leadership and highlighting its intricate relationship with organizational sustainability. For policymakers and investors, the results emphasize the necessity of promoting governance diversification in founder-led enterprises. By bridging empirical analysis with critical humanities perspectives, this research offers novel insights into how visionary leadership shapes institutional dynamics, collective behavior, and ethical decision-making within high-growth organizations.

Abstract

Organic waste management is one of the main challenges in sustainable environmental development in Indonesia. Although waste sorting efforts have been encouraged at the household level, the reality is that there is still a remixing of organic and inorganic waste while in transportation facilities and in management units such as TPS and TPA. This study aims to systematically review the literature that discusses systemic failures in organic waste management, focusing on the strategic and institutional management aspects of waste management units. The method used is a systematic literature study of academic publications, policy reports, and relevant field studies in the period 2010–2024. The results of the study show that the mismatch between strategies at the upstream and downstream levels, the weak institution of TPS/TPA management, and the absence of incentive systems and results-based performance are key factors causing system inefficiency. This study recommends the need to redesign management strategies based on upstream-downstream integration, institutional strengthening of management units, and the application of performance measurement that encourages sustainable organic waste processing.

Abstract

The family serves as the primary foundation for shaping individual behavior, values, and mental health. A warm, supportive, and communicative family environment can provide a strong basis for the psychological well-being of each member. Conversely, conditions such as conflict, neglect, and poor communication may trigger mental health issues, particularly among adolescents. In the current era, especially for Generation Z, mental health has become a critical issue, yet it is often overlooked by some parents. Adolescents who do not receive sufficient attention and emotional support from their families are more likely to experience psychological problems, including anxiety, depression, and difficulties in adaptation. This study aims to identify the roles and responsibilities of the family in supporting children's mental health, with a focus on communication patterns, emotional closeness, and cultural values that shape the dynamics of family relationships. Through a qualitative approach, this research explores how families can serve as vital agents in the prevention of mental disorders and the development of psychological resilience in adolescents.

Abstract

This research discusses the continuously evolving digital era, where marketing strategies play a crucial role in achieving sustainable sales growth in the e-commerce sector. The study aims to explore digital marketing strategies for fashion products on the TikTok platform, with an emphasis on efforts to connect consumers and businesses through social media. The applied research method is qualitative, allowing the researcher to gain deeper insights into the marketing practices being implemented. The analysis of the digital marketing strategies employed by account @akun @baldovino.co reveals that increased customer engagement is achieved through a combination of organic and paid methods. The use of TikTok's data analytics features, active interaction in the comment section, keyword optimization in content, and the implementation of TikTok Ads have proven effective in enhancing brand visibility and awareness. This research is also supported by the digital marketing theory developed by Chakti, 2022.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of computer technology, from its inception in the 19th century to the current era of globalization and digitalization, has profoundly impacted modern society. This research examines the effects of technological advancements on various aspects of life, including the economy, social interactions, education, and security, while addressing the challenges posed by the digital divide and data privacy concerns. The study aims to explore the transformative role of technology in shaping the digital society, identify key problems faced in this era, and propose strategies to mitigate negative impacts. Using a qualitative approach, the research analyzes data gathered from online sources and environmental observations to compare and synthesize findings. The results highlight significant benefits, such as enhanced communication, increased productivity, and improved access to information, alongside drawbacks like job displacement, mental health issues, and cybersecurity threats. The study underscores the urgency of digital literacy and adaptive skills to navigate technological changes effectively. Implications suggest the need for inclusive policies to bridge the digital divide and robust frameworks to safeguard privacy, ensuring equitable access and sustainable growth in the digital age

Abstract

This study aims to explore the dynamics of coastal women's empowerment in Kapetakan Village, Cirebon Regency, using a qualitative observational approach. In the context of coastal women’s empowerment, it is often overlooked that the potential of local women in managing natural resources sustainably can have a significant impact on both economic and social aspects. This research focuses on the factors that influence the empowerment of coastal women, including their skills, access to resources, and involvement in community decision-making. Through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, the findings reveal that women's empowerment in this village is driven by initiatives based on local wisdom and collaboration with local community groups as well as the government. Nevertheless, challenges related to patriarchal cultural patterns and limited access to education and technology remain the main obstacles. This study proposes the importance of the involvement of both government and non-governmental organizations to address these challenges through more inclusive programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perubahan struktur ekonomi Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan dari tahun 2015 hingga 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak perubahan struktural ekonomi di sektor primer, sekunder, dan tersier serta perannya dalam mendorong pembangunan daerah. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan data kuantitatif dari BPS, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa sektor primer, khususnya pertanian, kehutanan, dan perikanan, tetap menjadi penyumbang terbesar dengan rata-rata PDRB sebesar 54,37%, disusul oleh pertambangan dan penggalian sebesar 10,72%. Sektor sekunder berkontribusi rata-rata 9,06% terhadap PDRB, didominasi oleh industri konstruksi dan manufaktur. Sektor tersier berkontribusi rata-rata 25,73%, dengan administrasi pemerintah dan perdagangan menjadi subsektor yang dominan. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa transformasi struktural ekonomi membutuhkan adaptasi kebijakan dalam pembangunan daerah, khususnya dalam penyediaan infrastruktur dasar dan layanan publik untuk mendorong pusat-pusat pertumbuhan baru berbasis sektor-sektor unggulan regional.

Abstract

The era has changed, from pre-modern to modern and now enters the postmodern era which is characterized by philosophical thinking from postmodernism which is subjective, anti-historical, pluralism of perspective and relativity. The presence of Postmodern thought is inevitable for many of humanity, including believers. These principles pose a challenge to Christian values and have an impact on the churches in Indonesia. . The influence exerted by postmodernism has also received a response from many experts. Some religious theologians and religious authority figures assert that postmodernism represents a rejection of truth. Postmodernism is one that is full of doubt, does not believe in anything, is critical and tries to look behind the surface and does not accept conventional wisdom. The response of several sociologists in Indonesia to postmodernism is generally divided into two, namely corrective and repressive attitudes. Or the question is whether Postmodern Theology is accepted or rejected? Postmodern theology offers a new perspective on understanding religion, but it also raises questions and challenges. It is important to understand both the positive and negative sides of this approach so that we can develop a deeper understanding of religion and human diversity. This article is therefore written to provide a deeper understanding of postmodernism and its implications for the Christian faith, so that it is hoped that in the future more believers will be able to give thoughtful answers and show us the attitude we should take. The results of this paper are also expected to be useful to show that Christian Theology or the Churches in Indonesia have different principles of truth from postmodernism thought and to provide a view on how the Church or believers should respond to the challenges posed by postmodernism.

Abstract

Masalah kehilangan informasi pada lubang hitam merupakan salah satu paradoks fundamental dalam fisika teoretis yang memerlukan pemahaman mendalam tentang perilaku fermion dalam ruang waktu melengkung ekstrem. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada kebutuhan untuk menyelesaikan persamaan Dirac dalam konteks lubang hitam guna memahami mekanisme radiasi Hawking dan kemungkinan pelestarian informasi kuantum. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis dan menyelesaikan persamaan Dirac dalam ruang-waktu lubang hitam, khususnya Schwarzschild dan Kerr, serta menginvestigasi emisi radiasi dan reaksi balik gravitasi semi-klasik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan faktorisasi dan pemisahan variabel dalam koordinat yang sesuai, seperti Eddington-Finkelstein, untuk memastikan regularitas solusi di horizon peristiwa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa solusi persamaan Dirac reguler di horizon ketika menggunakan koordinat Eddington-Finkelstein, memungkinkan perhitungan tensor energi-momentum yang terdefinisi dengan baik untuk reaksi balik gravitasi. Namun, pendekatan semi-klasik gagal menjelaskan keterjeratan kuantum pada kasus partikel berpasangan. Implikasinya, diperlukan kerangka kuantum penuh untuk memahami interaksi partikel terjerat dengan lubang hitam dan menyelesaikan paradoks hilangnya informasi.

Abstract

Placemaking is the process of transforming an area into a place with a feeling of place by taking into account the community's social requirements and psychology. The culture and environment of a location can also impact the space created. Public space design must be well-planned in order to increase the quality of metropolitan environments. The municipal park is one of the public areas that should be evaluated. However, not every park is open to the public. this research was made in the hope to be able to identify the reasons why there are not that many visitors here even though, this is one of the only green open space areas in Pekanbaru. The results of this study suggest that the physical aspects of Pekanbaru City Park suit some needs of some users. The condition and sanitation of both the facilities and park itself are also needed as soon as possible. . Because of the smell from the water in the middle, many avoid it and go to the outer side and corner.
