Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of lifestyle and brand image on purchasing decisions of Adidas shoes in Depok. This study uses primary data withdata collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 visitors to the Adidas store in Depok. The data analysis technique uses inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and uses the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 programs. From the results of the analysis there is a positive and significant influence on lifestyle and brands image variables on purchasing decisions. The writer hopes that PT. Adidas AG in Depok can try to improve Purchasing Decisions by taking into account the influence of Lifestyle and Brand Image.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of commercial banks (BNI, BRI, BTN and Banque Mandiri) for the 2012-2013 period using RGEC (Risk Profile, Good corporate governance, Capital). Analytical tools used is the RGEC method (Risk Profile, GCG, Earnings, and Capital). Meanwhile method this research uses a descriptive method quantitative. The subject of this research are all commercial banks registered in the Bank Indonesia directory period annual report 2018 to 2020. Data collection techniques which used is technique documentation and technique literature. Results study show in a way whole performance finance Bank BUMN during 2018 - 2020 period in terms of risk profile, namely by analyzing credit risk which is represented by the NPL ratio is said to be good and from liquidity risk analysis which is represented by the LDR ratio can be said to be quite liquid. Meanwhile from In terms of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), the bank's performance is very good. As well as whole performance finance from facet Profitability (Earnings) that is with analyze the ROA ratio or profit based on assets and the NIM ratio or Management's ability to control bank costs is said to be good. And in a way whole performance finance from facet capital with analyze the ratio of capital to assets weighted according to risk (RWA) which is represented by calculating the CAR ratio (Capital Adequacy Ratio) Bank said OK.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Mixue Ice Cream and at Tea Teluk Gong. The sample data collection method used is Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods and inferential analysis using primary data in the form of questionnaires to 100 respondents and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and model feasibility test, the regression equation is obtained. The results of the regression analysis in this study show that there is a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions, which are displayed in the Coefficient table in the form of a regression equation. The results of the model feasibility test are displayed as a significant value displayed in the model feasibility table, which means that the model in this study is feasible to use based on the significant value obtained. The results of the conclusion of the hypothesis with the t test based on the significant value of the variables Product quality, brand image and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price earnings ratio, price to book value, earnings per share, debt to equity ratio and return on equity to price share on company LQ45 in Exchange Effect Indonesia year 2016–2020. Population in study this is company Index LQ45 Which listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), sampling was carried out randomly purposive sampling which met the criteria and which could be analyzed was 31 company from 45 company Index LQ45. Model regression linear multiple used to analyze this research, the data in this research was analyzed using the SPSS version 25 software program. The results of this research show that price earnings ratio influential positive And significant to price share, price to book value own influence positive And significant to price shares, earnings per share have a positive and significant influence on prices share , debt to equity ratio own influence negative And No significant to price share , And returns on equity own influence negative And significant to price share

Abstract

Study This aim For analyze Influence Quality Product, Perception Price And Innovation Product to Decision Purchase Product Xiaomi cellphone at Yuli Cell, East Lampung Regency. In this research use data primary which obtained from spread questionnaire. Sample in study this as much 150 respondents with use technique probability sampling. Study this use analysis Regression Linear Multiple with using the SPSS version 23.0 program. Results study this show that there is influence positive and significant between quality product to decision purchase. There is influence positive and significant between perception prices to decision purchase. There is influence positive and significant between innovation products to decision purchase.

It is conditions like this that attract entrepreneurs to establishing companies in Indonesia, both local and foreign companies with exists existence company the can give profit for Indonesia in increase income country specifically from sector tax. Matter This is interesting for the author to analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, capital intensity , solvency And size company to aggressiveness tax on mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2015-2019. In this research the author used secondary data in get from site www.idx.co.id with amount Population Company Which reaching 49 companies in the mining sector listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia. This research sample used purposive sampling and was selected of 21 sample companies according to certain criteria. Results of this research showing that profitability, liquidity, capital intensity, solvency and size the company has a significant influence on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Return Of Assets (ROA), Company Size (size) and Sales Growth (Growth) on the Capital Structure of companies listed on JII for the 2015-2021 period. The sample in this study were 10 companies. The data used in this study comes from secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements. Related to data analysis, this study uses linear regression analysis of panel data with the Random Effect Model (REM) model. It is known that the results obtained in this study are Current Ratio (CR) having a negative and significant effect on capital structure by proxies Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return Of Assets (ROA), and Firm Size having a positive and significant effect on capital structure by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) proxy and Sales Growth has no effect on capital structure. Therefore, companies can increase their Current Ratio (CR), Return Of Assets (ROA), and Company Size so that the company's capital structure can be used optimally and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand ambassador, product reviews, and risk perception on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Tokopedia customers in Jakarta. The research method used in this research is using quantitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents using the Purposive Sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing using SPSS 22 software. The research results concluded brands ambassador and risk perceptions were positive and significant in purchasing decisions through e-commerce Tokopedia. And product reviews were negative and not significant in purchasing decisions through e-commerce Tokopedia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the Company Value. This study was processed using eviews 9. This study uses secondary data by analyzing the financial statements and annual reports of 16 sample companies from 79 property and real estate companies listed on IDX for the 2016-2020 period. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that partially, Return on Assets (ROA) has no effect on the company value of property and real estate companies listed on IDX for the 2016-2020 period, while the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity (DER) has a positive and significant effect on the company value of property and real estate listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period.
