Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perception, and word of mouth on the repurchase intention of batik at the Tanah Abang archipelago batik shop. The data collection method used was by giving questionnaires to 100 respondents using Indonesian batik products, the sample technique using glueshow and the data analysis technique using inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of product quality, price perceptions, word of mouth on the intention to repurchase Indonesian batik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Brand Image and Brand Trust on Purchase Decision of Wardah Cosmetics in Jakarta National University Students. The population of this research is the students of the National University of Jakarta who used Wardah cosmetics products. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique, the number of samples was 100 respondents with the sample criteria being jakarta National University students who had purchased and used Wardah cosmetics. This type of data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. This study uses analytical techniques including multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 25. Partially, product quality has a positive and significant effect on Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions for students at the National University of Jakarta this is indicated by the results of the t-test with the acquisition tcount>ttable (2,057>1,984) and sig value (0,042<0,05), brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetics for students at National University of Jakarta as evidenced by the t-test results with the acquisition of tcount>ttable (2,481>1,984) and the sig value (0,015<0,05), and brand trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetics. at the Jakarta National University Students as evidenced by the t-test results with the acquisition of tcount>ttable (2,116>1,984) and sig value (0,037<0,05)

Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the quality of the daily test items for the even semester of class The sample for this research was students of class X Merdeka 5 at SMA Ipiems Surabaya with 33 students as respondents. This research instrument includes multiple choice questions and answer keys resulting from students' work, then tabulated analysis, validity, reliability, difficulty of questions, and differentiability of question items using the help of Microsoft Excel software. The results of this research show that of the 20 multiple choice questions, 21 students completed the multiple choice questions with a reliability value of r11 0.611, rtable level 1% 0.424, 1% reliable category, and the item difficulty index obtained was a value of 11 items in the medium category, 9 questions in the easy category, and 0 questions in the difficult category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Debt Equity Ratio, on performance finance of a Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sources of research data using secondary data in the form of financial statements found on the website www.idx.co.id. The financial reports observed are the financial statements of Manufacturing companies for the year 2016-2020. The data of this study were analyzed on 10 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In taking the sample for this study using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using a T-test that has been processed in SPSS Version 21 to test the regression coefficients. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Current Ratio and Debt Equity Ratio had a positive and significant effect on performance finance, Total Asset Turnover had a negative and insignificant effect on performance finance.

Abstract

The automotive industry is a sector that has a relatively large contribution to the national economy. Where the automotive industry provides an investment value of trillions per year and is able to absorb the work of up to tens of thousands of people. For this reason, the authors conducted this study with the aim of examining the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, capital intensity and firm size on tax avoidance in the automotive industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2020. In this study, researchers used secondary data with a population of 20 companies. automotive listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the sample of this study using the purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 18 automotive companies. The results of this study indicate that the t-test of profitability and leverage variables has a positive effect on tax avoidance, while liquidity, capital intensity and firm size have no effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, for the f test of Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Capital Intensity, Firm Size has a positive effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG) featuring an Independent Board of Commissioners, and Environmental Performance on the proper valuation of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2020. The study employs purposive sampling, selecting 16 companies from the population of flat manufacturing companies on the IDX. Secondary data, sourced from annual financial statements on the IDX official website (www.idx.com) for the years 2016-2020, form the basis of the analysis. The findings indicate that: (1) CSR does not significantly affect Company Value, (2) GCG significantly influences Company Value, (3) Environmental Performance significantly impacts Company Value, and (4) collectively, CSR, GCG, and Environmental Performance exhibit a positive and significant influence on Company Value, with a coefficient of determination of 41.1%.

Abstract

Research with the aim of analyzing the influence of product quality factors, consumer satisfaction, trust and brand image on repurchase intention on Kanzler Frozen Food products. In quantitative research with primary data from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents as many as 100 consumers. Using descriptive analysis method and inferential analysis by conducting tests namely instrument test analysis, feasibility test of multiple linear regression correlation analysis models and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis showed that there was a positive influence on repurchase intention based on the results obtained in the regression equation model Y = 0.624 (X1) + 0.162 (X2) + 0.181 (X3) + 0.230 (X4). The due diligence interpretation stated that the model in this study passed the due diligence based on a significance value obtained of 0.000 in the ANOVA table, this means that all independent variables have a significant effect on repurchase intention. The results of the hypothesis testing in this study are based on the acquisition of a significance value for the product quality variable of 0.000, then the satisfaction variable of 0.014. Then the trust variable is 0.007 and the brand image variable is 0.001. So it was concluded that the hypothesis in this research was proven to be accepted based on the significance value obtained. The producers of Kanzler Frozen Food are advised on the Product Quality factor which has the greatest contribution value in terms of influence on consumer repurchase interest, paying more attention to consumer needs and desires in order to increase consumer repurchase interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions for Nike shoes in East Jakarta. The population in this study used a purposive sampling technique where the population was taken 100 people with a significance level of 95% and a standard deviation of 25%. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26.0 program. The results showed that product quality had a positive effect significant effect on purchasing decisions for Nike shoes in East Jakarta. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Nike shoes in East Jakarta. Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchases Nike shoes in East Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the influence of product quality, price perception, and brand ambassadors has on purchasing decisions for Garnier facial cleansing soap products in Jakarta. Data for primary data was used in this study to 100 respondents in the Garnier product respondent questionnaire. The analysis used in this study is SPSS version 23 which is used in the analysis of this study is multiple linear regression. The finding demonstrated that Product Quality, Perceived Price, and Brand Ambassador have a positive and significant impact on decisions to purchase Garnier products. This indicates that Garnier will increase purchasing decisions if it influences Product Quality, Perceived Price, and Brand Ambassador. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) value of 0.616 indicates that the factors Product Quality, Perceived Price, and Brand Ambassador perception contribute 61.6 %to the decision to purchase Garnier products, while other factors that were not examined influence 38.4%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze is there is an influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Communications, and Work Environment on Employee Performance. The data used in this research is using primary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires obtained by distributing questionnaires via google form to 56 employees of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance in Jakarta. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, which is processed through the SPSS version 25 program. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative method where the results are expressed by numbers. Based on research that has been done shows that Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Communication has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance.
