Abstract

This study aims to determine Website Quality, Information Quality and Buyer Trust in Purchase Decisions at Shopee's online shop in DKI Jakarta. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression and uses the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between Website Quality on Purchase Decisions seen from the tcount value of 2,214 and significant. For Purchase Decisions, it can be seen from the tcount that is equal to 3.131 and is significant. For Buyer Trust on Purchase Decisions, which can be seen from the tcount value, which is 3,490 and significant. Partially or stimulus has a strong influence among the three variables, the most significant is the Buyer Trust variable (X3). The results of this study expect Trust to increase Buyer Trust (X3) which can support Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and social media influencers on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products on Instagram social media in DKI Jakarta. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The source of the data in this research is primary data which is distributed in the form of a questionnaire to 100 respondents of Scarlett Whitening consumers in DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study used non-prabability sampling with purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear regression method and hypothesis testing which has been processed using the IBM SPSS Version 23 application to measure the regression coefficient. Based on the results of the partial t-test research found that product quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, this can be seen from the results of the t-test where t count > t table (2.577 > 1.98498) and significant (0.011 < 0.05). Brand image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, this can be seen from the results of the t test where t count >t table (5.234 > 1.98498) and significant (0.000 < 0.05). And Social Media Influencer (X3) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, this can be seen from the results of the t test where t count > t table (7.600 > 1.98498) and significant (0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that product quality, brand image and social media influencers have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Financial Performance. This study was processed using the eviews 10 application. In this study, there were 79 population of Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The sample of this research used purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria that have been set, then obtained 20 samples of companies that will be studied in this study. The results of this study show that partially, the Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and insignificant effect on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and insignificant effect on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) has a negative and insignificant effect on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a positive and significant impact on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, and brand image on purchasing decisions for bimoli cooking oil at Alfamart minimarkets in the Pasar Minggu area of South Jakarta. This study uses primary data which is obtained from distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using Bimoli cooking oil at the Alfamart minimarket in the Pasar Minggu area of South Jakarta and processing the data using the multiple linear regression analysis method on the SPSS 23 application. The results in this study that product quality, price perception, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Bimoli cooking oil at Alfamart minimarkets in the Pasar Minggu area of South Jakarta. In this case, the positive and significant influence explains that the better product quality, price perception, and brand image will improve purchasing decisions for consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, & Sales Growth on company value for food and beverage companies during the 2015-2021 period. The population in this study are companies in the food and beverage sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2015- 2021. Sampling was done by purposive sampling from 20 companies. Documentation is used as a method of data collection. Study data were analyzed using a panel data regression approach with a significance level of 0.05 using STATA 16 software. This analysis shows that Debt to Equity and sales growth variables have a positive and significant effect on cash ratios which have no effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of total assets turnover, debt to assets ratio, cash ratio and current ratio on financial performance of the Hotels, Restaurants and Tourism sub-sector Companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. This study uses secondary data by analysing the financial statements of 20 samples of companies, the sampling method using purposive sampling. It show that partially there is a positive and significant effect between total assets turnover and cash ratio on financial performance, while debt to assets ratio has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, and there is no effect between current ratio on financial performance. And research found that there were significant effect between total assets turnover, debt to assets ratio, cash ratio and current ratio on financial performance of the Hotels, Restaurants and Tourism sub-sector Companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period.

Abstract

Today, interactions between educators and students are not only carried out through face-to-face relationships but can also be carried out by utilizing digital media. Kurikulum Merdeka is a curriculum with various intra-curricular learning where the content will be more optimal so that students have enough time to explore concepts and strengthen competence. According to Krik & Miller qualitative research is a tradition in the scope of social science to observe a fundamental condition related to the people in it by using certain linguistic terms. The Implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka in order to restore learning through meaningful, fun, and relevant learning in accordance with the characteristics of the educational unit so that Pancasila’s students are realized who are critical, creative, independent, have faith, fear God Almighty, and have noble character, collaboration or team work, and have global diversity. Platform Merdeka Mengajar provides access for every teacher to receive training of the same quality, provides facilities for sharing inspiring good practices, makes use of available teaching tools for direct use/implementation, learning opportunities according to the needs and speed of teachers, becomes a forum for communication and networking between teachers area and get the latest teacher information and documents.

Abstract

Sektor teknologi secara berkala mengalami fluktuasi, dan istilah "Tech Winter" telah diciptakan untuk menggambarkan periode penurunan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap Tech Winter di Twitter, memanfaatkan kemampuan Natural Language Processing (NLP). Dengan menggunakan berbagai model NLP—Regresi Logistik, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest, Neural Network, dan Naive Bayes—penelitian ini membandingkan efektivitas mereka dalam menafsirkan sentimen yang diungkapkan dalam tweet. Temuan menawarkan pemahamantentang opini publik selama periode ini dan mengungkapkan model NLP yang paling efektif untuk analisis sentimen.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to explain how to manage an extracurricular team to achieve skilled worker status at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan. But the specific aims of this study are to: 1) explain how extracurricular teams are planned and run; 2) describes how the team is monitored and assessed; and 3) explain things that support and hinder extracurricular activities. The descriptive qualitative research method was chosen as the research design. The aim of qualitative research is to gain an understanding of the phenomena associated with the research subject. Extracurriculars at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan can improve student achievement at school. Because extracurriculars are very necessary in supporting student learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, brand image and customer satisfaction on repurchase interest in the hut pizza restaurant pondok kelapa, East Jakarta. This study uses quantitative research methods. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were the general public who had bought a pizza hut product once at a pizza hut restaurant in a coconut hut. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis with the data test used is multiple linear regression, several hypothesis tests and using the staticial product and service solution (SPSS) program version 25.0. The results of the study state that service quality has a positive and significant influence on repurchase interest. Partially, it has a positive and significant influence on repurchase interest in the hut pondok kelapa pizza restaurant. Meanwhile, simultaneously service quality, brand image and customer satisfaction have a significant influence on repurchase interest in restorant pizza hut pondok kelapa, East Jakarta.
