Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress, sleep quality and physical activity with the incidence of migraines in students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Mataram (FK UNRAM) class of 2021. This study is a type of observational analytical quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. This approach is done by looking for the relationship between the independent variable (exposure or risk factor) and the dependent variable (effect or effect) with data collection only done once at the same time. From the description above, it can be concluded that research on the relationship between stress, sleep quality, and physical activity with the incidence of migraines in students of the class of 2021 Faculty of Medicine, University of Mataram, results show that the prevalence of students who do not experience migraines is 80.0%, those who do not experience stress by 50.0%, who have good sleep quality by 71.7%, and who have moderate physical activity by 45.0%.

Abstract

According to WHO in Indonesia there are 8-10% of children with special needs. Children with special needs have a lower level of health in play than normal children. Based on a survey in Velezuelan and a study in Malaysia, autistic children have calculus with poor criteria. Autism is one of the complex disorders of child development. Autistic children have problems with their behavior, one of which is hyperactivity or hyperactivity. Hypnotherapy is a method of treatment and healing commonly known as hypnosis. Hypnosis is one therapy that is expected to reduce the level of hyperactivity and cooperation in children playing around their environment at school. This study aims to analyze the Hypnotherapy Method in Changing the Fighting Behavior of Children Playing in SDN Jango Elementary School, Central Lombok Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. As a result, although hypnotherapy can be an effective tool in improving one's mental well-being, it is important to consider individual needs and preferences as well as consult a qualified professional before using this method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Service Quality and Corporate Image on Customer Satisfaction. with the Random sampling technique as a determinant of the number of respondents indicated for customers of PT. Post Indonesia (Persero) West Jakarta Post Office, where this data collection method uses a questionnaire. Testing is done with Multiple Regression by testing the classical assumptions first, then testing the hypothesis partially with the t test and simultaneously with the f test. then look for the coefficient of determination to see how much the proportion of independent variables affects the variable bond. The results of the study stated that simultaneously (Test F) the independent variables studied, namely Service Quality and Corporate Image, had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. While the results of the partial test (T test) Service Quality has no positive effect on Customer Satisfaction and Corporate Image has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with a fairly large determination coefficient value of 74.3% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to test and analyze the effect of workload on the performance of employees of the wood processing department of PT. Revelation of Noble Power. This research is classified as explanatory research, which is testing based on theoretical and empirical studies. This research method will explain the relationship between variables by conducting a hypothesis test. It can be concluded that the workload (X1) has a positive and significant influence on performance (Y), indicating that the more appropriate and adequate the workload, the performance will increase. Nevertheless, employee perception shows that overall workload indicators are only sufficient, even if working conditions are perceived as good. Furthermore, compensation (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y), indicating that the morefair and worthy of compensation, the performance will increase.

Abstract

The study analyzes the errors in the idiosyncratic expressions of 2nd-semester undergraduates in the English Language Education Program at Tanjungpura University. The objectives of the study are to describe the types of errors encountered in the students’ idiosyncratic expressions. The method of research is descriptive. The research participants were the 2nd-semester undergraduate students of the English Language Education Program of Tanjungpura University. The data were collected from corpora written by the students. Idiosyncrasy occurred in the students’ text. 187 constructions, out of 244, were deemed idiosyncratic. the types of errors found in the students’ idiosyncratic expressions were verb form errors (24,60%), subject and verb agreement errors (19,25%), plurality errors (9,63%), pronoun errors (9,09%), preposition errors (9,63%), verb tense errors (8,56%), word form errors (8,56%), article errors (5,88%) and word order errors (4,81%).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difference between numeracy, critical thinking and communication skills in classes that apply OK-LCD with classes that apply the lecture method. The subjects of the study were grade I elementary school students in Bekasi totaling 28 people for the control class and 27 people for the experimental class. The study period was conducted for four weeks starting October 2 to October 20, 2023. This study used a weak experimental design method with a static-group pretest-posttest design model. Research data are obtained through written tests and rubrics that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the analysis and statistical tests showed the difference in control class pretest scores with control class post test, experimental class pretest scores with experimental class post test, and control class nGain with experimental class nGain on numeracy skills, critical thinking rubrics, and student communication rubrics. The data were expressed in the average nGain in the experimental class for numeracy, critical thinking and communication skills with consecutive scores of 0.56; 0,57; and 0.66. On average nGain in the control class for numeracy, critical thinking, and communication skills with consecutive scores of 0.40; 0,42; and 0.59. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an increase in numeracy, critical thinking and communication skills in the control class and experimental class.

Abstract

Community Service Activities that provide counseling on the importance of bookkeeping and training on bookkeeping and hospitalization recording for all incoming and outgoing goods activities to maintain the continuity of stock and raw material availability as well as cost efficiency efforts. The outcome that can be realized from this Community Service activity is that actors are able to carry out bookkeeping and recording of their business regularly by using hospitalization recording and calculating cost efficiency. Recording of stock-taking. As a result, "Saung Injuk Restaurant" has been done by the owner but only for ordering raw materials based on the remaining stock. 2) There has not been recorded a match between the initial number of products and after being sold which is then confirmed with the remaining stock. 3) There is a risk that the goods sold with the initial stock do not match the remaining stock.

Abstract

The purpose of this studyis to analyze the financial performance of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk tahun 2020 – 2022, in terms of the liquidity ratio, solvibility ratio, activity ratio and profitability ratio. Analysis ratio’s used for analyzing on this research. Based on the analysis of the liquidity ratio, using the current ratio, cash ratio and the quick ratio, the financial performance of PT Sariguna Primatirta Tbk tahun, it wasn’t good, because the company has a tendency to not cover its current liabilities on current assets, cash and bank’s saving and current assets regardless on inventories’ values. Then, based on the results of the solvency ratio analysis, seen from the debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio, it shows that the company's ability to pay off its debts, both short term and long term are still in good condition. This shows that the company's performance is quite good. From the results of the analysis using the activity ratio, working capital turnover shows that the company's working capital turnover in generating sales is still in good condition. Meanwhile, for total asset turnover, the company's ability to turnover total assets is ins’t good or unstable condition. Based on the results of profitability ratio analysis using net profit margin, return on equity and return on investment, there is instability, for return on equity and return on investment, meaning that the company's ability to generate net profits from its capital and assets is ins’t good or less stable. Meanwhile, the net profit margin results show that the company's ability to generate net profits from sales is still good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the age of the president director, the gender of the president director, the tenure of the president director, and the number of audit committees on profit management. The population of this study is affiliated companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021. The retrieval technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 48 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis of panel data processed with the Eviews program. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the number of audit committees affects profit management, the characteristics of the president director which include age, gender, and tenure of the president director do not affect the profit management of affiliated companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the IDX 2019-2021.

Abstract

The presence of multinational companies entering Indonesia has both positive and negative impacts on the communities around the company. The positive impacts that arise include the emergence of new jobs, new economic growth. The negative impacts that arise include environmental damage, pockets of poverty, crime and others. Efforts made by the company to reduce the negative impacts resulting from company activities through CSR programs. The CSR program run by the company adheres to a sustainable development approach where the company's activities do not interfere with the continuity of life for the next generation. A popular approach is the triple bottom line, namely a balance between people, planet and profit. In reality, the activities carried out through the CSR program have not had a positive impact on society, in fact there are still many negative impacts. This article attempts to examine why the implementation of CSR carried out by companies has not been able to provide positive results to society, especially in sustainable development efforts, what factors are behind sustainable development not being realized. The research method usesSystematic Literature Review (SLR). The results and discussion are that the existence of multinational companies in Indonesia in processing natural resource wealth does have big implications. The CSR concept that is developing with the idea of ​​sustainable development is a breath of fresh air in the development of this nation. But in reality, the CSR program that was implemented then fell short of expectations. The sustainable development campaign promoted by the company in the form of CSR is still limited to perpetuating the company's interests. The idea of ​​strong capitalism by multinational companies must be controlled by this country, especially the role of government and civil society.
