Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress and work environment on turnover intention by considering job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study used a quantitative type of research. The population in this study is employees of PT. Donghwa Electric Engineering consists of 183 direct man power and 27 indirect man power with a total population of 210 respondents as of September 2023. The result, that work stress and work environment have a negative but not significant effect on turnover intention at PT. Donghwa Electric Engineering, so the first (H1) and second (H2) hypotheses were rejected. However, work stress and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, so the third (H3) and fourth (H4) hypotheses are accepted. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on decreasing the intention to leave work, supporting the fifth hypothesis (H5).

Abstract

Aceh has a rich history of culture, but its history is also filled with events that shook the society. One of them is the Free Aceh Movement (GAM), which attracted the attention of not only the Indonesian people, but also the government and authoritarian parties (TNI-POLRI). The Free Aceh Movement has been analyzed and has a considerable literature review. GAM is also a topic that is often looked at by academics to analyze the events of the movement as a social phenomenon. In this paper, the authors approach GAM as an anthropological policing phenomenon through the lens of the theory. To compare with other studies, the authors also collected various literatures as a basis for analysis and as an instrument to strengthen the argument.

Abstract

This article discusses challenges arising from the implementation of the communal intellectual property registration system based on Regulation No. 13 of 2017 by the Minister of Law and Human Rights on Communal Intellectual Property Data. The urgency to conduct this research lies on the fact that Indonesian is rich in cultural heritage that acts as a basis for communal intellectual property but there are limitations in the existing communal intellectual property protection system. The purpose of this research aims to identify obstacles and challenges faced by relevant stakeholders in complying with the regulation. Research methods include normative legal research through secondary data that includes regulations, official documents, book reports and journals. The results reveal discrepancies between existing registration practices and the requirements stipulated in the regulation. Identified issues include negligence in data collection, a lack of understanding of the regulation, and resource limitations. The implications of these issues create barriers to the effectiveness of Communal Intellectual Property registration system.The article explores alternative solutions to enhance the performance of the registration system, including improvements in implementation guidelines, capacity-building for industry players, and strengthening collaboration among communal intellectual property stakeholders

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze specifically how each factor—work culture, work discipline, and work experience—impacts employee performance. This research is explanatory. An explanatory study generally aims to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship and influence between one variable and another. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that work culture, work discipline, and work experience have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the West Kendari District Office. Improvements in work culture, work discipline, and work experience each significantly improve employee performance. That is, any improvement in these three factors will contribute to the improvement of employee performance at the West Kendari District Office.

Abstract

The use of wood as a high-value product does not stop there. Paper, furniture, carbon, and rubber are examples of other non-timber forestry products that are often found in everyday life but are sourced from forests. The purpose of this study is to analyze South Korea's market potential for forestry products. In this study, we use qualitative methodology to understand and evaluate the opportunities and problems faced by Indonesian forestry products, as well as the global market potential for these products. The potential of Indonesian wood commodities and wood products to enter the South Korean market with minimal domestic supply still holds great potential. With abundant supply, offering quality, competitive prices and guaranteeing the required legality documents, it is believed that Indonesia has the opportunity to answer the needs of wood and wood products in the South Korean market in the future.

Abstract

In 21st century learning, teachers should be able to adjust to current conditions where technological developments can be utilized in the learning process. Learning media that utilizes technological developments in the field of education is Augmented Reality-based learning media. Augmented Reality as a learning media is expected to increase student learning motivation.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of Augmented Reality-based learning media on the learning motivation of grade VI elementary school students in learning social studies. This research uses a quantitative approach, Quasi Experimental Design with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects of this research were class VI students at SDN 102 Cikudayasa with a total of 50 students divided into experimental class and control class. The data collection techniques used were tests, questionnaires, and interviews. Based on the results of data analysis shows that student learning motivation in learning social studies in experimental class which used Augmented Reality-based learning media has increased very well compared to the control class. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Augmented Reality-based learning media on student learning motivation.

Abstract

The work of police as an institution is clear, to ensure safety, balance, order, and justice in a society. This paper will dive into the role of traffic police management and community policing to ensure order in DKI Jakarta. Policemen in Jakarta have different roles and different targets to achieve, some work to ensure justice is served to criminals and perpetrators by conducting investigations on reports. Some oversee daily lives of civilians in the province by ensuring traffic laws are being obeyed, and other activities that involve the lives of civilians. This concept is more recognized as community policing. In this study, qualitative methods through data collection and interviews are used in the research methods. Public and community transportation will also be taken into consideration as one of the concepts in the study as it is used as the theoretical lens.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of digital media on creative writing practices. Through a review of existing literature and analysis of relevant case studies, the study explores how digital platforms such as online blogs, social media, and interactive storytelling websites have reshaped the creative writing landscape. The findings reveal that digital media offer writers new tools and opportunities for experimentation, including multimedia elements and real-time audience engagement. However, challenges such as digital literacy and concerns about content authenticity also emerge. Overall, digital media have both positive and negative influences on creative writing, highlighting the need for further research and adaptation in the evolving digital environment.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain the elements influencing consumers' inclination to buy goods packaged in environmentally sustainable materials. The factors are consumers’ attitudes towards purchase behaviors, the influence of social factors, effectiveness perception, self-image considerations, community sense, quality of eco-friendly packaging, products with eco-friendly packaging pricing, and environmental knowledge. This research is conducted to complement the discoveries of the preceding research, with the distinction that this study is carried out in Indonesia. Primary data was obtained by conducting a direct survey with a sample size of 393 respondents using convenience sampling methods. This research is measured through scale variables, and is being analyzed with Cronbach Alpha, factor analysis, and other tools to identify the most influential factors to the least one which will be input into the regression model. The findings are that there are seven factors that impacting consumers' intention to purchase in Jakarta, which are the attitude of consumers toward purchasing behaviors, effectiveness perception, the pricing of products with eco-friendly packaging, community sense, self-image considerations, eco-friendly packaging quality, and environmental knowledge.

Abstract

The origin of women's creation cannot be separated from differences in interpretation and discussion in gender discourse. Based on Q.S.An-Nisa[4]: 1, this article aims to look back at the meaning of the verse from an ontological and axiological perspective. The method used in article writing is descriptive analytical. The theoretical framework is Hassan Hanafi's hermeneutic theory which consists of three criticisms, namely historical, eidetic and praxis. The result of the study is that Q.S. An-Nisa[4]:1 can be understood as the equality of the creation of man as a being who has a nafsio-physical unity. The ontologic implication is that women are self-made beings like men. Axiologically, women are no different from men in their roles because the relationship between men and women is equal and complementary.
