Abstract

Organizational discipline is very useful for companies in achieving employee performance. The purpose of the study was to see how the influence of discipline on the performance of employees of PT Alamjaya Wirasentosa Depo Pematangsiantar, which amounted to 25 employees. Data testing was carried out using a validity test with valid criteria and reliability with the results of reliable criteria normality test showing the results that the data distribution is normally distributed, the coefficient of determination with the results is 43% while the remaining 57% which is a variable that is not explained in this study, simple regression with the results equation Y = 22.884 + 0.824, and the results of the partial test show that there is a positive and significant influence of discipline on employee performance. This shows that good discipline will produce good performance, if the discipline is too binding then performance can decrease.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari pengaruh kemampuan guru menggunaan media pembelajaran secara daring terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan survey, dimana populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pahae Jae Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Metode analisis data dilakukan Uji Normalitas, Uji Analisis Regresi Sederhana, Uji Hipotesis dan Uji Keberartian Regresi. Dari perhitungan regresi linier sederhana, Y = 43,349 + 0,547X. bahwa nilai konstanta untuk kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran secara daring belajar sebesar 43,349 Pengaruh kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran secara daring dengan hasil belajar siswa akan mengalami peningkatan dengan asumsi independen lainnya. Independen tersebut menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier sederhananya bersifat positif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel (3,032 > 2,021) dan nilai signifikan <a (0,00<0,05).Selain itu juga bisa berdampak positif kepada guru sehingga guru siap menerima dan mengikuti segala perubahan dalam sistim pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan kinerja karyawan pada CV. Zam – Zam Jombang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Zam – Zam Jombang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) yang mana jumlah seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian yaitu kuesioner (angket). Teknik pengujian instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Teknik pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t, dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Fasilitas kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Zam – Zam Jombang; Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Zam – Zam Jombang; Fasilitas kerja dan komunikasi secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Zam – Zam Jombang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai pengaruh iklim organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja di SMK Kreatif Hasbullah Bahrul Ulum. Karena sebelumnya belum pernah ada penelitian yang meneliti hal serupa pada sekolahan ini. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan peneliti, diketahui bahwa ada beberapa permasalahan mengenai kepuasan kerja di sekolah tersebut, termasuk di dalamnya iklim organisasi dan komunikasi. Hal ini terjadi karena kondisi sekolah yang masih baru berdiri 5 tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh iklim organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja di SMK Kreatif Hasbullah Bahrul Ulum. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus), dengan sampel 34 responden. Teknik pengujian instrumen penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda serta hipotesis uji T dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada SMK Kreatif Hasbullah Bahrul Ulum, Komunikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada SMK Kreatif Habullah Bahrul Ulum, sedangkan Iklim Organisasi dan Komunikasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada SMK Kreatif Hassbullah Bahrul Ulum.

Abstract

The medical record file in a hospital is one that affect the quality of reports in the medical record unit. The return of medical record files that are not timely calculated from the timet the patient returns home results in delays in data processing, reporting, insurance claims and delays in service to patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the return of medical record files in supporting the quality of reports and the level of delay in medical record files.The method used is descriptive method. Method of data collection is done by observasion, interviews and documentation studies. The result of the study show that there are still frequent delays in returning inpatient medical record files. The delay is caused by the doctor’s indiscipline in filling out the form which causes data proccessing and report quality to be ineffective.

Abstract

This study is expected to describe the types of problems/difficulties experienced by students when learning to write scientific papers is carried out using Google Classroom media. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach because it wants to describe the results of the data that has been collected, namely the problems of using Google Classroom media in learning to write scientific papers. The sample in this study was 64 students of class XI SMK Marisi Medan majoring in Office Governance Automation and Institutional Financial Accounting. As a result, students have difficulty understanding the material because learning is only done using Google Classroom media, besides that students also have difficulty using Google Classroom media because they are using this media for the first time. There are two factors that cause difficulties for these students, namely internal factors such as students lack of interest in participating in learning because they feel bored, and external factors such as lack of guidance and support from parents. The most dominant problem that occurs is the unavailability of quotas and students feel they have no interest in participating in learning because they do not understand the learning material presented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada anak Sekolah Dasar di Desa Pucakwangi dengan tujuan mengetahui intensitas komunikasi keluarga dalam memotivasi belajar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di Desa Pucakwangi Kecamatan Pucakwangi Kabupaten Pati. Subyek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V SD. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan pencatatan. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmasibilitas. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intensitas komunikasi orang tua dalam memotivasi belajar berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan hasilnya empat narasumber memiliki intensitas komunikasi yang baik dan motivasi belajar yang tinggi mereka adalah keluarga Ibu SP, EV, RR dan WA. Enam narasumber memiliki intensitas komunikasi yang tidak baik dan motivasi belajar yang rendah adalah keluarga Ibu MI, SP, NI, SM, JI dan UM. Faktor yang mempengaruhi intensitas komunikasi berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan dan pekerjaan yang berbeda adalah enam narasumber intensitas komunikasi dipengaruhi oleh faktor kesibukan orang tua dengan pekerjaan yaitu keluarga Ibu MI, SP, RR, WA, NI dan UM. Tiga narasumber dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan menonton tv, penggunaan handphone yang berlebihan mereka adalah keluarga Ibu SP, EV dan JI. Satu narasumber yaitu keluarga Ibu SM dipengaruhi oleh sikap pendiam/introvert anak yang lebih nyaman dengan kebiasaan bermain game online

Abstract

Abstract Pakcoy is a popular vegetable, besides being easy to cultivate, it also contains many benefits. In 2017-2019 Pakcoy production decreased. This is caused by several factors, one of which is the use of planting media and fertilization. The purpose of this experiment was to determine the interaction between the composition of the growing media and the concentration of complementary fertilizers on the growth and yield of pakcoy plants. This experiment was carried out in Sindanglaya Village, Tanjungsiang Disrtict, Subang Regency with an altitude of 700 meters above sea level an average daily temperature of 27.27ºC. The experiment was carried out in July-August 2020. The design used was a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of two factors and repeated twice. The first factor is the composition of the planting medium (M) which consists of four levels, namely: m0 = (soil), m1 = (soil + sheep manure), m2 = (soil + cow manure), m3 = (soil + manure ) chicken). The second factor is the concentration concentration of bayfolan liquid complementary fertilizer (P) which consists of four levels, namely: p1 = (1 ml L-1), p2 = (2 ml L-1), p3 = (3 ml L-1), p4 = (4 ml L-1). The experimental results showed the interaction of planting media and bayfolan liquid complementary fertilizers on wet weight. Soil planting medium + chicken manure (m3) and liquid complementary fertilizer 2 ml L-1 (p2) showed the best results, namely 1.07 kg.

Abstract

This research is a research that discusses quantitatively to determine the effect on each variable of participatory leadership style and the application of green hotel management on environmental performance by using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis tool with the help of AMOS 2.0 software. The number of representative samples are employees who have worked for two years because these employees already understand how to implement Green Hotel Management at The Dharmawangsa Hotel with a total of 128 employees. In the study there were measurements carried out are validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests and multivarite ouliers tests, Goodness of fit analysis and SEM analysis hypothesis testing. The results showed that for H1 the critical ratio value was 2.526 > 1.96 and the probability value was p = 0.00 < 0.05 this indicates H1 is accepted. For H2 the critical ratio is 3.103 > 1.96 and the probability value is p = 0.00 < 0.05. This shows H2 is accepted. For H3 see the goodness of fit measurement if the model results have met the requirements because the GOF index value has been fulfilled, then for H3 it is accepted. Finding on this research the leader has a key role in integrating the concept of sustainability into the hotel's business goals and strategies in providing examples of duties and authority to make the green hotel program a success in order to improve environmental performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Analisis Faktor Yang Menentukan Keputusan Pembelian Pada Online Shop “Shopee” di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi semester 2 Universitaas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. Dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling sejumlah 90 responden. hasil dalam penelitian ini pada analisis regresi linier berganda dapat diketahui Nilai R square = 0,467 menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dapat menjelaskan variabel Y sebesar 46,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 53,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain, dan dalam uji f dapat diketahui nilai F hitung (25,089) > F tabel (0,271) dan nilai Sig. (0,000) < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sedangkan dalam uji T dijelaskan bahwa nilai t hitung variabel X1 (Faktor Psikologi) terhadap variabel Y (Keputusan Pembelian) sebesar 3,613 lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,678 dengan nilai signifikansi t = 0,001 lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa faktor psikologis dan faktor sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada online shop shopee di mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi semester 2 Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah.
