Abstract

At this time technology, information and communication (Science and Technology) is developing very rapidly, and bringing changes in various sectors including the world of libraries, so that the use of technology is very, very important and people from all walks of life have used it. A digital library is a library that stores data in the form of books, pictures, sound in electronic form and distributes it using electronic rules. This study aims to determine the benefits of the database for the UINSU digital library from various electronic resources such as e-journals, e-books, and so on. The research methodology used in this research is qualitative research by collecting data from various journals as well as interviews conducted with UINSU students. With the holding of a digital library by the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, it will make it easier for students to access both books, journals, scientific work, theses and so on with fun tools, namely electronic devices such as gadgets and computers, and users are no longer physically bound during library service hours where visitors have to visit the library to get information. The results of the research show that the database as a system is used for data management with specific functions and purposes so that its use is experiencing rapid development. The presence of this electronic database has brought significant changes and progress to digital libraries, this is due to the existence of a database in digital libraries, especially the UINSU digital library, so it is able to manage various available electronic resources such as e-journals, e-books, repositories and books. classics are similarly arranged and well classified

Abstract

Anak-anak kurang berminat pada pembelajaran Matematika, sehingga kebanyakan Anak-anak menganggap matematika merupakan pembelajaran yang sulit untuk dipahami dan tidak menarik. Matematika dianggap membosankan karena pemberian materi yang monoton dan pemberian soal-soal setelah pembelajaran. Maka dari itu diperlukan inovasi agar Anak-anak tertarik dan pembelajaran matematika menjadi menyenangkan, salah satunya dengan menggunakan metode bernyanyi. Penulis mengambil sample pada SD Kelas 3. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam menginovasi pembelajaran matematika agar Anak-anak lebih tertarik dalam mempelajari matematika. Artikel ini disusun dengan menggunakan design Tinjauan Pustaka. Melalui metode bernyanyi pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan memudahkan Anak-anak untuk mengingatnya sehingga Anak-anak bersemangat mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of human resources, work professionalism and commitment to employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Branch Customer Service Unit. This research is a quantitative research. Respondents who became the sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires, interviews, field observations and documentation. Data processing and statistical analysis used the SPSS and Microsoft Excel programs with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the validity and reliability tests, all research instruments are valid, valid and reliable. The data analysis technique used is the coefficient of determination test (R2) through multiple linear regression tests. The statistical test results in this study stated that the variables of human resource quality (X1), work professionalism (X2), commitment (X3) were able to explain employee performance (Y) by 51.6% while the remaining 48.4% were influenced or explained by variables which were not included in this research model. From the Coefficientsa table, the multiple linear regression equation Y = 8.698 + 0.928 + 0.600 + 0.857 is obtained. Partially the quality of human resources (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), work professionalism (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), commitment (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously the quality of human resources (X1), work professionalism (X2), commitment (X3) together have a significant influence on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Support and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Denai Customer Service Unit. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this study are employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Medan Denai Customer Service Unit, namely 60 employees. The research sample was obtained using the entire population to be used as a sample, namely as many as 60 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The suitability test using the t test and F test was carried out to test the effect partially and simultaneously between the independent variables and the dependent variable with the assumption that other variables are considered constant. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, it is known that the multiple linear regression equation of this study is: Y = 7.182+ 0.380X1 + 0.225X2. The positive equation value indicates that if there is an increase in Organizational Support and Employee Engagement, the Employee Performance will also increase. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated f value is 39,180 with a sig level of 0.000, therefore the sig value is 0.000 > 0.05 and the calculated F value is 39,180 > F table 3.16. This shows that Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that the independent variables X1 and X2 are significantly simultaneous positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Y. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.564 or 56.4%. This means that the percentage of Organizational Support (X1) and Employee Engagement (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is 56.4%, while the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other variables not examined by this study such as motivation, job satisfaction, commitment, loyalty and others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using social media on purchasing decisions for Erni Dimsum in Medan, Johor. To determine the effect of product differentiation on purchasing decisions on erni dimsum in Medan, Johor. To determine the effect of the use of social media and product differentiation on purchasing decisions on erni dimsum in Medan, Johor. This research uses quantitative method. The population used in this study were 95 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and observations. data processing using the SPSS 23.0 application with a significance level of 0.05. From the results tested using SPSS validity and reliability testing to get valid and reliable results, Data Analysis Techniques using the Determination (R) test through multiple linear testing states that the variables Social Media Use (X1) Product Diffrentiation (X2) and Purchase Decision (Y ) on erni dimsum in Johor field by 85% showing the use of social media and product differentiation on purchasing decisions erni dimsum. While the remaining 15% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model. Based on calculations performed using SPSS 23.0, the multiple regression equation for the regression model is as follows: Y = -0.713 +0.376 x1 + 0.758 x2+ e. Social Media Usage Variables (X1) Product Diffrentiation (X2) together have a significant influence on Purchase Decisions (Y) for erni dimsum in Medan, Johor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the error phases that often occur in grade IV students when working on narrative questions on calculating the perimeter and area of ​​squares and rectangles at SDN 1 Wameo. This research is classified as field research using qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out using test and interview techniques. Methods of data analysis using include the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that student errors at each stage of the Newman procedure, including the stages of reading questions, understanding questions, problem transformation, processing skills, and writing final answers, still occur quite frequently when working on questions about the perimeter and area of ​​squares and rectangles. These errors originate from students who do not fully understand the problem, which prevents them from finding out what is already known and what questions have been asked. In addition, for errors made during the transformation stage, especially because students cannot accurately transform story problems into mathematical models, students cannot create formulas to accurately calculate the perimeter, area, width, and length of squares and rectangles. As a result of errors at the level of process skills, students cannot solve problems using the right methods to perform mathematical operations. Due to the inability of students to do division and multiplication of two or more numbers correctly, errors in process skills appear. Finally, students make mistakes by using inappropriate processes. Mistakes made when writing final answers, such as when students fail to complete answers, fail to find final solutions, or make mistakes when writing final answers because they fail to double-check the answer sheet.

Abstract

Potensi Wisata kuliner Cirebon sangat tinggi Kuliner Cirebon menjadi tujuan utama Wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke Kota Cirebon. Dan munculnya beberapa kuliner yang baru dengan memodifikasi jenis kuliner yang sudah adamenjadikan Kuliner Khas Cirebon semakin bervariasi dan diharapkan menambah kemenarikan kunjungan Wisatawan. Penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat membuktikan Analisis Differensiasi Produk Kuliner Lokal Dalam Mendukung Pariwisata Kota Cirebon. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pentingnya differernsiasi produk Kuliner Lokal dalam menarik Wisatawan untuk datang ke Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi atau mixed methods, metode ini merupakan penggabungan antara metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Menggunakan analisa regresi berganda hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa baik differensiasi produk memegang peranan dalam pengambilan keputusan konsumen

Abstract

The most common nutritional disorder in pregnant women is Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED). Anemia and Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women is the main cause of bleeding and infection which are the main factors of maternal death. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze SEZ factors in pregnant women at the Gunung Anyar Health Center in Surabaya. The design of this study was Quantitative Analytical Observational using a cross sectional approach, the population was all pregnant women who visited during the last 3 months totaling 100 people, the sample in this study was determined by the Lemeshow formula as many as 30 respondents, the sampling technique in this study was Accidental Sampling, Univariate analysis is presented in the form of a frequency distribution and bivariate analysis used is Chi-Square.The results of this study were that there was no relationship between education (p=0.537), there was a relationship between work (p=0.002), there was no relationship between pregnancy spacing (p=1.000), there was a relationship between age (p=0.001), there was no relationship between knowledge (p=0.372).The conclusion is that there is a relationship between work and age, and there is no relationship between education, spacing of pregnancies, and knowledge with Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnant women. Suggestion To be able to conduct research using variables such as parity, infectious diseases, etc. because there are still many factors associated with the incidence of Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women

Abstract

The economy of the village community is an important factor in assessing the success of village development according to Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning villages article 1 number 6 states that village-owned enterprises, hereinafter referred to as BUMDes, are business entities whose capital is wholly or partly owned by the village through direct participation originating from village assets separated to manage assets, services and other businesses for the maximum welfare of the village community. This article states that the management of BUMDes is carried out entirely by village communities from village by village and for village communities in an effort to strengthen their economy and is formed based on the needs and economic potential of village resources. It is hoped that the establishment of BUMDes is not only oriented towards institutional profits but also prioritizes improving the economy and social life of village communities. This study aims to assess the feasibility of implementing village-owned enterprise (BUMDes) business activities from economic and social aspects. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, observation and literature review with subjects as key research informants, namely BUMDes managers, village heads and one BUMDes service user. Measurement assessment analysis uses aspects of the feasibility study indicators. The results of the study show that the existence of Sekar Pandan BUMDes in Karangpandan Rejoso Pasuruan Village in terms of vision, mission and objectives is currently still not appropriate, so that its positive role in improving the economy and social cannot be directed by the village community in general, while from a business feasibility assessment it is still necessary to increase the management capacity of the community with assistance and guidance from related agencies on a cross-sectoral basis

Abstract

Archive affairs in governance have a very important role, good records management is a reflection of the implementation of good governance. Archives cannot be separated from bureaucratic reform, the quality of archives management is one of the indicators for evaluating the implementation of bureaucratic reform in the area of change in governance arrangements. But unfortunately so far archive affairs in Indonesia are still underestimated and have not received great attention in the process of administering government. This prompted the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) to launch the National Archives Awareness Movement (GNSTA) as an effort to increase awareness of the importance of archives and archive management. Through this research, the authors try to describe how the GNSTA optimization in the Sleman Regency Library and Archives Service supports the implementation of bureaucratic reform. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the optimization of GNSTA by the Library and Archives Service of Sleman Regency had been carried out well, but it still needed to be optimized to support the implementation of bureaucratic reform. Awareness of the importance of archives must be increased in order to create an awareness culture of orderly records in government administration so that it will support the implementation of bureaucratic reform and create good governance
