Abstract

Gender identity is self-concept which implicates the identification of someone as man or woman (Baron & Bryne, 2004). Gender is the characteristic of someone’s personality and influenced by his/her gender role The Batak Toba Tribe has the traditions and cultures that are unique and different to other cultures in Indonesia. One of them is the role of men is higher than women. In modern era nowadays, whereas, there are women who choose to be a career women in which makes their existence as women is higher than men. This leads to the question of how the women in Batak Toba Tribe live the gender identity in their family observed in the aspect of access, participation, control, and benefit that they have as career women. The purpose of this study was to the appreciation of gender identity in Toba Batak career women in North Sumatra. The method used is qualitative approach with observation and interview in data collection technique. The result of the research shows that the life of gender identity of women in Batak Toba Tribe in their household live is similar from the aspect of access side, yet the burden is bigger. Whereas, the participation, control, and benefit side of women in Batak Toba Tribe is less in the occasion to take decisions of the household. The conclusion from the research results is that there is inequality in the appreciation of gender identity in career women of the Batak Toba tribe

Abstract

Caring is a basic soft skill of a nurse to make a good quality of service towards the patient in a hospital. As one of the ward in RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G Ngoerah, the study of nurse’s caring behavior in Flamboyan ward never done before. The aims of this research are to asses the characteristic of the sample (age, educational level, sex) and measure the caring behavior of the nurses. This research is a descriptive-non experimental research, using quantitative approach. The characteristics of the sample divided into age, sex and educational level. The caring behavoiur of the nurses were measured by using Swanson Caring Level instrument. This study shown the most of the respondents are male respondent (59,44%),, by the age, most of them are in the category of 36-45 years old (31,11%) and bythe educational level, most of them were undergraduate (42,78%). The result of the study shown that the level of caring behavior in a “Good” category are 76,67%. This study can be used as an evaluation of caring level of the nurse to maintain the quality of care to the patient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model Pembelajaran Talking Stick berbantuan LKPD Mind Mapping di SMP Negeri Satap Matawai Iwi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas VIII B yang berjumlah 27 orang. Teknik dan instrumen pengambilan data yang digunakan tes, observasi dan dokumentasi pada materi Sistem Ekskresi Manusia. Pengukuran hasil belajar difokuskan pada ranah kognitif dan keaktifan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penerapan model Pembelajaran Talking Stick berbantuan LKPD Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik kelas VIIIB SMP Negeri Satap Matai Iwi dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hal ini dapat ditunjukan pada hasil keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada prasiklus 25,92% pada siklus I 51,85% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 85,18%. Penerapan Pembelajaran Talking Stick berbantuan LKPD Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas VIIIB SMP Negeri Satap Matai Iwi. Hal tersebut berdasarkan hasil tes hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik prasiklus 63,33%, siklus I 70,92% dan siklus II 79,62%.

Abstract

The incidence of bronchopneumonia in developing countries including Indonesia is almost 30% in children under 5 years of age with a high risk of death. Bronchopneumonia or pneumonia is the main cause of death in children worldwide with a total of up to 70% of deaths in the world. bronchopneumonia treated by oxygenation. The basic need for oxygenation is the most vital basic need in human life. This is related to the process of cell metabolism, where this process requires oxygen in the body. If there is a lack of oxygen, it can have a significant impact on the body. Goeteng Taroena Adibrata The research design is descriptive through case studies in patients with basic needs for oxygenation with a medical diagnosis of bronchopneumonia. The population is all patients who experience bronchopneumonia with a sample of 1 respondent. Data collection was carried out by means of anamnesis, observation, physical examination, and documentation study. Data analysis by validating the results of the study with the IDHS to draw conclusions about the nursing problems that arose in the respondents. The results of this study are that coughing and shortness of breath in children have been reduced by being given nebulizer therapy with decreased sputum production specifications, improved breathing patterns and improved respiratory frequency

Abstract

As time goes by, uterine cavities and complaints of pain with high quality and longer duration increase. Such conditions make pain one of the symptoms most often felt by ca uteri patients and make it a top priority for nursing diagnoses that often appear in nursing care. An uncomfortable condition that comes from physical and psychological problems, ca uteri patients are expected to be able to control the pain. The purpose of this case study is to provide alternative interventions that can be performed for ca uteri patients non-pharmacologically. Deep breathing relaxation can reduce muscle tension, and anxiety to prevent increased pain stimulation, as an alternative to pain management. This research used a case study with a nursing care approach as a descriptive method. All ca uteri patients were included in the study population through simple random sampling method. One ca uteri patient participated in this study. The results of the study found that deep relaxation can reduce the discomfort scale of pain intensity and duration of pain so that patients can rest. It has been proven that deep breathing relaxation therapy can reduce pain by using it 10 times a day for three days, with a break every five times. The patient no longer complained of pain and showed a decrease in pain and anxiety

Abstract

The negative impact of anxiety in the preoperative phase is very large in the occurrence of complications in patients in the form of bleeding if there is a significant increase in blood pressure so that prevention efforts are needed so that it does not occur. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between anxiety and blood pressure in pre-operative patients at Graha Husada Hospital Bandar Lampung in 2022. The type used in this study was quantitative. The research design used in this study was correlation analytic with a cross sectional approach to research implementation. This study was conducted from January to August and data collection will be planned on August 1 – August 25, 2022. The number of samples in this study were 70 respondents and the statistical test used was the Chi-square test. The results of the study were more respondents who experienced mild anxiety, namely 34 (48.6%). And more respondents who experienced early stage 1, namely 34 (48.6%), and there was a relationship between blood pressure anxiety in patients before surgery at home. Graha Husada Hospital Bandar Lampung in 2022 with a p value of 0.001

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika materi pecahan melalui model pembelajaran pmri pada peserta didik kelas III B SDN Banjarbendo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian PTK yang dilakukan melalui dua siklus. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dengan lembar observasi serta tes hasil belajar. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III B yang berjumlah 22 siswa, terdiri dari 14 laki-laki dan 8 perempuan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik yang sebelumnya sebanyak 77% peserta didik yang tidak tuntas. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan model pembelajaran PMRI, model pembelajaran PMRI dianggap mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III-B pada materi pecahan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari data hasil belajar peserta didik yang diperoleh setelah diterapkan siklus I menunjukkan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 68%, dan setelah dilakukan siklus II ketuntasan belajar peserta didik naik menjadi 72%. Berdasarkan analisis data tersebut maka peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran PMRI pada materi pecahaan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas III-B SDN Banjarbendo

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of classroom management to enhance the students' interest in learning in Grade V of State Elementary School 2 Bone-Bone. This study is a field research using a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative descriptive method involves describing data using words that correspond to the obtained data. The data collection techniques used in this research include observation, interviews, and documentation study. These three techniques are utilized to obtain the expected data. The research findings conclude that prior to teaching, teachers should create a classroom management plan and implement it through the application of classroom management principles and approaches, while consistently monitoring classroom management by considering factors and obstacles. Specifically, the research findings can be described as follows: 1) Classroom management planning should be carried out by creating a plan before entering the classroom; 2) Classroom management implementation aims to establish a good relationship with the school community by applying the principles of warmth and enthusiasm, challenge, variety, appreciation, emphasizing positive aspects, and discipline; 3) Ongoing supervision is conducted by the school principal over the teaching process; 4) Supportive and inhibiting factors significantly influence classroom management by teachers

Abstract

Relaksasi dan restrukturisasi kredit bagi UMKM melalui program Kurda Sayang (Kredit Usaha Rakyat daerah Sidoarjo yang gemilang). Program Kurda Sayang bisa diakses hanya melalui bank resmi Pemkab Sidoarjo, yaitu BPR Delta Artha. Adapun Undang – Undang (UU) yang mengatur program Kurda Sayang adalah Peraturan Bupati Sidoarjo Nomor 95 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Kredit Uasaha Rakyat Daerah Di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Tujuan adanya program ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi program bantuan kredit pemerintah ini. Selama program ini berjalan ada beberapa permasalahan yang timbul seperti penyaluran program yang belum merata dan jumlah nominal yang diajukan tidak sesuai dengan yang diterima. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukannya evaluasi dengan teori evaluasi oleh William N Dunn yang memiliki 6 indikator yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, pemerataan, responsivitas dan ketepatan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pada indikator efektivitss program ini belum cukup efektif karena penyampain sosialisasi yang belum maksimal karena kurangnya kerja sama antara masyarakat dengan pihak yang diberikan undangan, pada indikator efisien program ini sudah cukup efisien karena proses pengajuan program sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Sidoarjo Nomor 95 Tahun 2020 Pasal 8 yaitu, Pemrosesan kredit oleh PT.BPR Delta Artha maksimal 7 hari, lalu pada indikator kecukupan program ini dinilai sudah cukup karena penyelenggaraan program ini sudah berjalan sesuai dengan target yaitu memprioritaskan pelaku UMKM, lalu pada indikator pemeratan dinilai sudah merata yaitu sesuai dengan peraturan bupati, pada indikator responsivitas program ini sudah dinilai baik karena pegawai BPR merespon keluhan yang disampaikan masyarakat dengan baik, yang terakhir adalah indikator ketepatan program ini dinilai sudah tepat sasaran dan sesuai dengan manfaat dan tujuan program

Abstract

This study aims to design an existing material into a new material format with the aim of creating teaching and learning activities that are more active, interesting and meaningful than before, and do not conflict with the curriculum. This development research uses a contextual approach. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. However, in this study, researchers only carried out the ADDIE development model only up to the Development stage. This research was conducted at SDS Al-Washliyah 80 Kisaran. The object of research is the reviewer of material experts, teaching materials experts and learning experts or fourth grade elementary school teachers. The results of the study include validation 1 with material experts obtaining a score of 71.2 with appropriate criteria. Furthermore, in validation 2 by material experts, it obtained a score of 81.6 with very feasible criteria. The results of validation with teaching materials experts at stage 1 obtained a score of 69,6 with appropriate criteria and at stage 2 validation with teaching materials experts obtained a score of 85.6 in the very feasible category. The results of the validation by learning experts or teachers obtained a score of 92.6 with very decent criteria. From the scores obtained from the three experts, it can be said that the thematic teaching materials for theme 6 my ideals with a developed contextual approach can be used in the learning process
