Abstract

 ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian – Munculnya berbagai brand ­­global yang menawarkan makanan yang berasal dari Negara lain di berbagai daerah di Jawa Timur mulai menarik bagi konsumen khususnya generasi milenial. Hal ini tentu menjadi pekerjaan rumah baik bagi pelaku bisnis juga pemerintah dalam mempertahankan kelestarian makanan local tradisional (MLT) agar tetap eksis dan disukai oleh konsumen khususnya masyarakat local sebagai “pemilik” budaya dan tradisi setempat. Authenticity merupakan satu kekuatan yang dimiliki MLT yang sulit untuk diimplementasikan secara maksimal oleh brand makanan global. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk menyelidiki pengaruh authenticity yang mengarah pada perasaan emosional generasi millenial berupa pride dan loyalitasnya terhadap MLT dibandingkan dengan makanan global. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksplanatori yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara authenticity MLT, pride, serta loyalty. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 200 responden milenial kelahiran tahun 1980-2000 yang berdomisi di Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Pendekatan Variance Based SEM dengan alat analisis smartPLS 3.0 digunakan dalam penelitian. Temuan – Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa authenticity secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan pada loyalty dan pride. Selanjutnya, variable pride juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi loyalty kuliner local tradisional pada konsumen milenial di Jawa Timur. Selain itu, pride sebagai reaksi emosional yang dirasakan konsumen mampu memediasi secara partial hubungan antara authenticity dan loyalty.  Keterbatasan penelitian – Dinamika konsumen terhadap MLT tentu memerlukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut terkait dengan faktor-faktor pendorongnya. Tidak hanya terbatas pada authenticity, pride dan loyalty pada konsumen local, variable lain serta responden dari luar wilayah bisa peluang bagi penelitian selanjutnya.  Originality/value – Studi ini mengungkapkan kekuatan strategi authenticity MLT saat bersaing dengan merek makanan global sebagai upaya pelestarian budaya local. Untuk mendapatkan manfaat yang berkelanjutan, MLT perlu meningkatkan pride dan loyalitas konsumen yang secara tidak langsung berguna sebagai agen promosi MLT baik pada masyarakat domestic maupun wisatawan manca Negara.Keywords : Authenticity, Pride, Loyalty, Local Food

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh potensi ekonomi terhadap pembangunan ekonomi hijau  melalui kearifan lokal dan peran koperasi susu di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 120 anggota koperasi susu di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan proportional random sampling. Kuisioner penelitian digunakan sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data primer. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, meliputi pembangunan ekonomi hijau,  kearifan lokal, potensi ekonomi, dan peran koperasi susu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh potensi ekonomi terhadap pembangunan ekonomi hijau  melalui kearifan lokal dan peran koperasi susu.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a global reality that affects the fabric of all human life from all levels and attacks anyone who can be infected, and is a common threat that must be prevented by breaking its life cycle. Problems related to the application of health protocols in efforts to prevent Covid-19 such as indiscipline in implementing health protocols, ignoring calls to wear masks when doing activities outside the home are still being ignored. In the current situation and conditions, public awareness to be obedient and obedient in implementing health protocols has an important role as an effort to reduce the number of Covid-19 cases. This activity is a community service activity that is integrated with the Village Development activities of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Merdeka Pasuruan related to efforts to make residents independent in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The material provided in this education is about the COVID-19 prevention health protocol in the new normal era and how to use hand sanitizers and masks as well as physical distancing. Before the education was carried out, the team conducted information gathering on the extent of public knowledge about Covid-19. Based on extracting information, before being given education, the public did not really understand what to do to prevent COVID-19 and nowadays it is rare to strictly enforce protocols. The community hopes that with re-education, the community can understand and become more aware of the importance of maintaining personal hygiene, diligently washing hands, using the right masks and keeping a distance

Abstract

This study aims to create alternative strategies that must be carried out by policy makers and mass organizations or NGOs as well as the community in an effort to prevent the spread and cutting of the Covid-19 cycle at the UNMER Pasuruan Community Service Center 2020 location in Rejoso District, Pasuruan Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The purpose of the SWOT analysis is to adjust the strengths and weaknesses possessed by the opportunities and threats faced by the government and mass organizations or NGOs and the community in order to create a healthy and ideal living environment that is free from the shackles of Covid-19.

Abstract

The tourism village development program is a form of community empowerment program to maximize the village's potential in improving people's welfare. The development of Patuguran village tourism towards a tourist village will have a positive impact on the economic development of local communities by increasing people's income, being able to provide job opportunities and provide additional income for the village government through the collection of levies. This research was conducted to find out the form of community empowerment action in the tourism village development program. This research uses a qualitative approach through case studies. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, and document studies. Community empowerment is carried out by optimizing tourism village development programs to become tourism commodities based on local potential in the form of mangrove forests. The development of the Patuguran tourism village, Rejoso sub-district, Pasuruan Regency will provide changes for the community, especially in increasing their knowledge and economy. Therefore, the community empowerment program in Patuguran village can be used as a reference in ecotourism-based community empowerment activities.

Abstract

In the modern age, it is increasingly trend to care for such animals as cats and dogs. This causes health services to compete to be competitive. Customer satisfaction is an important aspect of business success. Customer satisfaction is obtained by improving the service quality, tariffs and facilities. This study aimed to find out the effect of service quality, tariffs and facilities at the Drh. Fitri Hamidah clinik in Pasuruan city to customer satisfaction. This study, using quantitative research methods and 75 respondents take samples. Data collection techniques carried out through library research, observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). The results showed that there was a contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 76,9% with the results of the calculated F Test > F table, namely 83,291 > 2,74 which explains service quality (X1), tariff (X2) and facilities (X3) have positif dan significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y). The t-test of the variable service quality (X1) have positif dan significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y) with value t count > t table, which is 6.992 > 1.66. The t-test results on the variable tariff (X2) have positif dan significant impact of customer satisfaction (Y) with value t count > t table, which is 4.079 > 1.66. Whereas the results of the variable facilities (X3) have positif dan significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y) with t count > t table, which is 10.546 > 1.66

Abstract

The economy of the village community is an important factor in assessing the success of village development according to Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning villages article 1 number 6 states that village-owned enterprises, hereinafter referred to as BUMDes, are business entities whose capital is wholly or partly owned by the village through direct participation originating from village assets separated to manage assets, services and other businesses for the maximum welfare of the village community. This article states that the management of BUMDes is carried out entirely by village communities from village by village and for village communities in an effort to strengthen their economy and is formed based on the needs and economic potential of village resources. It is hoped that the establishment of BUMDes is not only oriented towards institutional profits but also prioritizes improving the economy and social life of village communities. This study aims to assess the feasibility of implementing village-owned enterprise (BUMDes) business activities from economic and social aspects. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, observation and literature review with subjects as key research informants, namely BUMDes managers, village heads and one BUMDes service user. Measurement assessment analysis uses aspects of the feasibility study indicators. The results of the study show that the existence of Sekar Pandan BUMDes in Karangpandan Rejoso Pasuruan Village in terms of vision, mission and objectives is currently still not appropriate, so that its positive role in improving the economy and social cannot be directed by the village community in general, while from a business feasibility assessment it is still necessary to increase the management capacity of the community with assistance and guidance from related agencies on a cross-sectoral basis

Abstract

Empowerment of Micro Enterprises and Cooperatives plays an important and strategic role in supporting the success of the MSME and cooperative programs, especially in the economic businesses of MSME and cooperative actors so that the potential that exists in society can be optimized and developed in the world of entrepreneurship. Empowerment activities for good and professional micro and cooperative businesses will have a positive impact on the local economy in particular and at the same time the national economy. Empowerment through training and mentoring of micro and cooperative businesses is expected to be a reference for partners in doing entrepreneurship. Various efforts in the context of developing MSMEs and cooperatives have been carried out by various parties, including empowerment through training and mentoring, introducing approaches in the framework of MSME financing, cluster approach patterns and partnership patterns. The purpose of the empowerment service is to increase the knowledge of partners in preparing accounting reports, marketing and developing human resources through training and mentoring activities. This entrepreneurial empowerment activity was carried out from the 5th to the 7th of June 2023 which took place at the Karangpandan Rejoso Pasuruan Village Hall. Activities are carried out using lecture methods, discussions and applications from making simple bookkeeping reports according to Indonesian Accounting Standards, online marketing and utilizing local potential in entrepreneurial activities. The results of the pretest and posttest in empowerment activities show that from the answers to the questionnaire initially the partner is in the category of not understanding the importance of a financial report and a marketing model but after completing training and mentoring the partners answer with the same questions stating that they already understand and feel the many benefits gained in doing entrepreneurship in increasing partner business.

Abstract

Pasar uang cryptocurrency terus berkembang dan semakin diminati oleh investor karena potensi keuntungan yang tinggi, tapi juga memiliki risiko yang besar. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui arah perubahan investasi dalam cryptocurrency melalui analisis SWOT pada mata uang crypto Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE), dan Litecoin (LTC). Teknik sampling yang digunakan penelitian ini Non-Probability Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil IFAS empat uang kripto kekuatan cryptocurrency lebih besar daripada kelemahan. (2) hasil perhitungan EFAS dari empat crypto memperlihatkan faktor peluang lebih besar daripada ancaman. (3)kuadran kuantitatif analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa posisi investasi crypto dari BTC, EH, DOGE, dan LTC berada pada kuadran I (positif, positif) yang menandakan investasi ini kuat dan berpeluang. Serta strategi yang direkomendasikan ialah progresif. (4) matrik IE menunjukkan bahwa posisi dari empat mata uang kripto berada pada posisi yang berbeda. BTC berada pada sel IV yang berarti stability, ETH dan LTC berada pada sel VIII yang berarti growth, DOGE berada pada sel V yang berarti growth and stability. (5) matriks kombinasi strategi menghasilkan skor terbesar pada SO (Strength – Opportunity) dari penjumlahan empat jenis cryptocurrency yaitu BTC 5,93, ETH 5,48, DOGE 5,58, LTC 5,40 dengan total skor 22,39.

Abstract

Strategi yang perlu di kembangkan oleh UMKM tentu harus melalui perencanaan agar bisa meningkatkan daya saing antar umkm dan penjualan bisa berjalan stabil dan meningkat. Salah satu alat analisis dasar dalam perencanaan adalah dengan menggunakan metode SWOT. Analisis SWOT dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengenali tingkat kesiapan setiap fungsi dari keseluruhan setiap usaha yang diperlukan untuk mencapai sasaran yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan strategi yang di terapkan, menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal serta menyusun alternatif strategi peningkatan daya saing usaha mikro makanan dan minuman di wisata Ranuklindungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kekuatan lebih besar daripada kelemahan di buktikan dengan skor kekuatan 1,85 dan kelemahan sebesar 0,65 dengan total skor tabel IFAS 2,45; (2) peluang lebih besar dari ancaman di buktikan dengan skor peluang 1,80 dan skor ancaman sebesar 0,80 dengan total skor tabel EFAS 2,60; (3) posisi perusahaan berada pada matriks IE di sel l yang berarti pertumbuhan dan stabilitas; (4) hasil skor kombinasi strategi IFAS dan EFAS memperoleh nilai terbesar pada strategi kombinasi SO dengan skor 4,56.
