Abstract

Terjadinya Bom di Gereja Kathedral Makassar membuat kapabilitas Pemkot Makassar dalam mencegah radikalisme dan terorisme dipertanyakan. Selain Pemerintah Kota, tripika yang memiliki andil dalam pencegahan terorisme di kota Makassar adalah Kodim 1408/BS dan Polres Kota Makassar. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, peneliti bermaksud mengkaji bentuk sinergi yang dijalin oleh Pemkot Makassar dengan Kodim 1408/ BS selaku satuan yang juga bertanggung jawab akan stabilitas wilayah Kota Makassar dari ancaman radikalisme. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pencegahan yang dilakukan oleh Pemkot Makassar dikategorikan ke dalam kontra-radikalisasi. Kekurangannya adalah tidak adanya unsur Bela Negara yang dimasukkan dalam upaya yang dilakukan, selain itu kurang melibatkan beberapa pihak yang memiliki pengaruh besar dalam penecegahan paham radikalisme. Kesimpulan pencegahan paham radikalisme oleh pemerintah kota Makassar masih kurang optimal. Hal tersebut diketahui dari adanya upaya yang belum optimal dilakukan pada aspek kontra narasi, kontra propaganda dan kontra ideologi. Sinergisitas yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Makassar dengan Kodim 1408/BS melalui model komunikasi dan koordinasi saling membangun dengan tujuan memperkuat sinergi yang ada. Namun, berdasarkan upaya yang ada dalam pencegahan paham radikalisme dapat dioptimalkan ketika ada aturan hukum yang mengikat di antara kegiatan yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama oleh kedua belah pihak.

Abstract

Textbooks are one of the learning resources that must be owned by an educator as a guidebook and students as a source for learning. Reasoning-based teaching materials are one way out as a solution to the problems that have been found so far. By analyzing this reasoning-based teaching material, it is expected to be able to improve students' mathematical reasoning abilities. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the type of reasoning about flat-plane geometry in elementary mathematics textbooks. This research is a descriptive research. The method in this study uses the Lithner framework. This research was conducted by grouping the questions in the book which are included in the type of flat-plane geometry questions, analyzing the questions based on the type of reasoning, describing the types of reasoning in mathematics textbooks and providing arguments and conclusions. The results of this study in the first book of Mathematics for SD/MI class IV Mediatama Publisher, some of the questions use the Imitative Reasoning type of reasoning where there are 53.33% of the questions are Imitative Reasoning type of reasoning and 46.66% of the questions are Creative Reasoning type of reasoning. The questions contained in the book are in accordance with the content standards and have been studied by students in previous lessons. Thus, the teacher must also often give questions with the type of Creative Reasoning reasoning so that students are accustomed to being faced with difficult questions when facing exams

Abstract

Implant adalah salah satu metode pengendalian kelahiran hormonal yang paling efektif.Pus yaitu pasangan yang berpotensi melahirkan anak adalah pasangan yang sedang berpisah baik secara hukum maupun tidak, dan berusia antara 20-45 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap sikap dan pengetahuan PUS melalui konseling tentang alat kontrasepsi implant di puskesmas tajuncu kabupaten soppeng. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pre quasy exprimen, populasi penelitian ini yaitu Pasangan usia subur sebanyak 301 orang dan sampel sebanyak 46 orang. Data di kumpulkan melalui kuesioner,dianalisis melalui tahapan univariat dan Bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh terhadap PUS sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan konseling dengan nilai p=0.001<0,005. Kesimpulan:Ada Perbedaan sikap responden sebelum dan sesudah konseling dimana sikap sebelum konseling adalah sebanyak 26 orang dan sesudah dilakukan konseling menjadi 40 orang yang setuju.Ada perbedaan pengetahuan responden sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan konseling dimana pengetahuan sebelum konseling adalah sebanyak 24 orang dan sesudah dilakukan konseling menjadi 43 orang yang pengetahuanya meningkat. Saran:Untuk Melakukan monitoring yang lebih sering kepada PUS yang menggunakan KB implant agar tidak terjadi drop out

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui community empowerment dalam mewujudkan desa tangguh bencana pada desa Bahari Makmur, Kabupaten Buton. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif Kualitatif. Adapun yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah semua pihak yang dapat memberikan informasi lengkap mengenai latar belakang dan keadaan sebenarnya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian Community Empowerment Dalam mewujudkan Desa Tangguh Bencana (Study Pada Desa Bahari Makmur Kabupaten Buton). Masyarakat desa Bahari Makmur ingin desanya aman dari bencana yang bisa datang kapan saja, maka dari itu mereka mempersiapkan diri sebelum terjadi bencana dengan membentuk kelompok Keluarga Tangguh, desa Bahari Makmur melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat sesuai tahapan pemberdayaan. Dalam sebuah forum tertentu, masyarakat desa Bahari Makmur secara bersama-sama mencari solusi untuk masalah atau kebutuhan yang paling penting untuk diselesaikan.

Abstract

Salah satu hal utama dalam perusahaan penyedia jasa adalah Kepuasan Konsumen. PT Moobel Design Konstruksi merupakan salah satu perusahaan penyedia jasa di bidang konstruksi berupaya mencari faktor penting yang menjadi keinginan Konsumen dalam Kepuasan Konsumen. Dengan mengetahui faktor penting tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi tolak ukur perusahaan dalam mengembangkan usaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan gambaran tentang pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, Harga, dan Kepercayaan apakah menjadi faktor penting dalam kepuasan yang diinginkan oleh Konsumen dalam bidang jasa konstruksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Kualitas Layanan, Harga, Kepercayaan, dan kepuasan konsumen. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu variabel indpenden dan variabel dependen. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Layanan, harga, dan kepercayaan, sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan konsumen.Objek Penelitian ini adalah PT Moobel Design Konstruksi yang berdomisili di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen dan mitra usaha PT Moobel Design Konstruksi sebanyak 127 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji f, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari uji analisis data pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel X (Kualitas Layanan, Harga, dan Kepercayaan) mempengaruhi variabel Y (Kepuasan Konsumen). Penelitian ini menunjukkan responden memberikan penilaian yang cukup baik terhadap Kualitas Layanan, harga, dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Layanan, harga, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT Moobel Design Konstruksi. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Harga, Kepercayaan, Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to prove that using the show and tell method is more effective than traditional methods for teaching vocabulary to second-year students at SMP Al Washliyah 24 Medan during the 2022/2023 academic year. The study employed a quantitative methodology and it was classified as experimental research with a control group. The population for this research consists of four classes, with a total sample size of 70 students. The utilization of cluster random sampling and observation of two classes were the choosen methods for this study by the researchers. The researcher selected VIII-1 and VIII-2 as the experimental and controlled classes, each consisting of 35 students. Based on the analysis of the mean score gap in the post-test between the experimental and controlled classes, it can be concluded that the technique used was effective. The mean score of the experimental class was significantly higher at 9.02 compared to the controlled class which had a mean score of 5.63. This indicates that the experimental class had a better understanding of the subject matter, and the technique used in the experiment was successful in improving their performance. It can be concluded that The Show & Tell (S&T) Method is effective in improving student’s vocabulary mastery

Abstract

Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a complex syndrome that results in a poor quality of life. The prevalence of CHF increase up to 10% in the elderly. Different races have affect in different quality of life of the patient with CHF. The purpose of this study was to describe quality of life and to determine factors affecting quality patients CHF life RSUD Karawang. The research was non-experimental study (analytical descriptive) with a cross-sectional survey. This study was conducted on January – April 2015 with consecutive sampling method in cardiovascular polyclinic of RSUD Karawang. Quality of life were assessed with Minnesotta Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire (MLHF) and adherence were assessed with Morisky Medication Adherence Scale Questionnaire (MMAS-8). The risk factor that affect quality of life was age, sex, ejection fraction (EF), NYHA class, adherence, comorbid, Body Mass Index (BMI), duration of CHF, and class therapy were analyzed using Chi square test/Fisher exact test and Independent T-test. A total of 97 patients participated in the study. The result showed that the mean of score on physical dimension of MLHF is 16.72±8.68 and the mean of score on emotional dimension was 5.36 ±3.26. Women with CHF had better emotional rate than men (p<0,05). Based on the analysis, only ejection fraction have a significant difference with quality of life (p<0.05). Patient with EF <40% had worse quality of life than CHF patient with EF ≥40%. Hypertension and diabetic as comorbid and also the digoxin or angiotensin receptor blocker drug used affecting the physical condition of patients. (p<0.05).

Abstract

Hypertension can be defined as high blood pressure where the systolic pressure is above 140 mmHg and the diastolic pressure is above 90 mmHg (Wijaya, 2013). Factors that trigger Hypertension can be divided into two, namely those that cannot be controlled, such as family history, gender and age, while those that can be controlled are diet, smoking behavior, obesity and lack of physical activity (Cerika Rismayati, 2011). The design of this research is a Pre and Post Test Without Control Design with a quasi-experimental design. The Pre and Post Test Without Control design is used if the research only carries out intervention in one group without a comparison. The effectiveness of the treatment is assessed by comparing the post-test scores with the pre-test (Dharma Kelana Kusuma, 2015). The target population is the unit where a research result will be applied (generalized) (Dharma Kelana Kusuma, 2015). The target population in this study is hypertensive patients in Bungursari Village, Purwakarta in 2021. Based on research results and theory, researchers are of the opinion that hypertensive sufferers are very likely to experience vascular disorders which can cause differences in blood pressure measurement results between the left arm and the right arm. And it is best to measure blood pressure on both arms

Abstract

Services / emergency care includes nursing services aimed suddenly be in distress or likely to become critical and threatened his life or / limbs (will become disabled) when not get help quickly and precisely. The results observed in 61.2% of nurses IGD RSUD KARAWANG not perform emergency patient handling in accordance with standard procedures, in which sometimes the patient has been in the ER room more than 8 hours, the primary assessment conducted after nursing actions performed and also when nurses perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, compressing the depth and position of nurses who do not comply with existing procedures and do not use the board when compressing resuscitation, airway exemption is not done (head tilt, chin lift, jaw thrust) and collaborative drug delivery is sometimes too late. The research objective of this scientific paper is to determine the knowledge of nurses in the management of emergency patients in the hospital room IGD RSUD KARAWANG. The benefits of this research is a scientific paper can be used as input for nursing personnel in the room IGD RSUD KARAWANG in handling emergency patients for improved patient care emergency. This research is a descriptive study. Sampling techniques using total sampling amounted to 31 respondents, the research instruments using a questionnaire of 20 statements and to use it ananlisa Data P = f / nx 100. The results of the description of the knowledge nurses in the management of emergency patients in the hospital room IGD RSUD KARAWANG shows that of the 31 respondents surveyed respondents obtained knowledge in handling emergency patients in enough categories that as many as 19 respondents (61.3%), well as much as 9 respondents (29%), and less by 3 respondents (9.7 %). Based on these studies it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of nurses in the management of emergency patients is quite. It is recommended to nurses who served in the room to further improve the education and knowledge in handling emergency patients

Abstract

Lanjut usia (Lansia) merupakan seseorang dengan usia lebih dari 60 tahun, dimana saat usiatersebut akan mengalami masa penuaan, Seiring terjadinya proses penuaan pada lansia akan menglami perubahan fisik dimana pada system kardiovaskuler terjadi peningkatan tekanan darah atau hipertensi akibat resistensi pembuluh darah peifer meningkat. Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg pada dua kali pengukuran dengan selang waktu lima menit dalam keadaan tenang. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada Tn. H Dengan Hipertensi Dengan Intervensi Kombinasi Pemberian Foot Massage Dan Murotal Al Quran Di Desa Dawuhan Kecamatan Padamara Kabupaten Purbalingga. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif melalui studi kasus pada Keluarga Tn. H Dengan Hipertensi. Peneliti dalam mengumpulkan data melalui tahapan proses anamnesis, pengamatan, phsysical assessment, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya tindakan terapi massage punggung dan murottal Al- Quran surat Ar-Rahman pada Tn. H di dapatkan klien merasa lebih rileks dan mengatakan nyeri pada daerah leher dan kepala berkurang. Sebelumnya klien dengan skala nyeri 4 setelah dilakukan tindakan massage punggung dan murottal Al- Quran surat Ar-Rahman menjadi skala 2. Hal ini sesuai penelitian efektifitas massage punggung untuk mengurangi nyeri kepala pada penderita hipertensi yang dialkukan oleh Purwandari, dkk yang menunjukan hasil bahwa pemberian terapi nonfarmakologis pijat punggung efektif untuk menurunkan skala nyeri kepala pada pasien hipertensi
