<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the learning effectiveness of elementary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic or what is often called online learning, which is indirect face-to-face learning between teachers and students as usual, but only through virtual (screens cell phone or laptop). Where during a pandemic everyone must carry out all their activities from home, including elementary school students. Research through interviews throughmedia WhatsApp with the guardians of the students gave responses about the various obstacles in this online learning. And parents with all kinds of efforts to continue to seek education in any circumstances for their children, including when Indonesia is being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. Online learning is the choice of academics from various walks of life from kindergarten to college. This was chosen because it was considered the most effective and efficient enough, both for the students and their guardians and for the teachers. For the smooth running of this online learning, the main thing that must be considered and prepared is a cell phone or laptop complete with the contents of a quota or data package, also a place that can be reached by the network, and what is no less important is the assistance of parents in operating the tool while the child is learning or do the work of the teacher. These facilities are used to exchange information from two directions for the sake of supporting education. This situation forces all parents, students and teachers to really maximize technology so that learning objectives can be achieved properly, children's achievement does not decline even though they do it remotely.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Think-Pair-Share cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of sports coaching education students. The method used was the quantitative method with the type of experimental research. The sample consisted of 20 people from 40 people. The number of students from the Sports Coaching Education Study Program were randomly selected. Data collection was carried out by using written tests and research questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and t-test. The results obtained from this study that there is a significant influence of the Learning Model on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by sig 0.006 <0.05F count 8,066. So, it can be said that the use of TPS-type Cooperative Learning Model can contribute to achieving student learning outcomes for the better.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the role of Minang women in the Minangkabau Saga of KabaCindua Mato and Novel of MemangJodoh and to depict the comparison of Minang women in those two works with the traditional Minangkabau cultural values. This research wasa qualitative study with a content analysis method. The approach of this research was comparative literature with an interdisciplinary perspective. The results of this study are as follows (1) Minang women in the KabaCindua Matoare represented by ancient Minang women who are identical to adherence to customs and understand their position as Minangwomen. In the Novel of MemangJodoh, the depiction of Minangwomen focuses more on cases or unfair treatment because of the thoughts of the society or leaders of certain people who do not lead to customs that they should be referred to. (2) The comparison of Minang women in the Saga of KabaCindua Mato and the Novel of MemangJodoh with Minangkabau culture has providedan important note. It is that Minangwomen have several clear positions both as unmarried and married persons.]]>

<![CDATA[The research purpose is to analyze the Effect of Brand Image and Product Quality on Buying Interest of Samsung Brand Smart Phone Product in the Employee of Environment and Sanitary Office of Depok City partially and simultaneously. The analysis technique uses double linear regression analysis. The data analysis uses IBM SPSS Statistics program 24 version. The research population is Population in this research is the Employee of Environment and Sanitary Office of Depok City of 89 persons, by using Census obtained 89 samples. The research result: (1) There is positive and significant effect of Brand Image on the Buying Interest of Samsung Brand Smart Phone Product in the Employee of Environment and Sanitary Office of Depok City stated accepted with the size of correlation effect of 0,758 and the determination effect of 42,8%. (2) there is positive and significant effect of Product Quality on the Buying Interest of Samsung Brand Smart Phone Product in the Employee of Environment and Sanitary Office of Depok City stated accepted with the size of correlation effect of 0,783 and the determination effect of 61,4%. (3) There is positive and significant effect of Brand Image and Product Quality simultaneously on the Buying interest of Samsung Brand Smart Phone Product in the Employee of Environment and Sanitary Office of Depok City stated accepted with the size of correlation effect of 0,831 and the determination effect of 69,1%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of green marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions at the Tanjung Priok Tupperware Store in North Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research with green marketing, brand image and purchasing decisions as the variables. The population of this research was the consumers of Tanjung Priok Tupperware Store in North Jakarta. The sample used in this study consisted of 65 respondents who were taken using nonprobability sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using regression analysis technique, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) green marketing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, with a value of 66.8%; (2) brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, with a value of 62.8%; and (3) green marketing and brand image simultaneously influence purchasing decisions, with a value of 70.9%, while the remaining 29.1% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak Setiap institusi perusahaan pasti memiliki figure pemimpin yang mempunyai ciri khas gaya kepemimpinannya. Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan proses di mana seseorang mempengaruhi orang lain atau suatu kelompok dalam usahanya untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu yang sudah ditetapkan. Dengan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat maka seorang pemimpin dapat memotivasi karyawannya untuk bekerja secara maksimal, sehingga kinerja karyawan bisa lebih baik lagi. Perusahaan akan meningkat kinerjanya bila ada kerjasama dan hubungan yang baik antara pemimpin dengan karyawannya. Upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan merupakan sebuah tugas bagi pimpinan untuk memilah gaya kepemimpinan yang dapat diterapkan pada sebuah organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karayawan pada PT Melzer Global Sejahtera, Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT Melzer Global Sejahtera, yang berjumlah 35 responden. Hasil penelitian menggunakan perhitungan uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,703 menunjukkan hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat. Hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 49,5%. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan diketahui sebesar 49,5% sedangkan sisanya 50,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang mungkin bisa jadi bahan penelitian mendatang. Persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil sebesar Y= 14,943+0,557X. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Karyawan]]>

<![CDATA[Pendidikan merupakan wadah untuk menampung keterampilan dan memberikan kebebasan bagi peserta didik, pendidikan merupakan usaha untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Namun tujuan-tujuan mulia tersebut sudah tercoreng dan banyak mendapat kritik dari tokoh-tokoh pemikir pendidikan salah satunya Paulo Freire dan Muhammad Abduh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pemikiran Paulo Freire dan Muhammad Abduh tentang pendidikan emansipatoris. Data dikumpulkan dengan pendekatan kualitatif jenis pustaka, sumber data pokok penelitian ini yaitu buku-buku karya dari kedua tokoh, kemudian dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Pendidikan emansipatoris perlu diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan saat ini, mengingat sudah banyak pencemaran-pencemaran yang mencoreng nama baik pendidik. Konsep pendidikan emansipatoris kedua tokoh dapat dilihat dalam konsep, kurikulum, kedudukan pendidik dan peserta didik, serta tujuan pendidikan yang harus didasarkan atas spirit humanisme, kesetaraan, dan pembebasan dari belenggu.]]>
